This place is A+, I would recommend coming if you haven’t. You will not be disappointed. The food was fresh and cooked the way we asked. The atmosphere was friendly and warm not to mention clean including the ladies room 🤣👍🏾. Thank you to our great customer service displayed by our waiter, Isaiah. Overall it was good. Our server was nice and kept the drinks full. The table was clean and the atmosphere was pretty good. The food was good and prepared correctly. The potato soup was excellent. His rack of ribs was pretty good.

As always, Bartender Linda D made our several recent visits to Parsippany Outback outstanding! Linda's positive attitude, good humor, and attention to detail result in the the relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere that keeps us coming back! This is our Wednesday. Place to go, it's walk about Wednesday. Prices 1495 steak and potato and free beer or soft drink. Places clean waiters are friendly. They get all the information you give them right? Dinner's always right. Five stars to this restaurant

Johann B was one of the best waiters I have ever had! He was funny, attentive, and fast. I was having a bad day and honestly I wish I could have thanked him for providing me with such a great experience! Thank you Johann!!

Great place to eat a solid hearty meal. Entire menu is fantastic you can’t go wrong on whatever choice you make. My recommendation is the cheese fries with extra ranch, Bloomin onion, house salad, chicken with cheese and bacon with lava cake to finish.

Service was good until I got home and saw that even though I said several times that I am gluten free, the shrimp was on a piece of bread. From the receipt, it looks like the person taking the order did not write it down. My food was good. My daughter did not like the Nashville hot wings.

Great staff fast food on time just one of the best experiences I’ve had dining out . The owner Charlene was amazing and attentive to guest . Highly recommend.

Food was delicious and fresh. But the server Peyton was beyond amazing!!! You go out to eat to have a pleasant dining experience and we had such an awesome experience with her.

Overall this place is very good. For sit down, however, despite the place not being busy, the service is slow. But the food is delicious! We are regulars!!

The staff and service was great but I was quite disappointed with the food. The filet mignon that I get at home is always much better. I would choose fries from Wendy's, McDonald's or shake shack before Outbacks. The soup was good but the vegetables were not cooked the way my wife prefers them and would not eat them. I felt a steak joint should have better steak and fries, my filet was quite burnt on the outside, not seared but burnt.

My friend picked here for her first birthday dinner in 3 years since CV-19. Almost all the food was good and our server Amanda did an outstanding job serving us. She even went out of her way to get my friend a desert from the manager for her birthday. Will absolutely go again

Our best take out meal on our four day road trip. kookaburra wings and strawberry 🍓 salads. The server was very patient with us when our gift card didn't go through. Very good service here. Fast.

We had a great meal tonight at Outback! Our waitess, Peyton was top notch and on the ball! We hope to have her again the next time we come in!

Such amazing food and service. Our server was Lucas and he made our experience so enjoyable he was personable and accommodating (what more can you ask for!?). The manager Charlene came over to make sure everything was going well and we noticed she was walking around and staying on top of things the whole time which was so refreshing to see in a restaurant. She went above and beyond not only for us but for every customer there. Highly recommend, we definitely will be going back!

Rhonda was an amazing manager and went above and beyond to accommodate our allergy needs and make us feel safe. Lucas, our server, was also kind and very attentive to our allergy concerns. Would highly recommend this outback to anyone in the areas!

I always say, outback is the McDonald's of steakhouses, because you know what you're gona get anywhere you go. It's the not the best and not the worst. Overall I was very happy with my meal, I didn't expect it to be 50 bucks after tips, but inflation doesn't stop and outside of NY didn't help either, I mean 4 bucks for an extra side of cinnamon butter and sugar? Really...

I love this Outback, they really go above and beyond to make you happy. I ordered online and asked for broccoli in my pasta in the special instructions because there was no option and the guy came out to make sure I wanted them mixed in or on the side. Made my night. My order was perfect and the food was warm. Highly recommend

Very happy with my service, food, and the delivery of my food was quick. I came for my brother's birthday and our party was able to be accomodated quickly. It was a larger party and we were able to be seated quickly. We came at approximately 5pm: however it was an off time. Portions have gotten smaller over the years but the food remains delicious. Prices are ok for what you receive, given inflation and all. Overall we were pleased with the experience.

We had not been to the Outback in some time and didn't know what to expect. Our concerns quickly disappeared. Kerri , our server was fantastic, he helped us through all aspects of the menu, from beverages to dessert. He was friendly, courteous, and quick. Chris the manager, could be seen checking the operations of the restaurant and stopped and took the time to check on us and our satisfaction with the service and food. We have not seen service like this in some time we are very happy with the Outback and will return. It was a fantastic dining experience.

