This was my first time here, I went for servicing my car, Donna at front desk helped me and the Nick inspected the car, provided everything in detail, thanks both of you. The great thing was that they provided small video clip explaining all inspected areas, I never saw that before at other Honda showrooms, that was really cool. My car servicing took little longer, Donna arranged shuttle back to home, thanks Donna. They are providing free wifi, if we want to wait there and work , they also have kids area. We had a great experience at Open road Honda. Special thanks to Besnik for making the whole process super easy and smooth. We wanted to trade in our old Honda car and again John (manager)helped us give a good deal and within minutes the deal was done. Great customer service, great pricing are the things you get when you buy with Open Road. Obviously due to COVID things have changed and now you don’t get the first free service when you buy a car. Also after car sale is made the final paperwork takes a tonne of time so be prepared for couple of hours.They also have a Honda service center next door.

Sales, Services and Repairs done at this Open Honda store. Sales of certified used cars 🚙 is also done ✅ at this facility. At the sales center some very good staffs are available they tell all details about the requested cars. Cars which needs to be repaired can be dropped here and based on sequence car would be picked up for service. Thanks 😊

I recently purchased a 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport at Open Road Honda. The representative that was helping me was Victor Sandoval. He was awesome from beginning to end! Victor was very welcoming and very friendly. He patiently answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to talk with management to help get my rate into my budget. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful and I could not be more grateful! Victor made the process simple. Everyone at Open Road Honda was so helpful and really made our first time buying experience as seamless as can be. Mike in certified used greeted us kindly as we walked in. Probably the most painless car buying experience I can remember. Spoke with the dealership the day prior to get an idea of what inventory they had on the lot, pricing on their vehicles, and let them know what we were looking to spend. We set up an appointment and went in the next day. Abdullah took care of us, showing us various trims and options for the vehicle we were interested in. He was completely honest and upfront on costs never pressuring us to buy anything we didn't want, and he kept the process moving to make sure we weren't there all day. Open Road Honda is a great choice with good inventory, salesman and managers. Dealership had the car I wanted in stock and Harold Lopez was very accommodating as the salesman. Russ, Lou, and Nick gave me a great number for my trade along with the car I was interested in . The finance manager, Wanyela , made sure I got the best rates with financing and helped me out with any questions I had with the paperwork. Everyone valued my time and made it their goal to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase.

Last month on Jan 31st, I went at Open Road Honda, Edison. I had a great experience. This was my first visit; didn't have any appointment, just filled-up few details in 3rd party portal to express my willingness to buy new Honda CR-V. After entering the store I met with Vanessa. She noted down few details and allowed me to go thru their available stock. I was basically looking for EX-L trim run by petrol. She gave me the keys and allowed me for test drive. I have Honda cars earlier (Accord, Pilot). So I have no doubt about the car; only keen to know how it came up overall with new design 2023. While parking the EX-L, I noticed CR-V AWD Hybrid Sport. I just liked the car. I was anyways looking for Pearl White, and with Black combination (wheels, mirror caps & roof rails) in Sport trim it looks far better than the EX-L pearl white. I didn't do much study on the hybrid version. Here, I must say Vanessa helped me with relevant information to compare both the trims EX-L and Hybrid Sport so that I can take an informed decision. Once the deal got finalized she made the whole process super easy and smooth. Excellent customer service and as far as the pricing of the car is concerned they understand the requirement and work according to the need. Only one complain I have, if they can arrange some refreshments during the lengthy paper work then it is nothing like it. However, I do understand during pandemic time they removed such stuff to reduce the spread of infection. Lastly, I would like to mention about Ricardo who is the Finance Manager. He helped me with finance options. Paper-work usually takes time so be prepared for at-least 3 hrs. post sale of car. They promised me 2 years of free service excluding wear and tear.

I call this Donna's Honda. Great Service, and the wait is comfortable, and the place is clean. You can pull out your laptop or read a book. A small vending machine would be nice ...lol. Donna is my rep, and she makes the process smooth, and she knows here stuff. Her personality makes them money. Yes, we have to pay for service, but she makes that easy as well. I'm glad I switched. I'm closer to Union.

Contacted Open Road about purchasing this vehicle that was in transit. They told me the exact date it would be delivered and I showed up an hour after it was delivered. Everything went smoothly and VJ was a big help and answered every question I threw at him. Very happy with my purchase, definitely deal with VJ you won’t be disappointed

Very pleasant car buying experience. Vanessa was super easy to talk to and we negotiated a price that we were both happy with which was less than an hour. They quoted me a price much less than all the other leaderships. Although I had to wait a few months for the car to be built in the factory (which is totally understandable during this time), picking up the car was as smooth as it could be. Total time spent in dealership was about 2-3 hrs.
