I stayed here last year and it was fantastic. The food was great, the service was friendly and everything was good. Now I was here for the first time again and I have to say everything has changed. The food was very bad, the service was unfriendly and bold. She wanted to charge me more money than I ordered. Something like that doesn't work at all. I also had to wait an hour before I could order something. Super bad service. That was the last time I ate there.

Food and service was great! Staff was very flexible, given that our party ended up consisting of 11 people. Even moved tables around so we could all sit together! I ordered the beef linguine with mashed potatoes with truffles for a side. The linguine was great and featured a kimchi soup base which looked to be a small serving at first, but filled me up perfectly. I've never had anything with truffles before, but now I know any future mashed potatoes I have will always be missing something. The house sangria is just as great and topped off my night with a couple of dangerously good espresso martinis. Definitely have a go at this place and grab a seat outside to watch all that old town has to offer visually.

The services are the worst. They have not many meals and drinks that are on menu, so they have very poor options. The waiter was preety bored and we waited more than the others to receive the menu even if we asked for it before them. They do not deserve even one star.

We had omelette, quesadilla and Costa brava. Costa brava is just a joke. Very bad, and very expensive. Has just a teaspoon of cheddar sauce, very little cheese and chorizo, and a LOT of oily potatoes. I do not recommend that at all. The omelette and the quesadilla were ok. Not too bad, not too great. Still pretty expensive for the overall experience. I would not come back here.

Couldn't decide where to eat on my only night in Craiova. Decided on Iberico and wasn't disappointed. Delicious food at good prices. Had the beer platter which was ribs, chicken wings, sausage and delicious garlic fried potatoes. Staff spoke excellent English which was great as my Romanian isn't the best. Would recommend. 👍

Wouldn’t recommend this place. Waiting time is long and staff not very friendly. We asked for a dish without salt (for a family member undergoing a medical treatment) and they recommended us a salad, which turned out to be covered in salt! I also asked for a cocktail without ice and they said they don’t make drinks without ice. Quesadilla was below average, but the truffle pasta was quite good. 2/5

We had breakfast at iberico and the food was good especially the poached eggs. Despite the negative reviews regarding the staff, they were friendly and polite. What I didn't necessarily like it was the fact that I couldn't find the nutritional values of the dishes served which to me are really important.

Right in the middle of Craiova central area. You need to wait for at least 30 minutes for spaghetti, with no overcrowded restaurant. So don't go with empty stomach. I saw no smile even once from the staff. Not a good service. The biggest joke was when we received a 136 Lei receipt and the waitress asked me how I will pay. I've told her "with card". She came with the ATM and instead of writing 136 Lei, she asked me if I'm going to give a tip (bakshish). I alwasy leave a tip for good service, but I'm doing this while paying in cash. Anyway, beside the bad service, I've told her that it's not a problem to leave a tip, but I was thinking that it will be summarized to 140. She was not happy, so she informed that it should be minimum 10%. So she directly entered 150. I was like shocked. So I've paid and left. If you read this, don't go there, because it's not the correct way doing bussines. Or go, but have these things in mind.

A very good place at the heart of the city of Craiova. You have a wide variety of delicious plates to choose. Staff was very friendly! Food was delicious. The portions were adequate and prices good! Service was a little bit slow but still the waitress quite friendly! I will surely go again if ever be in Craiova!

The best burger place in town. Located in the heart of the old city with a nice garden. When the whether permits, it's nicer to sit outside. In the evening a reservation is needed for the garden, without a reset action you can sit inside. They have an English menu and speak good English. One draw back is the huge TV screening endless commercials. It makes me feel as being used. The portions are reasonable size and the prices are high.

We had a nice evening here at Iberico. The service was somewhat awkward due to poor communication amongst the servers, however this was made up for with the good quality of food.

Am fost oaspete dumneavoastră, sâmbătă seara, după ora 19:30. Pot spune că am fost impresionat de modul în care arata localul. Îți dă sentimentul de "iberico" și de atmosfera localurilor de tapas , dar din păcate doar arhitectura ,acestuia. Mă așteptam la "tapas" , dar dezamăgit fiind nu oferiți aceasta. Supă de țelină... dar și supă de rădăcinoase, (de parcă țelina nu ar fi tot o rădăcinoasă) mi s-a părut personal ciudat , împreună cu alte neconcordanțe ale meniului. Mâncarea a fost ok , nu am nimic de comentat . Ce m-a deranjat foarte tare a fost, nerespectarea regulilor de distanțare, între mese . Dar și numărului foarte mare de persoane din local , intr-un spațiu destul de mic (fiecare masa era ocupată, iar distanța dintre ele era de 30-40 de cm) , iar domnișoara care ne-a servit în această seară nu purta mască de protecție (nici măcar viziera minusculă pe care o purtau colegii ,dânsei). Deși am rezervat masa, primirea a fost foarte neprietenoase, un "acolo" și un deget întins ne-au îndrumat către masă. "Ce vă aduc?" și "cu drag " ..fără nici un zâmbet, deloc empatic .. destul de agitat și nesigur, a fost modul in care am fost serviți. Nu , ne-am simțit deloc confortabil. A fost o experiență ok, dar nu o să o mai repetăm. Nerespectarea regulilor, neputarea mașiti de către personal , domnișoara care ne-a servit și întreaga agitație, nu ne-a oferit atmosfera pe care o poate transmite localul dumneavoastră. Același unui "bar de tapas" .. Da , poate ca sunt rau, și a fost o seară aglomerată. Personalul fiind depășit de situație..poate ar trebui să revenim , dar nu sâmbătă seara, nu in pandemiei și să ne rugam că ne servește altcineva, mai prietenos . Poate în alte împrejurări, ne vom simți poate și, bine veniți. Am lăsat această recenzie negativa , în speranța că se pot îmbunătăți sau schimba unele lucruri. Mult succes în continuare! Haideți să devenim mai buni , un zâmbet , o primire călduroasă și un "să aveți o seară frumoasă, va mai așteptăm pe la noi " nu costa .. P.S. Good location, actually the best one in the Old Town. The food is quite good and the drinks are average(for a tea they give you a tea bag and boiled water), the cocktails are also average . The personal it can be good or not so good, depends on the day, they really pretend that the place is better that it is (they really pretend). They ask you about reservation and they are acting very surprise when you say you don't have, even if the local is 80% empty. And no, the local didn't magically got full in the next 2 hrs, it remained 80% empty.

Fancy, overpriced bar but with the service slightly above the avarage and good location in the center. I guess that some customers might like it, just it is not my cup of tea. The location if you want to meet with friends in center it is very good so I guess that is what you are paying for. I didn't eat anything here as had just short conversation, I guess that could be with good quality but small quantity and higher prices. However as the meals served here are more fancy such as sushi - it is generally not cheap in Romania. Had some drinks and had good time with friends but I don't feel 4 out of 5 would be right but you might feel there better.

Mediocre food and noisy place. Always full but nothing impressive.
