To
begin
with,
we
said
that
we
would
be
late,
so
we
chose
the
hotel
with
the
24-hour
front
desk!
But
this
is
the
worst
service
we
have
encountered.
Firstly,
there
was
no
welcome
from
the
staff,
and
most
importantly,
they
simply
could
not
open
the
room
for
an
hour
!!!
We
were
offered
to
be
accommodated
in
a
room
where
the
service
staff
lives!
What???
The
room
with
dirty
linen
and
towels
from
other
rooms!
We
came
from
a
long
road,
all
we
needed
was
to
rest
in
a
clean
room.
An
hour
later,
after
calling
the
manager,
the
number
was
opened,
but
‘surprases’
continued!
The
room
was
dirty
!!!
Just
look
at
dust
on
photo!The
shower
can
already
be
repaired
(I
will
add
photos)
there
was
dirty
toilet,
it
was
not
flushed
after
the
previous
guests,
which
means
the
room
was
not
decontaminated
-
the
hotel
is
4
stars!
The
three-stars
hotels
are
cleaner!
It
is
also
indicated
that
there
are
all
we
need
for
bathroom
there
was
no
shampoo,
there
was
only
vein
soap!
It's
good
that
the
bed
linen
was
clean!
If
you
think
that's
all,
then
no.
Breakfast
was
included
in
the
room
rate,
but
we
were
not
able
to
have
breakfast
!!!!
Why,
because
the
staff
were
just
late.
The
woman
at
the
front
desk
didn't
even
think
to
apologize!
Such
an
attitude
is
unacceptable
!!!
We
were
tired
from
the
road,
but
also
had
to
be
nervous
about
the
incompetence
of
the
hotel!
