I strongly urge you to go literally anywhere else. Sleep in your car if you have to before booking a room with them. We arrived late at night and drove around for over an hour looking for a parking space which we never found. All parking lots were completely full. So we waited in line to check in for another hour. Once we got to the front, we let the front desk agent know there were no parking spots anywhere. She first told us she doesn't believe us because they have so much parking and have never run out of spots before. We asked her to please accompany us to the lots and look for herself. She then told us we could park anywhere. On grass mounds, in front of the hotel and even in areas that say no parking as long as we don't block any cars. We expressed our concern but she assured us we wouldn't receive a parking violation and she even had another hotel staff join my husband to show him where to park. He directed my husband to the back lot which was, as I said, full and had him pull up on the grass. He too went on to assure my husband this was fine and they do it all the time. Interesting to hear they do it all time because the Front Desk Agents called us liars when we said there were no spots left but if they do that all the time, seems to me they run out of parking often. Well a month later we received a notice from our rental car agency that we had received a parking violation at the Radisson. They charged our card the full amount plus an additional $50 in fees for paying this violation on our behalf. The parking violation was more expensive than our room night. For what we paid, we could have stayed in a much nicer hotel for less money. I've been trying to work with the Radisson now for over a month to get refunded on the parking violation and I've just been given the run around. They keep telling me just don't pay it and I keep telling them the rental car agency has already paid it and then I hear nothing. I've been sending them emails several times a week just to get a little help and I'm no where closer to having this resolved than I was a month ago. And don't even get me started on the rooms. I was sent on some wild goose chase looking for my room with no help with my luggage. Once I found the room I was disgusted. The floors hadn't been vacuumed, there was a lot of black mold in the bathroom, stains on the sheets and the A/C barely worked. It was truly disgusting. I work in the travel industry and plan incentive trips for large corporations so I'm very well traveled and understand how hotels work. And Radisson Hotel and Conference Centre London Heathrow is not a trustworthy hotel. Save yourself a huge headache and stay somewhere else.

Once you get past reception the gore is a dump. The rooms are awful and need a good clean and renovation. When you speak to the hotel they inform you that half the rooms have been….. who cares if your not in one of them. The food is entry level at best and half the wine and food menu wasn’t available. AVOID!! Receipt promised to be emailed next day and never arrived. Try and call them if you dare…. Impossible

Apart from the lack of parking spaces which forced us to park on double red lines, the whole guest experience was exceptional. We would absolutely choose this well placed hotel again for any future travels from Heathrow. Luxurious room and attentive staff.

No air conditioner working. Not only my room many guests room was too hot. When I asked to help they came with table fan. Poor service :-( I can first time in London & experienced this. Shall never prefer this hotel as my stay again. - Staff passing the ball from one to another when u ask about help. - Long queue at check in counter. Main corridor is fully blocked. Poor check in service too

Convenient and affordable. But probably not even up to the quality expected for the price paid. The lobby is lovely, but rooms are run down and shabby. Shower drain clogged, toilet flush handle caused the toilet to run, TV did not work (it showed a "loading" screen despite any and all interventions), AC did not blow air, phone did not connect to front desk, room service, operator. A functional but not pleasant final night of my trip.

Where to start, the check-in process has improved significantly since my last visit, which is a step in the right direction. However, whilst in my room at 9:30 pm in the evening, domestic staff knocked on my door 4 times wanting to come in and clean the room, which is just amateurish. Apparently they were under the impression I'd already checked out, which is odd, seeing as I only checked in at approximately 7pm. I chastised the cleaning staff after the fourth knock and attempt to enter the room. Also, the restaurant is showing slight signs of improvement, but is still some way off what constitutes genuine top-class service. They bungled my order. Ultimately, the responsibility for ineptitude lies with inadequate senior management, and there is significant room for improvement. In addition, the gym opened late due to staff not arriving on time. Amateurish.

Bathroom was dirty and we were not given sheets for more than one bed in our family room for 4. (This was resolved with a visit to the front desk --they did not respond to calls even after ten minutes...) We also ended up sharing two pillows. Kettle was broken (tried in 3 plugs). Called front desk and they said they'd replace but they didn't show. (Room 3311) Regarding airport beware it's a bus service that covers all the hotels, and runs at very specific schedules (check Hoppa or something similar online). Six or seven pounds per person so if you are more than 2 people taxi is cheaper. About 15-20 pounds. Lobby looked cool and the shower was good.

