To begin with, we said that we would be late, so we chose the hotel with the 24-hour front desk! But this is the worst service we have encountered. Firstly, there was no welcome from the staff, and most importantly, they simply could not open the room for an hour !!! We were offered to be accommodated in a room where the service staff lives! What??? The room with dirty linen and towels from other rooms! We came from a long road, all we needed was to rest in a clean room. An hour later, after calling the manager, the number was opened, but ‘surprases’ continued! The room was dirty !!! Just look at dust on photo!The shower can already be repaired (I will add photos) there was dirty toilet, it was not flushed after the previous guests, which means the room was not decontaminated - the hotel is 4 stars! The three-stars hotels are cleaner! It is also indicated that there are all we need for bathroom there was no shampoo, there was only vein soap! It's good that the bed linen was clean! If you think that's all, then no. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but we were not able to have breakfast !!!! Why, because the staff were just late. The woman at the front desk didn't even think to apologize! Such an attitude is unacceptable !!! We were tired from the road, but also had to be nervous about the incompetence of the hotel!

The hotel is quite elegantly designed, big rooms, good quality matetials& very clean. Big areas around the hotel, with a nicely decorated green surroundings& a pool. The big inconvenience it is the location, near the Craiova belt road, so you will hear the big cars passing and a taxi needs minimum 5min. to arrive.

Far away from the city. It gets "full" quickly and they don't let you in after all your driving. The fat security guy with the broken nose then takes 100 Ron bribes to give you an entrance ticket.

It's a nice place to spend time during any event.

Allthough it has 4 stars i can barely give it 3 because of the pool! I've seen glass pieces on the floor and unfortunately one of my friends got a little cut on his foot because of them! There are no lockers for you to deposit your clothes safely, so you're gonna need a bag to do the job!🤷‍♂️ Food available down to the pool, burgers, pizza, etc. The best part of it is the view! You can see the whole Craiova city from up there!

The water is not extremely clean but it is not dirty. There are alot of people but very much space, I loved it !

Nice new hotel, high quality, you have all you need in the room even slippers and razor 🥰. 5 stsrs also for cleanliness. Loved the huge pool and good music! The food is fresh. Highly recommended 👌
