Plus: a cozy and nice terrace in downtown Craiova, near the National Theatre. Minus: the topping on my ice-cream was missing (it was there in the menu and presentation pics) and the spoon was not single use.

A bit overpriced for what you get, ithar than the the location there isn't really anything special about here. Staff is also a bit rude, but what can you do, its a "fancy place"