I’m a huge Radisson fan!! I stay in their hotels all over the US and this was my first time staying in one in Europe. They had the same level of hospitality you would expect! The rooms were great and the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I’m in London. They have a shuttle service to a from the hotel but you have to pay for it. I would recommend taking a taxi. It was just as cheap and a bit faster. The lobby is gorgeous and they have a nice bar as well. Enjoy!

30 minute plus wait to check in. It was obvious that there were more staff available to come and assist with check in but they simply preferred to be in and out of the back office. After 30 minutes, I finally lost my temper and magically another staff member was suddenly available to man one of the empty check in desks. Worst possible beginning to a hotel stay. Otherwise, hotel was fine for the price range but they seriously need to sort out their priorities - you would have thought checking guests in quickly and smoothly would be the first priority for any hotel. I wouldn’t stay here again. I would use one the many good local Airbnb’s where you will find much more attentive hosts.

Room was dirty on arrival dirty sink and not hoovered. Hotel is tired and the corridor to the random second floor lift smells of old mould. Not staying here again. Location is good but it's 6.80 to get the bus 500 meters through the tunnel to the airport. Raddison is usually pretty good but I have stayed in much nicer £45 travel lodges.

Check in at the hotel...the lady behind the counter couldn't be bothered to explain transfers to Terminal 3...fobbed us off with ' there are no transfers that early. Also, last minute we had to loan our car to our daughter, who's car had died, but the receptionist wouldn't help us with a refund for the parking for the week. Burger and Chips...£21...what a rip off. Beware of the menu. It is misleading. The items on it only have a number against them. It doesn't say it Pounds Stirling for that item. Also, unless you ask about it it they automatically put Gratuities on the bill...all they do is bring it to your table ! We don't live in America and these people are not reliant on tips.... another rip off ! The hallways are tired, the carpet looks thread bare, the bathroom sink was cracked. No tea, only coffee in the room. My pillow stunk of poo. The car park had so many leaves on the ground it was a trip/slip hazard and it was absolutely packed with cars. Overall, in my humble opinion, not worth the £159 we paid to sleep for 1 night and park for the week. They didn't even offer us a continental breakfast in lieu of breakfast as we had an early flight. This is a tired hotel, which by its nature will always be busy and they know this, so they don't even have to try ! 😞

We booked this hotel through Holiday Extras for a stay before our flight from Heathrow. We had breakfast and parking whilst we were away included. The room was clean and smartly decorated. Our stay was very comfortable meaning we had no trouble sleeping and getting ready in the morning. The continental buffet breakfast had a decent amount of options and was a good quality. The staff were all welcoming and very helpful. Side note: if you purchase tickets for the airport hopper bus make sure to check the timetable- they are not very frequent.

Muhammad and Andy at the front desk were exceptionally helpful, displaying both empathy and a caring nature. Throughout my three stays here, I interacted with them twice. During these interactions, not only did they assist with my concerns, but they also went beyond by engaging in casual conversation late at night, providing companionship. I'm genuinely grateful for their presence and appreciate the positive experiences I had while talking to them.

Stayed the night before we flew out from Heathrow. Easy to find and very close to the airport. Plenty of parking. Check in was fairly quick and smooth. The rooms are very tired and smell smoky, so much so we asked to change rooms. This was done very quickly at reception. The big plus was the gym and swimming pool, a real bonus.

Good location, super easy bus stop across the road too (don't waste your money on the hopper bus). Rooms were nice but slightly odd given the large woman above the bed. Runway view rooms are an extra charge.

Very big busy hotel. Good room, only problem I had was trying to adjust the shower temp. It was scalding hot no matter what I did. Ended up having a bath instead. Great breakfast selection hot and cold choices and brilliant to get your coffee in a nice big cup. Looks as this is heavily subscribed and not surprised with what I could see. Staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I think I was in room 4058, but not 100% sure. Stayed 9th overnight so check out the shower control 👍

I have had an amazing experience and Mr. Patrick is very friendly and welcoming at the front desk . The room are very clean and silent. Equipped with good amenities. Patrick is someone who is very warm by heart .. he know his service skills and helps others to the best of his abilities. Thank you for your services and hospitality

I have never been so upset with a hotel before . Do not stay at this hotel if you have anything valuable on you, stayed their for one night to catch an early flight the next day , the pool was good, room was okay, restaurant downstairs is very expensive. Anyway the next day we had checked out and as soon as I got to the airport I realized I had left two rings behind on the counter , I knew exactly where they were and as soon as I got back off my flight to home I tried calling them THREE TIMES, I was hung up on 2/3 times. I decided to send an email instead and explained what happened and where my rings were left. They emailed me two weeks later saying no rings were found. Ultimately making a simple mistake and leaving them shows the honesty of these people , luckily they were not worth a significant amount , but they were worth a lot to me. Just thankful we only stayed one night so our luggage was not left in the room ever.

