It
took
me
a
long
time
to
get
a
hold
of
her,
but
I
finally
was
able
to
complain
to
the
manager
of
the
gym
about
my
card
not
clicking
in.
Her
response
to
this
was
to
tell
me
that
I
was
committing
insurance
fraud
if
I
asked
her
to
manually
put
in
the
3
days
that
did
not
click
in.
Is
this
not
unbelievable?
That's
in
a
sense
accusing
me
of
lying.
I
also
made
a
complaint
about
a
staff
member.
After
an
employee
was
rude
to
me
and
would
not
tell
me
his
name
I
went
to
the
manager,
Tracy
is
her
name,
whose
response
was
to
scream
at
me
and
tell
me,
a
grown
woman
in
her
50s,
who
teaches
traumatized
children,
that
I
was
suspended
from
the
gym
for
a
month!!
Imagine
how
humiliated
and
insulted
I
felt
as
she
screamed
this
in
front
of
her
staff.
I
felt
so
threatened
by
her,
attacked
by
her
and
her
distance
to
me
telling
me
to
leave
the
gym
right
now.
I
am
not
a
hoodlum.
I
did
not
threaten
anyone,
do
damage
to
property
or
hurt
anyone
in
any
way
and
this
was
her
response
to
my
complaints;
this
is
how
she
treated
me.I
have
never
heard
of
going
to
a
manager
with
a
complaint
and
having
her
suspend
you
from
the
gym!.
I
was
completely
shocked,
insulted
and
humiliated
at
her
screaming
that
she
would
suspend
me
in
front
of
everyone.
This
is
what
you
can
expect
from
customer
service
at
this
gym
and,
unfortunately,
the
owners
stand
by
her.
I've
heard
other
people
complain
about
her
as
well.
The
story
continues
even
more
shockingly,
but
I
think
it
best
to
not
talk
about
that
part
for
the
moment
.
