    I had an appointment at 12:30 cardiology with Dr. Petrișor, I was invited to the office at 12:40. The consultation lasted about 30 minutes with impeccable medical services and modern equipment. Last night I felt very sick, palpitations and a feeling of suffocation and dry mouth. This morning, Thursday, February 25, I called the clinic to tell the doctor that I was not feeling well after this increased dose. I was told that the doctor would contact me at 1 pm when she arrived at the office. At 3 pm, seeing that no one is calling me for that I was still feeling very bad, I called the office again. I called the nurse, I think, and she told me that if I wanted to come to the consultation in an emergency he can schedule me for today at 6.30 pm and that the consultation and 100 thyroid will cost me 100 lei. Noaptea trecuta m-am simțit foarte rău, palpitații și senzație de sufocare și de uscăciune a gurii. Azi dimineață, joi 25 februarie, am sunat la clinica sa ii spun doamnei doctor că nu mă simt bine după această doza mărită. Mi s-au spus că o să mă contacteze d-na doctor la ora 13 când ajunge la cabinet. La ora 15, văzând că nu mă sună nimeni și pt. că mă simțeam în continuare foarte rău am sunat iar la cabinet. M-am sunat doamna asistenta, cred, și mi-a comunicat că dacă doresc sa vin la consultație in regim de urgenta mă poate programa pt azi la ora 18,30 și că o să mă coste 100 lei consultația și 100 lei tiroida. Nedumerita am întrebat de ce trebuie sa plătesc iar consultația daca am fost cu doua zile in urmă și în urma dozei mărite nu mă simt bine. Doamna asistenta mi-a zis că trebuie să mă consulte doctora si să fac TSH-ul . Eu am adus marți toate analizele, inclusiv TSH-ul. Nu cred că e cazul sa fac aceeași analiza peste două zile. Cu certitudine voi căuta alt medic!!! LE: Am fost sunata de d-na doctor si am reușit în sfârșit să ii explic ce s-a întâmplat. In urma discuției avute am stabilit împreună ce este de făcut în continuare. Toată această situație stresantă ar fi putut să fie evitata daca asistentele și persoanele de la recepție dădeau dovadă de putina înțelegere.

    Extrem de neplăcută experienta la această clinica! Am avut programare, m-am prezentat. La recepție m-a întâmpinat asistenta de cabinet spunând că am anulat programarea. Șocată fiind de reacția acesteia am rămas fără cuvinte. I-am arătat ca nu am discutat cu nimeni din cadrul clinicii după programare. Este inadmisibil sa se preteze la astfel de gesturi, profitând de poziția lor. Pacientul nu are voie să le contrazică.