Only bright side was the self check-in, as the room itself had a lot of issues/broken stuff (pics attached). On top of that the flush wouldn’t work properly. The breakfast was mid, nice hash browns and sausages but I had to bin the croissants as they were inedible. Not at all compatible with the 4 star standard of other Radisson hotels I’ve stayed before. This is the kind of place you only stay for a night after a delayed flight.

I honestly think the low reviews must be from grouchy people who have just travelled on long flights! My experience was perfect, the rooms clean and nice and the staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Top tip: don't waste your money on the shuttle, £6.90 per person for 5 minute journey, get the bus instead!

A bit disappointing for a four star hotel but fine for one night. The prices are not that cheap at this hotel which made it a bit disappointing to have a room that was a bit worn already despite only having a refurbishment a few years ago. The swimming pool and gym are nice touches for an airport hotel however the gym gets easily busy and the pool full so there may be disappointment at busier times. The reception staff were very helpful however note that it does often get busy in the reception. Otherwise this hotel is fine as a quick overnight stay by the airport but don't have super high expectations.

The worst 4* hotel you will pay for. Filthy room: dusty, hairs of previous guests in bathroom, towel provided was wet. Pictures speak for themselves. I have stayed in hostels with more cleanliness. The restaurant was also really bad offering poor service marketed as authentic Italian but just frozen overcooked food. Check in kiosks we’re out of order so the line for checking in was long. The light bulb in the room flickered on and the air conditioning was more of a white noise machine with loud air and not cool. The bath fittings fell apart as I tried to use them and hairs were found throughout the room. Aside from its proximity to the airport this hotel falls well below par for the price. Revolting.

Location is convenient for long layover flights since it is close to airport . Hotel bar / restaurant food was not good, I ordered fish and chips which came with one strip and warm chips (fries). For the price! I expected better quality! Hotel rooms are outdated, rooms were very minimal in offerings (towels, no working iron, no hair blower).

We stayed here the last night we were in London so we didn't have a trip[ to the Airport on the day of our flight. We were promptly greeted, help with our registration, and were on our way to our room quickly. The place is kept sparkling, the staff are excellent, the environment is welcoming. We loved our stay. We slept well and we were off to our flight the next morning. Much better than battling morning traffic to try to get to Heathrow.

I stayed in a superior room, i requested a king size bed and that's what i had. Check-in was smooth, and easy. Not much of a queue. Service was excellent. I had dinner at Icon's bar and ordered a buttermilk chicken burger and while the service was excellent and it came practically straight away, the food itself wasn't as tasty as it could've been. Swimming pool's temperature was good and it was really quiet in the morning when i went for a swim. Sauna's temperature was just right, and the steam room was functioning really well also. All in all, I've had a great time.

Stayed two nights prior to extensive international flights. Excellent location and lovely quiet room. Bed, bathroom and heating all very good. The gym had a great selection of equipment and the pool and Sauna were very clean and quiet, and the gym staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast provided excellent options but do book in advance as it is a little expensive if you decide to just turn up on the morning. Unfortunately, a few gripes - I was unable to obtain a do not disturb sign or receive answers to questions i had (despite asking at the reception desk and also using the WhatsApp number as advised by documents in the room). Also, one of the restaurants was closed in the evenings, and the multiple vending machines were empty. Sadly the shuttle to the airport was very late. UPDATE:Thanks for the reply, it would be useful to know if the points mentioned above are being looked into / actioned.

