Beautiful location with good food 🤍

It took 1,5 hrs to serve the dinner. They forgot one of the orders. Once we asked for it after 2 hrs, they ribaldly replied as quality takes time for a shrimp.

Enjoyed a good dinner & dessert here tonight. Very nicely decorated, and quiet on a Monday night. But it looked like it would be a lively spot on the weekend - especially with the modern tecno-beat music pump'n.

Surprisingly good food - both the Sushi Mix and the grilled veggies. Good beer. Flawless service. Overall we had quite a nice evening. Highly recommended.

The rooms are very nicely decorated! The included breakfast was very good and diverse. The hotel is situated in the pedestrian area. The only minus was with the attitude of the staff, who were very upset that we had checked in at 9pm (according to the reservation confirmation mail check in is possible up until 24:00)

I found my visit here to be pleasant, however the staff could do a bit better to make the restaurant even better. The staff was huddled at the bar and not paying any attention to customers and was generally more interested in the futbol match than anything else. Customers were watching a particular game, however the staff changed the channel without even a glance or care to the paying customers. The food was good and once summoned away from the bar area, quite nice. The food was "ok" because the flavor was good, but the shrimp & mango salad was a bit lacking of shrimp and any mango. With some small changes, this location could be great, just not during my visit.

The most beautiful place we ever stayed in. The cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms are equipped with lots of useful stuff, like an ironing machine, coffee maker, mini-fridge (with coke and water on the house), tv, air-con, hair dryer, sleepers, bath robe, and so on. The room design is absolutely gorgeous. With beautiful finished furniture in solid wood. Excellent, just excelent!

This is a beautiful place. Very friendly staff. Nice relaxing atmosphere and ambiance, great drinks and food, and best of all the views while dining in their outside patio. Makes for one great destination while in Craiova's night life. Great experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone that has never been to ACSA before.

Really interesting and nice interior design and I like the way they renovated the old building, great work! However the food is around 2-3 stars max and really overpriced. Drink prices are also on the high side.

PROS: 1. It's located in the city center which is great because there are several shops and restaurans nearby 2. The room was clean 3. You can find an iron machine in the closet 4. Amazing interior desing CONS: 1. The smell in the bathroom tho....horible 2. A lot of noise from the downstair's bar. You can hear till late in the night music and people talking. If you wanna have a good sleep, this is not the place! On Friday, the music stopped around 1:30AM, however you could hear the people still talking on the terrace. I understood from my friends that on Saturday was even worse. The music stoped after 3AM. 3. The owner said that each room has an ironing table but none of us found one.

We only came here for drinks, but we fell in love with this place immediately. It has this cool vibe with calm music, dim lights and massive wood tables. They offer a wife variety of drinks, from wine to cocktails and tea - anything you might wish for, there's a high chance to find it. The table service was good.

Everything looks great online, but sadly we have to warn others from what reality looks like when you are physically there. We really dislike doing so, but we figure that's why this section is here, to help travelers make informed decisions about where to stay. We hope this helps others. To start with, there is no one in charge of the hotel. There is no reception or contact in case of a problem. We actually faced more than one problem, and had to wait up to 12 hours for a response. We got two phone numbers but got no answer in either of them. We reached out to Booking for help, but they too could not get a hold of anyone. Of all the negative experiences we had, we'd put at first the fact that the cleaning lady entered our room despite the red Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door handle, she OPENED THE SAFE (why in the name of God, we do not know) and moved our wallets and passport cases around! We are still shocked by this and are seriously concerned for our privacy. We had cash, credit cards, as well as IDs and passports. There is no excuse for a maid to touch the safe box, not to mention touch such sensitive items. Second, despite all being marked as included in the room, an ironing board, coffee machine and ketlle were all missing. We had to check that we didn't get a room in a lower class, but no. A day after, the cleaning lady brought in a coffee machine, that was disgustingly dusted in and out. When we politely asked for a clean one, she got angry and shouted in Romanian and entered our bathroom to wash it, without our permission. When we followed her, asking again to get a clean machine, she kept shouhting and left to wash it in the adjacent room. She came back and opened our (closed) room door as if it was hers, again not showing the slightest respect to our privacy. When reporting this to the unknown person behind the chat, they essentially kicked us out of the hotel. We genuinely recommend you to stay away from Acsa Inn at all costs.
