Wednesday night Lobster and steak is a great deal. Service is always good at this location. Server will was exceptional very pleasant courteous and knowledgeable. He was consistently attentive my food came out very quickly and everything was to my specifications. It would have been nice if my meal came out after I had time to eat my bacon wrapped scallops. However the immediate bread drink and salad after my order was great. I will always go to the Arundel Mills Red Lobster

My girlfriend and I dined today and had a wonderful experience! We ordered the cheesy crab fries as an appetizer which was on point. The unlimited shrimp was also all cooked really well and delicious. Our server was Shade and I’m glad we had him as our server. The service was exceptional! Shade was attentive and very knowledgeable of the menu. Overall, we had great food and wonderful service. I would certainly recommend to come here.

My family would take me here growing up more than 30 years ago. Today I took my own kids here during a visit. Still a great place after all these years!

I absolutely loved this Red lobster! The staff was so friendly and the food was great! Lobsters were once considered the poor man’s chicken. In Colonial times, it was fed to pigs and goats and only eaten by paupers.

190.00 dollars for Everything Smothered in garlic;( That 190.00,was for 3 people! Could have Went to Texas Road house twice,) or Chills 3×s and got MUCH!better food! it was are first n last time! In-house: I've gone several times, and it's been great. Service was great and food delish. Ordered online for pickup: It was a Monday eve, not a holiday, restaurant not busy, no one new came in the entire time I waited. Scheduled my pickup time about an hour and a half out. Food was not only not ready, it took almost 40 minutes after my scheduled time (a woman was there for about 10 minutes longer and left at the same time). The young bartender did the best he could with trying to get updates and providing beverages (***Reminder to not attack the messenger***). Didn't see the manager. No discount or free dessert or something for the insane wait. 10-15 minutes wait, cool. It happens. Slow eve and 40 minutes without updates? No. Having worked in a restaurant, the manager would be helping staff if there was a shortage. We were aware of it and would communicate that to the customers. Leaving customers in the dark for an unknown wait time is extremely disrespectful.

We went mid afternoon and you could sadly tell the food was reheated and not fresh. My crab legs were salty and my lobster tail was way over done. This place is best during food hour rushes like lunch and dinner hour but not so much for a mid day stop. The waitress and staff were pleasant though .

Went there to spend a little one-on-one with my friend. We asked for a quiet out of the way booth and were taken to one. The bartender went out of his way to make a drink my friend wanted, had to find it on the internet!. The food was excellent. Prices were high, but that is everywhere.

Great dinner tonight, prompt service. Manager stopped by to make sure everything was okay. It was a great experience, would recommend.

First time at this location. Same great food and service we receive at all Red Lobster locations. As we are new to this area our server went all out to answer questions about the area.

Just ate here for my son’s birthday and our table was served by James. We had a great experience. James was attentive and easy going. The food was fantastic. Made me rethink Red Lobster. This location as a whole is a notch above other locations I’ve been to. I’d recommend this spot to anyone who’s looking for a great meal.

We each had the all you can eat shrimp, but chose different selections. Everything was delicious, and cooked to perfection. Service was excellent. Table, restaurant and parking lot were all spotless. We were there just about dusk/sunset; we asked the waitress to lower the shade/curtain so that the sun was not in our eyes and she oblige.

We come here every once in a while but this time it was very busy because of endless shrimp. The kitchen fell behind as soon as we arrived and we waited about 40+ minutes for our food(table of 4) our waitress was very nice, accommodating, and apologetic. Without even having to comment she spoke with the manager to get us a discount for our wait. The food was pretty good!!

I went in today for the all you can eat shrimp. Delicious hot fresh food and great service. Manager stopped by twice and talked with me. My server was awesome. Didn't rush me and was so nice and friendly. Even offered me a refill of my drink to go. I noticed the other servers were doing a great job with their customers also. It was really nice to go out to eat and have such a great experience where employees are not just doing their job but enjoying it at the same time.

Never had a good experience at this location. Service is terrible. Food is okay. Also ordered curbside twice and order was incorrect both times.

Its been years since we've been here. Like many places today, they look understaffed. We did call ahead seating and as we were walking in I could see thru the windows open tables. We still had to wait 20 minutes. We called 20 minutes before getting there. Theres not a lot for Gluten free. Even the rice isnt gluten free here. When we were seated I was watching the other tables already seated to see how quickly they got thwir food. We actually got ours at least 5 minutes before they did and it looked like they got the same thing, the All You Can eat shrimp. My wifes order came out wrong. The potatos didnt have any flavor, just seemed bland. Shrimp were good. The Dragon shrimp were just OK. The biscuits arent what I remember. Again its been probably 5 yrs since we been here. The person that brought our food was more engaging than our server. Overall, unless we get a gift card, not sure there is a reason to go back....
