I
strongly
urge
you
to
go
literally
anywhere
else.
Sleep
in
your
car
if
you
have
to
before
booking
a
room
with
them.
We
arrived
late
at
night
and
drove
around
for
over
an
hour
looking
for
a
parking
space
which
we
never
found.
All
parking
lots
were
completely
full.
So
we
waited
in
line
to
check
in
for
another
hour.
Once
we
got
to
the
front,
we
let
the
front
desk
agent
know
there
were
no
parking
spots
anywhere.
She
first
told
us
she
doesn't
believe
us
because
they
have
so
much
parking
and
have
never
run
out
of
spots
before.
We
asked
her
to
please
accompany
us
to
the
lots
and
look
for
herself.
She
then
told
us
we
could
park
anywhere.
On
grass
mounds,
in
front
of
the
hotel
and
even
in
areas
that
say
no
parking
as
long
as
we
don't
block
any
cars.
We
expressed
our
concern
but
she
assured
us
we
wouldn't
receive
a
parking
violation
and
she
even
had
another
hotel
staff
join
my
husband
to
show
him
where
to
park.
He
directed
my
husband
to
the
back
lot
which
was,
as
I
said,
full
and
had
him
pull
up
on
the
grass.
He
too
went
on
to
assure
my
husband
this
was
fine
and
they
do
it
all
the
time.
Interesting
to
hear
they
do
it
all
time
because
the
Front
Desk
Agents
called
us
liars
when
we
said
there
were
no
spots
left
but
if
they
do
that
all
the
time,
seems
to
me
they
run
out
of
parking
often.
Well
a
month
later
we
received
a
notice
from
our
rental
car
agency
that
we
had
received
a
parking
violation
at
the
Radisson.
They
charged
our
card
the
full
amount
plus
an
additional
$50
in
fees
for
paying
this
violation
on
our
behalf.
The
parking
violation
was
more
expensive
than
our
room
night.
For
what
we
paid,
we
could
have
stayed
in
a
much
nicer
hotel
for
less
money.
I've
been
trying
to
work
with
the
Radisson
now
for
over
a
month
to
get
refunded
on
the
parking
violation
and
I've
just
been
given
the
run
around.
They
keep
telling
me
just
don't
pay
it
and
I
keep
telling
them
the
rental
car
agency
has
already
paid
it
and
then
I
hear
nothing.
I've
been
sending
them
emails
several
times
a
week
just
to
get
a
little
help
and
I'm
no
where
closer
to
having
this
resolved
than
I
was
a
month
ago.
And
don't
even
get
me
started
on
the
rooms.
I
was
sent
on
some
wild
goose
chase
looking
for
my
room
with
no
help
with
my
luggage.
Once
I
found
the
room
I
was
disgusted.
The
floors
hadn't
been
vacuumed,
there
was
a
lot
of
black
mold
in
the
bathroom,
stains
on
the
sheets
and
the
A/C
barely
worked.
It
was
truly
disgusting.
I
work
in
the
travel
industry
and
plan
incentive
trips
for
large
corporations
so
I'm
very
well
traveled
and
understand
how
hotels
work.
And
Radisson
Hotel
and
Conference
Centre
London
Heathrow
is
not
a
trustworthy
hotel.
Save
yourself
a
huge
headache
and
stay
somewhere
else.
