Very poor customer service from a lady called ms Cyrila Afonso, we came to exchange a product shes serving other customers and when she billed us again we were telling her, we are here for an exchange and started raising her voice, it’s a good pharmacy please put educated people over the till. Will not attend again.

It was a great experience when I received help from the pharmacy. Especially the photography side, they helped me a lot and gave the best possible customer service to me and my family. I will be definitely coming here again.

I had very good service whilst here at Chana Chemist, needed to get medication for my grandmother, but wasn’t sure what it was that she needed as I don’t usually deal with these things. I explained to the staff what was going on and they carefully took their time explaining which options I had, and giving advice on how she could handle the situation. Extremely helpful staff! 10/10! I also highly recommend their photo lab for anyone’s passport photos. They produce high quality photos very quickly and are very helpful in ensuring you have the correct size and their printing services are exquisite!

I came here on Wednesday evening to get a passport photo for my wife and myself as we had trouble getting our photos online. The young man on the counter gave us advice on an easier way to apply since he told us the online services given for passports isn’t perfect. Thankfully the photos he gave us were accepted so I would like to thank him. Very good service and a very well mannered person.

The guy who takes passport photos honestly needs to learn how to attend and behave with customers. The guy is perplexed all the time and attitudinal.

I went in for a passport photo and the guy told me "the photo is not guaranteed, its 50 50 likely to be accepted by passport authority. So i said whats the point? and walked out.

I am so surprised about the pharmacist (girl) who literally did not want to listen to me as it was closing time. I had requested for urgent medication through 111 nhs website. They were aware of my need. Due to some religious procession the road was blocked. I literally walked in at 7pm their closing time and this girl rudely told me that they have sut off their computers. She did NOT even ask me why I was there.. I normally would not complain but this is completely out of order.. This medicine is for Anxiety and I did not have any left.. I understand that they were closing but I am a customer sent by nhs. At least ask me what I am there for!! Very sad

I called about my parents medicine delivery which was the first delivery and one type of medicine was missing from their bags. The staff member was so unprofessional as she kept on saying we delivered the medicine. I said all the other medicine are there but one particular medicine is missing from both bags and the chances are that it wasnt put by staff members. She wasnt willing to listen and trust me and asked me silly questions like to bring both bags so she could look in the bags herself then she will know that it wasn't there. Absolutely ridiculous manner she had. She wasnt ready to fix our problem. I will be changing my parents chemist. Not happy at all with chana chemist 😡😡😡

Hi everyone, I am writing this with a big smile of relief on my face as this chemist was the only one that could take my passport photo's for an emergency passport renewal appointment. Will definitely become my go to pharmacy for prescriptions and other necessities. Also very clean and spacious.

The staff are very helpful and kind. My coccyx was injured and they told took very good care of it. Thank you to Chana Chana chemist for helping my coccyx out. It’s highly appreciated

The staff who was there before was really good . They were helpful, always explained all the medication I but now , they’re just in hurry so the customers leave asap . If ask something from them about medicine, then the answer is , I think it’s this way but they are not sure and their I think is most of time us wrong . If some of the staff which was before , they can get will be better. They were polite and intelligent and they knew well how to deal the patients or customers

Very rude staff and behaviour was really rude they put my medicine under the table I wait 25 minutes and after that when I ask them even they don’t no medicine is ready or not . Is that way they do their job . Customer service is very important they should learn how to behave with customer.

The pharmacy is not just right. They miss items on delivery and say it was in the bag, some times they give we owe you note but never deliver the medication and some times they Miss the delivery for whole 2 weeks and say we tried to deliver and no one was at home which is a clear lie as I was home all the time plus they said they tried delivery on Friday which is not their delivery day… it’s Wednesday. Not professional or responsible people to manage medications so I will switch to another pharmacy. Stay away from themmmm

I arrived for a simple query I had on Saturday and initially I was not happy with how I was dealt with. However, there was a young man who had come over to help me out (short guy, short hair, black jumper) and his service was impeccable! Spoke very well, had very good manners and respectfully assured me that I would be fine (according to my query). I could see he was trying to rectify and issues that were caused with me, and his professionalism was absolutely stunning! I would like to thank this gentleman very much.

Their medicines are very expensive…. They charge much more then actual rate in other stores… which is really very bad…

Shawn gave brilliant customer service when I had a print out for a funeral. Quick and easy. Also gave good advice on frames to go with photo.

I have been going here for years since a child but it’s a shame that one bad customer service experience from a pendu woman working there like she owns the shop and can choose to stop working 15 minutes before their shift ends to do a antigen test, can ruin your visit but there was an upside as a younger female colleague jumped in to assist and resolve this issue instantly.

They give wrong PCR test results. I got positive results but not having any symptoms. Took PCR test from somewere else got negative on next day. Even my friend got positive few days before but having no symptoms. Stay away from them specially from the PCR test which they do.
