In regards to the food... Chicken Cottage's food is high quality. Always had been. This meal was no exception, delicious! However it's obvious the kitchen is still fairly new and the staff still raw and inexperienced but trying their best. A bit of a shambles behind the till, resulting in a 2nd cold order. Hopefully with time and experience the service will improve to be on par to the quality of the food. Fair effort though!

Great food and great people, especially two ladies working the counter. I have visited many times since CC opened here and have never had a single reason to complain. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fast food chicken meal; grilled Peri Peri chicken burger is amazing BTW.

Great food and very good service. The manager khadija is fantastic. Jag deep is very friendly and the young man with the beard is nice. The place is very clean. Food is always served hot and is always freshly made.

Jagdeep prepared and served the food. Best value food out there. 5 wings, chicken steak burger, chicken wrap and chips for £6.

I recently went to Chicken Cottage to get some wings and other items. The cashier, Jagdeep, was very patient with us and responded to our order promptly, so at the end of the day, we had excellent service.

I visited here yesterday first time and I got a warm welcome by Jagdeep. She is very soft spoken and helped me in choosing food...Her way of dealing customers is appreciable. I ordered chicken bucket. The portion of fries was amazing, delicious chicken pieces. I recommend everyone to visit here.

Today we visited here .The food was really nice. Our order was chicken wings ,burger with spicy mayo, chicken pieces. Grill whole chicken was very tasty . Staff was really nice specially thanks to Jagdeep for wonderful service .soon we will visit here again .

Simply put GREAT PLACE TO EAT Food is fresh, service is great, fast efficient and restaurant is always clean and tidy. Car park is down Fairfield Road on left if coming from High Street drive in round back of shops...free if have hillingdon card for 30 minutes
