Had a problem with my phone which had nothing to do with the store. Harmon went above and beyond to help me, I was there for over an hour. I took care of what I had to take care of with support and left the store very happy. Top notch service excellent customer care and just an all-around super nice guy. Will recommend and be back.

The Liberty store location was not welcoming at all. The rep was rude. She did not let me finish my sentence a/out cutting me off. I had to receive my change shirt because she didn’t have it. Told me I couldn’t finance another item unless I paid off the apple AirPods that only suppose to have 2 more payments left. She said 3. My account is in good standing and I been with you guys about 10 years or more. Gateway mall location is magnificent. I hope I have to never venture to The Liberty location ever again.

At&t is a great service provider without doubt but if you go to this store please do not get service from the polish girl. I'm a firstnet holder and she sold me wrong information which cost me $20+ extra dollar every month until I thought to myself it feels wrong. I called customer service and they told me I was told wrong information about my service and promos. The polish girl sold me opposite information of the promos. Be aware be careful.

Store allows anyone to make payments chg account services without passcode or security pin Oh yeaa good luck with trying to speak to someone over the phone

Great experience today. Herman was very helpful, transparent and knowledgeable about the issue I had regarding a plan. He fixed an issue within 10 mins that couldn’t be resolved with 3 separate visits to another AT&T site. Thank you Herman.

Elena is a dedicated and responsible professional. Problem that att call center representative created she solved in two minutes. I spent hours on a phone asking for help before coming to this location. Highly recommend!
