Very comfortable business class hotel. Large numbers. Good soundproofing. Blackout curtains. Huge bathroom. There is great music playing in the hallway. Very polite staff at the reception... But I can’t put 5 stars because of the cleaning of the rooms.... in 5 days they cleaned only 2 times (!!!), even my garbage was not taken away on the rest of the days...

This is the best Ramada I have ever stayed in. This hotel puts all of the other companies' hotels in the United States to shame. The rooms are fantastic, very clean with a modern touch. Comes will a mini bar fridge loaded with alcohol and snakes. Items from the fridge are a little pricey, so beware. The hotel comes equipped with a gorgeous restaurant that has fantastic food, a bar with excellent friendly service, a pool, a steam room, and finally a spa. They offer multiple services to rejuvenate yourself from a long travel and is a perfect and affordable place to melt that stress away. The hotel also offers laundry services but doesn't have personal laundry options (expensive). There is no need to worry it is within a 30 min walk or 6 min drive from a laundry mat, many restaurants to choose from, and an indoor mall. Would definitely stay here again.

Everyone was very polite and helpful. However, night manager 'Sorin' and bartender 'Alex' are not good. Sorin is very rude and sullen. Alex, on the other hand, acts very indifferent and rude. He doesn't answer your questions and doesn't care about your order. All the staff except these two were excellent.

I had the chance to book an amazing full body massage with Mihnea! Although I was a bit apprehensive to the fact that Mihnea is a young man, Mihnea gave me a really good full body massage with a lot of respect towards the privacy. Mihnea holds a bachelor at university in physiotherapy and is using his skills and knowledge to reduce the stress pain your body might have! Also Mihnea speaks very good English! It was a great moment. Easy to reserve, availability was really flexible! I got a massage 30 mins after asking.

Great location, very central. Have been left with no water or coffee in my room a few times. Staff on reception not always too happy to help. I've been asked to wait until the following day for water as they don't know where it is kept. Nice big rooms, very warm in the winter with the thermostat controller centrally.

Ana, Petrişor, Adrian were great. The reception people were like friends. Thank to Romanian whole people for this exprience. They felt me that i am at home in Turkey.

The staff is very nice, specially the pool staff. Very clean and the parking lot is big enough, although on special events it fills up quickly.

The complimentary breakfast was amazing, and I couldn't have been any happier with the room. Traffic and parking in this area is bad, but most things are walking distance. The provided parking at the Hotel was close to full, but parking nearby was always available.

Equipment in the gym must be maintained or renewed. I almost fell while walking on the treadmill because it can get stuck due to lack of maintenance.

Very grateful for this hotel, I stayed for 2 weeks and everyone was friendly, especially Alex the bartender, Mari in the restaurant and Narcis at the reception, I give them a 10!

Throughout my stay at the Ramada Hotel in Craiova which is almost 4 months, the exceptional service provided at the lobby bar by Simona and Alex, along with the attentive assistance from the reception by Hana, stood out remarkably. Simona's vibrant personality and expertly crafted cocktails, combined with Alex's meticulous attention to detail, created a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Their professionalism and helpfulness added another layer of comfort to my stay, making every interaction a pleasure. Together, their warmth, professionalism, and dedication truly enhanced my experience, making my time here at the hotel all the more memorable.

A very high class hotel, modern and very clean, the reception staff was kind and took care of our booking quickly. A large room divided into 2, one for sleeping and the other for office work needs. A television rotates on an axis in the room so that it can be watched from both parts of the room. A good and clean shower. The room is cleaned every day. We had a problem in the room that there was no heating in the room, and the reception immediately changed us to another room. A large dining room and a large selection of dishes where everyone can find what they want. In the evening, the dining room is used as a restaurant. Parking adjacent to the hotel. There is a heated pool for hotel guests to use. The place is highly recommended and we will return to it again if we visit the place again.

Nice modern large hotel in the vicinity of the city centre. Good breakfast. Small wellness. My room was a bit tiny but clean and the service was good.

The hotel is in a perfect location with Craiova and offers very clean rooms and common areas. The only real complaint about the hotel is the heat. Its winter, my little window is open, and the heat is off - yet the room somehow stays a constant 24-25 degrees for myself and my other 4 colleagues traveling with me. Breakfast becomes annoying after a week as there isn’t much variety or change, but its great for the price of the hotel. Overall I highly recommend this hotel, you just might want to bring something to help you stay cool in the room even in winter.

AC does not work. Sheets and pillow cases were not washed. Could not connect to their Wi-Fi and asked for assistance 3 times. Do not expect any sort of help or hospitality from the majority of the staff.

Quiet location. I was 4 years ago and was much better. Small breakfast is very poor compared with past. Parking is and adventure with barrier access, if you stay more days each day you take another ticket ( cheap strategy)

• WiFi was strong enough for me to connect to a VPN and do basic office work for a whole week while binging YouTube. It's definitely not for intense online gaming but it's good enough. • Service was stellar. Super friendly staff, extremely patient and are there for you at any time. • They're pet friendly • The people of Craiova outside the hotel are also very nice and a good amount of them speak at least basic English. If not, they will try. • The room was clean and well enough for basic needs • The food was top notch.. They even make salads taste interesting! • I personally believe Ramada is the current best choice for anyone staying in Craiova Huge thumbs up from Malta 🇲🇹

Really good hotel. They did mix up my laundry though and they charge extra for pool use. Free breakfast is good. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Employees are friendly. I do wish they had a microwave in the room though.

Such an amazing experience, with great staff that were kind enough to accomodate all my needs.
