Avoid this office like the plague of you have to do a procedure. I went to have a routine procedure and it was one of the most torturous days of my life. Among several failures, the nursing staff neglected to pass along information to me as a patient, turning a 2 hour process into to a 5 hour process. They had me sit there in major discomfort for while placating me and wasting my time. They still can't get there story straight as to why they had inaccurate or missing pieces of information. I filed a complaint and I'm awaiting the results of their investigation. I was the only black person in a room of non-black people, and I was the only patient in the room being treated with that disregard and disrespect (unless there was anyone else they neglected). Take that for what it's worth. If you're black, go at your own risk. They are so unprofessional, and they should be embarrassed.

I’ve never had such pleasant and professional experience with doctors even in a top clinics in Manhattan. Doctor is very knowledgeable and patient oriented, as a plus, you feel a human behind. Highly recommended to anyone looking for recovery and to resolve their issues pain free.

Dr. Rao was excellent. On time, professional, listened really carefully and asked a lot of questions. Great bedside manner an no nonsense approach to treatment. Very pleased with my appointment and experience. It’s clear Dr. Rao is an expert in his field.

Very nice and clean office. Staff was polite and welcoming, and checkin was quick being a new patient. Dr. Rao was easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. He listened patiently to everything I had to say which I very much appreciated. He was quick to schedule a colonoscopy within a week.

I had a great experience here. Friendly staff & Dr Yakubov is GREAT. He knows his stuff, is skilled and friendly. He also doesn't try to hard sell and push you for multiple visits. I highly recommend!
