I have been going to Jenne's Nails for over a decade. New owner (Phoebe) and her staff are super friendly, accommodating and kind. The salon has gotten a well-needed face lift and the space is now clean, bright and spacious. Their gel manicures are the best and literally last for weeks. My daughters love to join me as they are treated like little princesses every time we go. Even when it is busy, Phoebe always manages to squeeze us in without an appointment. Definitely prefer Jenne's over all the other local Chatham/Madison nail salons (and I've tried them all!).

This salon was so spacious and clean with a spa like atmosphere. I’m so happy that the technician could do the design that I wanted perfectly. I will definitely be coming back!

This salon is clean and staff are friendly! Good pedicures, manicures and for a fee, good shoulder massage during manicure.

I cannot say better things about Jenne's nails! I've tried many salons in the area and found myself either disappointed or that they were not consistent. I absolutely love the owner, Phoebe, and all the staff. I spent half of the last year pregnant and they all made an effort to make me feel as comfortable as possible at a time when that was not easy to do so. The salon itself is incredibly clean and they always have a massive collection of polishes - regular, gel and powder.

I was introduced to Jenne’s nails recently and am so glad. The Salon is run very well. They are skilled pleasant and friendly. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed- all were the best I’ve had in a very long time. I highly recommend you check them out. You will not be disappointed.

This salon is very welcoming and everyone who works there is so nice, helpful and kind! I am very particular about how my nails look and Kim has done an amazing job taking her time to make sure I like the way they look. Anytime I show a picture a bunch of the workers do their best to help me find the color I’m looking for! The only negative thing I have to say is they need to be more transparent and consistent with pricing. Inflation is real in all aspects and no one wants to be blindsided when they go to check out. When I first called and asked how much a gel fill cost I was told $55, at checkout they tried to charge $100 but the woman realized she told me $55 so that is what I was charged. I confirmed the full price for the next time and I was told again, $55. When I went back a second time they charged me $70, apparently a fill is actually $60 and to fix one nail they charge $10. *both times I only got one solid color, no design* I sent a bunch of my friends to the salon with them knowing the base price of a fill is $55 (what I was told) and then they left paying $75. I personally think $75 for a solid color gel fill is outrageous but i also understand this is a business. If you are looking for a warm welcoming atmosphere go here! Also, as a bonus sometimes they have a cute, very well behaved dog there!

i love getting my nails done at jenne’s salon. i’ve been going there since they reopened and i always love how my nails turn out. i’ve known phobe for many many years and her and her staff are always the best to us. 😊
