I
went
at
Open
Road
Honda,
Edison.
I
had
a
great
experience.
This
was
my
first
visit;
didn't
have
any
appointment,
just
filled-up
few
details
in
3rd
party
portal
to
express
my
willingness
to
buy
new
Honda
CR-V.
After
entering
the
store
I
met
with
Vanessa.
She
noted
down
few
details
and
allowed
me
to
go
thru
their
available
stock.
I
was
basically
looking
for
EX-L
trim
run
by
petrol.
She
gave
me
the
keys
and
allowed
me
for
test
drive.
I
have
Honda
cars
earlier
(Accord,
Pilot).
So
I
have
no
doubt
about
the
car;
only
keen
to
know
how
it
came
up
overall
with
new
design
2023.
While
parking
the
EX-L,
I
noticed
CR-V
AWD
Hybrid
Sport.
I
just
liked
the
car.
I
was
anyways
looking
for
Pearl
White,
and
with
Black
combination
(wheels,
mirror
caps
&
roof
rails)
in
Sport
trim
it
looks
far
better
than
the
EX-L
pearl
white.
I
didn't
do
much
study
on
the
hybrid
version.
Here,
I
must
say
Vanessa
helped
me
with
relevant
information
to
compare
both
the
trims
EX-L
and
Hybrid
Sport
so
that
I
can
take
an
informed
decision.
Once
the
deal
got
finalized
she
made
the
whole
process
super
easy
and
smooth.
Excellent
customer
service
and
as
far
as
the
pricing
of
the
car
is
concerned
they
understand
the
requirement
and
work
according
to
the
need.
Only
one
complain
I
have,
if
they
can
arrange
some
refreshments
during
the
lengthy
paper
work
then
it
is
nothing
like
it.
However,
I
do
understand
during
pandemic
time
they
removed
such
stuff
to
reduce
the
spread
of
infection.
Lastly,
I
would
like
to
mention
about
Ricardo
who
is
the
Finance
Manager.
He
helped
me
with
finance
options.
Paper-work
usually
takes
time
so
be
prepared
for
at-least
3
hrs.
post
sale
of
car.
They
promised
me
2
years
of
free
service
excluding
wear
and
tear.
