Amazing hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, great location, 10 min walk to the old town.

Poor internet connection if there is internet at all. Very slow restaurant with impolite and rude staff who behave rudely with hotel guests and do not speak English (in a 4 star hotel). They treat foreign guests extremely mockingly. The choice of food at breakfast is poor. There is no way this hotel deserves its 4 star classification.

Found some ants on the ham served at breakfast, spoke with a guy at the front desk, told him about the issue and he called the manager, waited for her 5-10 mins and when I've asked the waitress she told me that the manager went to get some products.

Hotel rooms are very clean and beautiful. Totally worth the money that you are paying. They provide enough towels and the room has everything you need, and a very very comfortable bed. Shower is very modern and easy to use. The only small downside is the breakfast, which is usually included in the room price. Here you can totally see that the hotel has been saving..., the quality of the food leaves you wanting for more... All in all i would stay here next time i am in Craiova and recommend the hotel! Had a good stay!

The hotel is a 3* at most. The staff lacks proper training and you can end up sleeping 3h per night because of weddings or other events. One of the worst hotels in Craiova.

Clean, great location ans value for your money This hotel is great for a short stay in the city. Location is great and really close to the city center. Within 10 min walk you are in the main streets. The neighbourhood is quiet. The room was spacious and really clean. The staff of the hotel was nice and responded quickly to our issue with the air conditioning in the room. Breakfast was typical as in most hotels, but enough to get your day started. The receptionist when we checked in was not in the mood for work at all, he just copied my id card and handed me the key without explaining anything about payment, breakfast hours and etc.

Breakfast is a minus. Rooms are very big and cozy.

Quite hotel and pretty close to the city downtown. The room was clean but a little bit outdated. The food selection at breakfast it's poor. In my opinion there is no way that this hotel it's worth 4 star classification. It's a legit 3. Good for one or two night stand if you are on a business trip.

There are party's in the weekend so there is no chans to sleep or even park your car. They don't really care about klients who try to sleep. In rest the rooms are nice and clean...

Stayed 1 night. Very impressed with friendly staff, cleanliness, location and food. Beds comfortable,room size good. Easy check in and out. Would be hard to improve 😊. I would book again .

Everything is comfortable here. The bed, the couch, the armchairs, even the chairs in the restaurant are very very comfortable. I had an apartment at the 7th floor; I highly recommend it. It is very spacious, with a great livingroom and an amazing shower, and a the view is beautiful. Breakfast was ok, nothing bad, nothing special, although I would change the espresso. Only spent one night there, so I can't really say anything about service 'cuase I didn't needed anything.

Reception guy was quite rude. The rooms were not properly air conditioned and were so hot you could hardly sleep. The curtains didnt cover the window and if you wanted a duvet u had to put the sheet on it yourself. Location wasnt bad but definitely wouldn't stay here again. The only nice thing about it was the terrace where you could order food and drinks outdoors.

A good hotel for the price. The downside is that the parking lot does not offer the needed parking spots.