Ok, We entered and the older lady at the desk (Hostess) was absolutely horrible her customer service was the same as a 15 year old with working papers BUT the manager came over to seat us and stole the show ( this is where the 5 stars come in) She listened to us, understood our concern and addressed our issue. The waiter Johann was just a sweet/attentive server. He checked on us every moment he got. I was not going to go back but definitely changed my mind. To the hostess customer service is not for you.

Food was decent pretty good. service was on the low side was never asked how our food was after minutes of eating some of it only asked once for drink refills. Our waiter never came to take our plates out of the way so we were eating with plates from our appetizers around us. They were just piled up on the table. The manager and another waiter came over to see if we’re doing ok. The other waiter that came around was nice enough to take our plates away while we were just finishing up our dinner. That was the only good thing about the service otherwise our waiter wasn’t the best.

I will start by saying that dining in-person has never been an issue & my family does love going to Outback on occasion. I have also ordered delivery, curbside pick-up, ubereats multiple times but today was the last time. I ordered through ubereats & my order was wrong. i don’t know what happened but even the quality of the food & the taste, not good at all. i actually ended up cooking everything again cause there was zero taste & something just tasted off. Steak, no taste at all. Pasta was eh. Shrimp, never got. Presentation was eh. Overall, disappointed as i usually never have issues here but I guess if you order through a delivery service, they don’t really put TLC into it.

The food and service were really good. My husband had the blooming chicken and I had the coconut shrimp. Both were great. The only problem and this is our fault we went on Sunday. Kids screaming very loud groups. So atmosphere was extremely noisy.

The food was a bit over greasy. But other then that the service was nice, had a good atmosphere, and we are treated with kindness. Defiantly a nice place to bring families over, and I do actually recommend the Alice Springs Chicken. It has mushrooms and cheddar cheese and it is SO savoury and good.

This is my second time coming to outback and both experiences were excellent. My server Paul was very friendly and very alert! I never needed for anything with him around. The prices are really good especially for all that comes with your meal. They also have $7 cocktails so ofc I had to partake 🤭.

Linda is our favorite waitress/bartender at this location! She's always friendly and very accommodating. But, all the staff are very nice and professional. The food is always great here and the chef or manager makes their way to every table to make sure everything was good. Also, this location never gets too crowded or too loud.

Decided to stop in during a long drive home. Me and the girlfriend wait to be seated, took a while for the servers to stop messing around in the back to notice us after four minutes. Wouldn't be a big point usually, but there were only 3 or 4 other tables in the whole restaurant, so it wasn't busy. The server was nice, though. Started off with a blooming onion. It was pretty overcooked, and was just kind of not fun to eat and burnt. Decided to try the new blooming onion fried sandwich, as I was in the onion mood. Same issue with the sandwich, the fried chicken was a dark brown color, no where near what fried chicken looks and not as described in the menu. Super thin and very burnt. I only ate about half. Didn't finish my fries either. Kind of put me off of the whole meal. Also made me regret spending $50 on food worth no where near that.

Horrible, Terrible On January 16th 2021 at 5.30 PM I ordered a takeout. The pickup time was 6.00PM. I got a confirmation email & text. They called me to change my soup. I reached there at 6.00 PM. Waited there 1/2 hour. The lady told me that it will be ready soon. At 7.00 PM another lady came and told me that there is no order in my name. This people doesn't know what they are doing.

I usually have a good experience with the food and the service at this Parsippany location. However, today was a big disappointment on the service end. The waitress was unlikeable from the beginning: She greeted us in a hurry and rushed us to order. My wife and I both ordered cream spinach as a side upon inquiring what vegetables were available. The waitress did not tell us that there was a $2 upcharge, so my wife naturally questioned the bill. The server spoke indignantly back that she answered out question and the upcharge was listed in the menu for us to see. However, my wife said that the upcharge should still have been mentioned. The server walked away in a huff with the bill and credit card - she brought back the credit card and threw it across the table. I don't believe she wanted to work that day. There was also no manager around to manage the situation!

Chain restaurant but the freshest fiod that can be. When I worked there 15 years ago, they were EXTREMELY strict on the quality control and its still evident. Great service as well.

Disappointed. Went for prime rib, they didn't have any. So, went with bone in Riley, my second favorite.. really off. After bone and ton of fat may 14 ounces. That would be ok but it was tasteless. Usually well seasoned with whatever they put on all their steaks. No seasonings at all.

It was so awesome to visit Outback again! It was a little cold outside so we sat inside. The staff definitely did an amazing job spreading out the customers following the social distancing rules. They were constatly cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant. The food was delicious as always and the drinks were perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better experience at Outback! Litteraly from start to finish everything was great!

Was sad to find out the onion petals were no longer and it is just back to the greasy bloomin onion. Food was good, but mashed potatoes were thick and felt like I had to almost cut it to eat it. Service was acceptable, but think she was covering too much to be more attentive.
