This was the nicest McDonalds I've ever been to, and it had the best coffee I've ever had just about anywhere, even Starbucks. Definitely the best coffee I've had in Romania, and I really love Romanian coffee. Great decor, awesome music, will definitely go back to try their food.

I was very unpleasantly surprised by the cuisine of this restaurant. On April 30, we ordered takeaway for a friend's birthday and in the order one burger was without a top bun. There was a disappointment from McDonald's and there is no certainty that everything meets the standards of the restaurant chain.

Mcdonalds, what more can you expect? You know what you get, and quality is ok. We are from North Europe, visiting Craiova a couple times pr year. Normally we eat at restaurant in centrum, but if we are tired and hurry, Mcdonalds is easy choice. A strange thing is that Mcdonalds in Romania is concidered like an expencive place to eat, but in our country Mcdonalds is cheap food.

The software they use for orders shouldn't allow operators to skip or choose betwen entries. I waited 25 min for some icecream as I watched orders pasing by my number... It would have taken much longer if I wouldn't make some noise... Pity... In romanian that's called şmecherie, şmen, golăneală, tupeu. Food is good, also the icecream.

Was there with a friend and we couldn't talk ro eachother beacausr the kids were too noisy and the workers were pretty slow and tired. No smile, no hapiness. From now on, I am going to go to KFC.

They threw out my full large sprite when I was out on toilet. I'll bring a guard dog next time

As usual the normal McDonals food, prices are low about 2 Euros for a medium fries with mayonaise. Enough space to sit, outdoor terras, kiosk ordering possible. Also has a McCafe inside.

This is a pathetic Mc location. 8/10 orders aren't correct and missing items. I am 100% sure they are doing it on purpose.

I couldn't stop myself from writing down an appreciation feedback for the outstanding customer service provided by one of your staff (Ana-Maria - @kiosk staff - Electroputere mall - Craiova). She fulfilled the taskes of customer service in extraordinary way ( smile, grooming, gestures, body language and eye contact ). Keep up the good job,

Classic McDonald's. At least they have auto order machine and plenty of parking.

The toilet was really dirty, there was noone at the till and i waited two minutes for someone to come to pay the order. I didnt like the chips

Waited 35 minutes for food. We eventually just left since taxi was waiting for us.

A good place to eat fast food as any other McDonalds but there is almost at all times a long line both for drive through and dine in

Great manager! She was funny and open! She made our experience so much better!

Nice place to eat but sometimes the service here struggles. For example one of the order receiving screens didnt give me the receipt but took the money, so I was confused if my order was recieved or not. Apart from that, its a decent place.

Ordered 7 menus. The courrier had to wait 3 hours for the food to be ready and when the food arrived all the fried were missing. Disappointing and very disrespectful, won't order again.

They served fast on drive-trough.

I guess this could have been four stars if it weren't for the fact that one Big Mac wasn't ready and the girl we ordered from left and forgot to inform someone else. The reason I cut the other star is not specific to this McDonald's but just how Romanians have no sense of how queues are supposed to work, prepare for total anarchy and line cutting!

The order was fast, food was prepared fast and it was very good, it tasted like, umm, how McDonald's should taste. 😂 Overall we didn't waited too much for it (as we used the drive through).

Nice and fast we liked...

Ordered a vanilla shake, got it, sat down, opened the lid, it was melted...MELTED!! went back and they asked me if i want an ice cream, no, i want a shake - asked them if the machine is not working and answer was YES.... WHY DO U SERVE IF THE MACHINE IS NOT WORKING???

Mc Donalds. Nothing else to say. I presume we are all aware of it's existance. The waiting time can be improved, but it definetly is worth the wait if you are hungry.