Not only the hotel is quite far from terminal 5 and it takes 45 minutes to go there with a shuttle that you have to pay, 6 pounds each, so if there are two of you, the taxi is cheaper and faster, but also the lady at the reception told us it was to take 20 minutes with the shuttle which was wrong since it was 45 minutes. In addition there is only one shuttle per hour and it was full right after the picking in our hotel, so we were lucky but I can't imagine the worries of the people behind us, having to book a taxi in emergency or to wait for the next shuttle and run the risk to miss their plane. So I would advise to stay in a hotel in West London and take a taxi from there which should take... 45 minutes and then you're not stuck in the middle of nowhere Ith only one restaurant and a limited choice of food and drinks, by the way a lot of drinks on the list were not available. Otherwise the swimming pool was very pleasant, even if there were no more towels available and no one in charge there, and in the bedrooms no one answers the phone and there were not enough cups. But overall, it is a good hotel.

Loved every bit of this hotel. Most importantly the distance to my international terminal and access to public transport. I would also like to commend the customer service staff who attended to me (Sara). Excellent service, polite and friendly. She should be commended. The buffet breakfast option, is amazing I would recommend. The staff was exceptional. The only challenge was, I couldn't not cast from my phone to the TV. I would highly recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

A very busy hotel but we’ll organised. We were checked in by Socrates who was friendly helpful and hospitable to our requests. The swimming pool was lovely and refreshing after a long drive , warm towels were a nice touch. We ate dinner though it felt expensive portions were good size and food was quality ingredients , breakfast was a huge buffet with so so much choice. All staff were exceptionally polite , friendly and efficient . I would definitely recommend this hotel and will definately stay here again.

Stayed just 1 night before flying on holiday. Used the hoppa bus from terminal 5 to hotel and back (they run hourly) Hotel was clean and staff were helpful. Big bedrooms , modern decor, tea & coffee making machine in room. Used the swimming pool and steam room - a good size. Variety of food options available, although some items on the pricey side.

The hotel is very easy to find, parking was fine, the staff were absolutely brilliant, especially those in the restaurant who made having a meal with small children a relaxed and fun time. The same with breakfast, nothing was a problem and the food was genuinely great with a wide selection at breakfast too. The room was perfect for all of us who stayed, it was clean and had everything that we needed. Really could not have asked for any more.

The service was very good, professional and efficient in all aspects - front desk, restaurant and housekeeping. The room was very nice and the beds comfortable although the bunk bed was a bit too narrow for my tall son. The shower leaked on the floor also. This wouldn't stop us from staying again though. It was easy to get to Heathrow also, we were able to book a taxi from the front desk.

Service very friendly but a little slow. Seemed like they don't have enough staff on at reception or the bar. Rooms really nice, but knocked one star off because the bathroom needs a little bit of TLC. Still very clean but tired looking. Perfect location for business being just off the M25, and they have their own parking which is a bonus.

  • 2/5 alok k. 1 year ago on Google
Although the hotel is good and comfortable, very close to Heathrow airport. The fire alarm in the room went off, and there was no response from the entire staff, which was shocking. Not sure how can they be unresponsive with the fire alarm. I hope they will fix it if it's faulty or at least give the attention it deserves when it goes off next time

  • 3/5 Luís O. 1 year ago on Google
Very convenient for someone needing to stay close to Heathrow. Rooms are tidy and comfortable, but need some remodeling works. But the biggest downside of the hotel is the service - people are kind and polite, but service is extremely slow. It took me almost an hour to check in at 11:30pm! Restaurant also has huge delays in service. Seems like the hotel is understaffed. Don't use the Hoppa bus from Heathrow airport. You'll pay £6 when regular buses, such as the 105, will cost you £1.65 and take 5min.

Great location for airport good sized comfortable rooms. Lively bar and whilst not huge choice of food options what we had was tasty. The thing that stood out most is the staff. Bal in reception fabulous customer service skills as did our barman/waiter who was friendly efficient and helpful. Highly recommend

  • 4/5 Mike J. 2 years ago on Google
Such friendly and accommodating staff, treated us as if we were the only guests in the hotel. The breakfast was the only let down, very bog standard fry up items, that were Luke warm at best. The buffet lunch was excellent, with a good range of 3 mains to choose from. Dinner was excellent, a perfect matching menu from starter to dessert. The cosy room is very cosy, fine if you don't plan to stay in the room other than sleeping and getting ready. This is easily the top 3 stays I've had of recent years for the overall experience on a work stay away. Would definitely stay here again and look forward to the time I need to. Keep up the great work people.

Wonderful Experience We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to the airport. Excellent service by Madonna at the desk. As for room, it is very comfortable and clean. Good Service.
