He won my trust from the first consultation, and along the way I convinced myself that things are not done "by ear". The results were visible in a shorter period of time than I expected. I am even more delighted by the fact that the way of life has become a discipline, movement becoming part of everyday life. A bonus is the fact that I lost 7 kg in just two months (obviously I also "walked" to the fridge). Fortunately, the proverb about the praised tree did not come true in the current situation!
