I can’t say enough positive things about Tovon & Co. Diamonds and highly recommended them to anyone that is in the market for any type of jewelry! When I walked in to find the perfect ring for my girlfriend (now fiancée), I knew absolutely nothing and made sure that was known. Tommy & his entire staff walked me through the entire process & by the time I left their store on the first day, I felt like I knew so much about diamonds. Tommy & Denise sat with me and helped design the dream ring that turned out breathtaking! Not to mention, I made 3 visits to ensure everything was absolutely perfect about the ring from the first visit until pickup and their customer service from top to bottom was all anyone could ever ask for! Lastly, they truly care about the entire experience and want to see engagement rings one month after proposal and 3-6 months following… that tells their customers that they stand by their products and care! So happy with the visit my wife and I made to Tovon. She had been having some problems with her engagement ring setting - prongs bending, metal being worn away at the base - and we thought we'd have to invest in a new setting. Denise took a look and discussed the options with us but explained that in the end we didn't need a new setting if we didn't want one. She could've led us down a completely different path and gotten a lot more money from us, but in the end was just honest and made my wife so incredibly happy because she was able to keep her original setting. Will definitely return!

I had an heirloom center stone and a vague idea of what I wanted for a non traditional engagement ring. From my initial meeting, design consult, ring mock up, to pick up- the customer service, expertise and care taken were amazing. I’m thrilled with a beautiful and unique ring that I will wear everyday for the rest of my life. 11/10!!

I was looking for a Ruby pendant for an anniversary gift and found exactly what I wanted at Tovon & Co. I went to other jewelers and looked at several rubies but none really jumped out at me. One stop at Tovon’s was all it took. Tommy went out of his way to find the best Ruby I’ve seen after weeks of looking. He ensured it was in the price range I set. The custom bezel setting was perfect. The ladies working there were very friendly and helpful, even contacting me by phone to confirm details of my order. Can’t say enough about the service I received and the quality of the jewelry I purchased. 5 stars.

Love Mr Tovan and the staff, everyone is happy very helpful and just so personable. Had earnings specially made and they turned out amazing so happy I wanted to give them to my husband the day I picked them up.... but waited until Christmas. Thank you all so much!! Honestly I was quite scared to even consider entering the store as college student with a budget, but Denise was so helpful with finding something I loved while also being perfectly in my price range. It was such a great experience and my nerves were completely alleviated. Will absolutely be shopping there again in the future. It felt like I made some great new friends!

Absolutely blown away by the quality of this ring! I came in with my partner and explained what I was looking for (I’m super picky) with some photos from Pinterest for reference. Rose gold ring with a garnet center stone was my baseline request. This man hit it out of the park! Everything I could’ve ever dreamed of in an engagement ring. If you’re looking for custom designed jewelry, I highly recommend Tovan! An added bonus, his prices are very reasonable. On a side note, I said yes!
