Thank you so much kindness during my stay while my husband was having surgery at Mt Sinai. The studio is pretty, very clean and comfortable with everything I needed. I was able to relax every day after going to the hospital A number of cafes serving good food less than a block away. Everyone on the block so nice. Short walk to central park. We both worked in the area in the early 1970s. All of Harlem actually. We always liked the people we met back then. Nice to see that hasn't changed. I am glad to see houses renovated and the little cafes on the block. Your block reminded us of the neighborhoods we each grew up in- Park Slope and Astoria - before they became too upscale for us Stay well, hope to come back with you for a Manhattan museum vacation at some point. Bubba and Bean is such a great place to stay and the owners are absolutely the BEST! Our room was spacious and we were very comfortable. We had everything we needed! The location was perfect. It was one block from the Metro and had lots of eateries close by. I would definitely stay there again!

We spent our first vacation across the ocean at Bubba and Bean's place. The accommodation impressed us thanks to the great review, great location and especially thanks to recommendations for families with children. Communication with the owners was great - very quick and helpful. Accommodation has a great equipment, comfortable beds, it is clean with above-avarage amazing pro-client service you cannot find anywhere else. They even had a crib for our daughter, which was a game changer. It was quite difficult to find hotel that is well prepared for toddler. Absolutely wonderful weekend at B&B! It feels like we stayed at a friend’s place in the city. Jonathan & Clement make you feel welcome and taken care of with the little things in your room. We had reusable shopping bags available, a list of locations for various things we may need like vetted restaurants, stores for batteries or other forgotten items, museums, shopping, subway route recommendations, etc. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel like a local during their stay. We hope to be back soon, thank you.

What an amazing place to stay! The hosts were available whenever needed, the apartment was extremely clean, well equipped and perfectly located. Well thought details like a welcome basket and apples and umbrellas at the door sets this place apart from hotels. Perfect place to stay if you need to be at Mt. Sinai hospital for business or family. The neighborhood is great and walkable to midtown. If you want a true NYC experience, this is the place to stay. Looking forward to returning!

My husband and I loved this place! We spent a long weekend in NYC and wanted a more personal and homey experience then the over priced NYC hotels. We do not regret staying here and only wish we could have stayed a few more nights. The location is a few blocks from Central Park and Museum mile. We felt safe in the area and the room was very cozy and comfy (not to mention large by NYC standards). There is a great French café a block away and a few delicious places to grab a bite to eat. The 6 train takes you to everywhere else you might want to go in NYC as well. What a great find and cannot thank them enough for such great hospitality. Thank you for welcoming us into your "home". We will be back.

You know when you find something amazing and you don’t want to tell anyone because you want it to be your secret? That is what Bubba and Bean is like. I have stayed in numerous air bnbs in NYC and this was 100000 times better. So clean, the beds are sooooo comfortable and added touches like snacks, coffee in our rooms, umbrellas by the door and instant help when we couldn’t work the air conditioner made us feel special and cared for. The rooms were spotless and cleaned regularly and the location is convenient for any where in manhattan on the subway. I will never stay anywhere else in NYC again!
