Avoid at all cost. Staff is so rude that even after they had the nerve to unbox without asking an iPhone, plastic wrapper and screen plastic protectors removed, looked at me like it was nothing and tried to convince me that it is all right to do so. The have such a low IQ that makes them incapacitated to comprehend that when you offer a gift or you buy something new you want to get it sealed and not opened. Next time expect your phone to be pulled from their own pockets "making sure it is all functioning fine".

Bought a PS4 from the store Sunday but I changed my mind about it, managed to return it Monday without any issues whatsoever and got the full sum refunded ( I need to mention that the games that came with the PS4, the cables, the controller and the console itself were in mint condition). Staff was really respectful too. Only gripe I have with the store is that the PC Games aisle needs more games.

Very very bad experience with this people, i went and bought an AC from LG with installation and everything, when they came home to install it the AC had a leak. They offered to fix or return. I chose to fix asking for a discount since it was new but needed a fix! Never got any discounts and been hold 3 weeks for the air to be fixed. The guy that is the manager of the store he was very arrogant and indifferent to the whole thing! Too bad... i bought from them also fridge, stove and tv from them spending good money in their store and the treatment that i got in their store was under 1 star ! Never again !!!

Media Galaxy is by far the best place to be regarding electronics and everything related. The staff is always kind and by my personal subjective opinion is more likely to real find on the spot what you need, because it's larger than the other store close to the merch provided, which is eMag. Thank you guys!

Good offers sometimes but quite limited and incomplete stock of consumer entertainment electronics. Yet the place in Craiova where one is most likely to find specific electronics etc.
