In-house:
I've
gone
several
times,
and
it's
been
great.
Service
was
great
and
food
delish.
Ordered
online
for
pickup:
It
was
a
Monday
eve,
not
a
holiday,
restaurant
not
busy,
no
one
new
came
in
the
entire
time
I
waited.
Scheduled
my
pickup
time
about
an
hour
and
a
half
out.
Food
was
not
only
not
ready,
it
took
almost
40
minutes
after
my
scheduled
time
(a
woman
was
there
for
about
10
minutes
longer
and
left
at
the
same
time).
The
young
bartender
did
the
best
he
could
with
trying
to
get
updates
and
providing
beverages
(***Reminder
to
not
attack
the
messenger***).
Didn't
see
the
manager.
No
discount
or
free
dessert
or
something
for
the
insane
wait.
10-15
minutes
wait,
cool.
It
happens.
Slow
eve
and
40
minutes
without
updates?
No.
Having
worked
in
a
restaurant,
the
manager
would
be
helping
staff
if
there
was
a
shortage.
We
were
aware
of
it
and
would
communicate
that
to
the
customers.
Leaving
customers
in
the
dark
for
an
unknown
wait
time
is
extremely
disrespectful.
