An
unpleasant
experience!
I
made
an
appointment
to
seal
a
child's
mass
for
Friday,
January
19.
On
Monday,
January
15,
I
was
called
by
the
lady
at
the
reception
to
come
on
Thursday,
January
18,
at
6:00
p.m.,
I
accepted,
thinking
that
the
period
was
approaching
when
the
dentist
who
was
going
to
do
the
sealing
would
go
on
maternity
leave
(so
that
we
canceled
another
appointment,
we
redid
our
schedule
to
go
to
the
rescheduling
for
sealing).
Thursday
January
18
at
17:05
I
was
called
and
asked
if
I
could
go
then.
I
told
the
lady
that
I
can't
go
then
because
the
child
is
at
school
and
we
will
come
at
the
appointment
time
at
18.00.
After
2
minutes,
the
lady
returns
with
the
phone
and
tells
me
not
to
come
that
day
and
to
come
the
next
day
at
18.00.
I
understood
and
the
next
day
we
showed
up
at
the
clinic.
At
18.00
when
we
arrived
there
was
already
someone
in
the
office
(a
little
girl
accompanied
by
her
mother),
we
sat
at
the
door
to
wait
to
enter.
The
doctor
finished
the
first
cavity,
after
which,
seeing
that
she
still
had
patients
waiting
at
the
door,
she
insisted
on
the
little
girl
who
was
sitting
on
the
chair
to
do
another
cavity
(people
whom
she
surely
knew
well
because
at
the
time
she
called
the
phone
of
the
doctor,
the
girl's
mother
answered
the
phone).
I
did
not
specify
that
the
first
cavity
was
finished
at
18:15.
The
fact
that
the
appointments
were
delayed
is
the
least
of
the
problems
because
this
always
happened
(I
came
from
September
to
December
almost
weekly),
what
bothered
me
was
the
fact
that
even
though
the
doctor
saw
that
we
were
waiting
in
the
USA
to
enter
the
the
appointment
that
was
already
passed
came
and
closed
the
door
(which
until
then
had
been
open)
without
saying
anything,
at
least
"Good
evening"
or
if
it
takes
longer
what
to
do
next
(we
don't
even
expect
him
to
apologize
for
the
delay).
ZERO
respect
for
the
patients
in
the
conditions
in
which
we
understood
the
doctor
with
all
the
changes
made,
but
the
dance
did
not
understand
and
had
no
respect
for
a
child
who
came
after
6
hours
from
school
(even
if
he
knew
that
every
when
he
comes
to
appointments
he
comes
from
school)!
