Elizabeth Lake Lodge is an absolute gem of a hotel located on the south side of Cranbrook BC. We stayed there twice on our recent trip through south eastern BC and thoroughly enjoyed the experience both times. George greeted us with enthusiasm and authenticity and was a wealth of information on the local area. The rooms are cozy, well appointed and immaculate with comfortable beds and a nice clean kitchenette. This hotel has everything you could need and nothing you don't and is very tastefully done. The adjacent wetlands walk is a perfect way to start the day and the local area has a lot to offer as well. I highly recommended a stay at the Elizabeth Lake Lodge and we will be back!

From the minute, we checked in Jorge was absolutely amazing. Then we came back to go golfing and I believe it was his wife amazing lady very helpful. Here’s a little Gem. Very clean property very clean rooms even have boutique custom soap made for them. Thanks for the great experience. Plus an amazing mini golf course. We will be back. Shaun and Lisa July 8

This is a true gem of a small family run hotel. Absolutely the best, most attentive and warm service anywhere I've stayed. We stay here a few times a year for work and always wish we could come back on vacation. All of the little touches make it so special on top of the wonderful rooms and amazing wetland right out the door!

This place was amazing. Price was right. Staff were great right from the welcome. The woodwork in the rooms and outside was beautiful, as were the murals within the property. We will most definitely be staying here again if we happen to be passing through. We will be recommending this place to friends and family. Thank you.

This place is an amazing experience. George, one of the owners, greets you immediately as you walk in the door with a huge smile on his face. This lodge, located right off the main highway, is easy to get to, provides ample parking and is nestled right beside Elizabeth Lake . The lake and the surrounding area also serves as a bird sanctuary. Several times as I woke up in the morning and open the door to have coffee out on the chairs they provide for seating outside your room, facing the lake, was able to see several wildlife, alongside deer, birds, etc. The staff have spared no cost in personalized in your stay there. They offer you fresh coffee, beans supplied by a local owner. They offered to bring you a French press to your room. They knew that I would be traveling with my dog, and even included a dog bed, and water dish for him as well. Regarding the room, spend the extra five dollars, and get the room with the kitchenette. Many things have been personalized, such as the handmade soaps, the personally filled the towels, and the chickens to see if you need anything extra. When you get there, tell George and the staff, I said hi.

This is a wonderful lodge to stay at. The staff are super friendly and eager to please. The rooms are well appointed, and some have kitchenettes. I have only visited during the winter season but observed what could be a great mini golf course on site. This is definitely a must stay when you are in the area.
