Big room, but: the doors from the shower cabin fell down when I tried to enter. Hot water takes about 5 minutes to become available (1st floor), the heater has clear signs of rust on it, the restaurant is not open in evenings (stayed for a weekend - Fri-Sun)

Not at all a good experience. It's definitely not a place to come back. A lot of rudeness. Breakfast everywhere is 7-10. There is till 9? Some customer training is needed.

Very rude personel. Enters the room knowing you are inside, and tels you need to get out at 9 am the last day of your stay.

Not a good place to spend the night, the stuff can't do the service good because of the lady administrator it's screaming and insulting them.

It is terrible. I paid 45 euro for a 2 person room and the base of the second bad is made from pillows and quilt..

It's a bit "rusty" but the people are very nice, the breakfasts is good and the rooms are clean.

Cool place to stay in Craiova. Parking every time.

We arrived late because border crossing, the hotel was dark and reception not working, we called the number, the lady was rude and just said No Reservation, Hotel isn't working...and i have booked and paid via AirBnb days ago... Disappointed! we had to sleep in a hotel for 100 eur per night ...

Simple, cheap hotel, very clean, large rooms. Only minus was the noise

My stay at this hotel was horrible, the lady in charge was very rude and uneducated. She burst in the room and told us to get out so she could clean, I know that at respectable hotel’s the cleaning is done when the guest are not in the room. The food was two days old, reheated and served, very gross. They made the soup very salty and it couldn’t be eaten. The “newly” renovated floor was very filthy, spider’s could be found! I don’t recommend staying here and the value for money is not worth at all!

Stayed at the hotel for one night. I liked the hotel in general. Great location, parking near the hotel, very frendly staff. Large and clean room. Large bathroom, well equipped. The breakfast is quite ordinary but delicious. In coridors was very hot, I did not see any AC there. Wi-Fi did not work in our room
