This is a decent mall with a movie theater inside. HUGE But neat and clean. Very busy here on the weekends. There were a good selection of name brand stores, restaurants and food court options. There were also really nice views as well.

A large shopping mall in the downtown has outlets of many brands, restaurants , an Imax Cinema Theatre, and other entertainments. Paid parking and wi.fi frequent registration are 2 major issues staff is cooperative.

Amazing mall! The stores switch sometimes and has lots of fun things for kids and a while food court. I think it is better that Warwick Mall!

Went to the Champion store and accidentally brought some $19 Reebok Pumps. F'N! AMAZING. Then dropped $143 on a Northface vest🤦🏾‍♂️.

In the day and age of shopping malls closing, Providence Place still seems to be thriving. I recently went there with my daughter for school shopping and found a good selection of store choices as well as affordable options. After driving 80 miles to get here, it was a bit disappointing to see that my favorite store had closed up a few months before. Unfortunately, that is the day and age that we are living in with online competition. The only downside of Providence Place is that you have to pay to park there after a few hours. However, it was not enough to deter us from going there on that particular day.

The store options are antiquated. And the mall seems very large from the outside but inside is a decent-sized mall. It took us three hours to go around all sections of the mall and eat in the mall. The attractions in the mall was typical of most malls, there are a few interactive places such as Dave’s and Busters. The dinning options are decent. There is a lot of parking option and very reasonably priced - first two hours are free. For three hours we paid $2 total. I will say in general if you are busing close by and want to check out the mall that will be a good use of time but it’s not worth visiting the area specifically for the sake of the mall.

A really beautiful mall. I brought family in from out of town and they loved the place. Especially the women and girls. The picture window was awesome with views of the river and city skyline in the distance. It was nice that the first two hours were free to park. The only negative was one deck of escalators weren't working. Other than that was a great experience and we all spent a lot of money. Great job, Buddy.

Mall are dying across America, but Providence Place is still a nice place with nice shops. Several restaurants for different tastes from burgers to full menu. You pay $2 for parking.

The mall experience is amazing here! Amazing food court, stores, and entertainment. One big issue, the elevators in the mall weren't operational. Only the parking lot elevators were working. I have a disabled grandma who can barely walk. We had to help her down a broken escalator to get her down to the parking lot. This is a safety and professional issue. There were no signs saying they were deactivated, so we had to find it out on ourselves.

As for the mall itself, I have seen many versions of it and many changes since it very first opened. Some periods of time it has been better and even a regular go to location. During 2010 to 2015 is when I hung out their with friends the most. Utilized restaurants, movies, and friendly browsing with friends or dates. But other time frames also had a regularity. In the past 4 years my main annual trip has been during the 12 or 13 days of Christmas 🎄. The Epiphany. We go to do our big annual shopping at Boscovs and this year we had fun. Usually find a few deals and leave happy! Now a regular tradition. What I currently do not like is the Japanese type restaurant in the food court that shorted us meat, particularly beef on our orders as I watched them pile up the orders of all others. But enjoy the Mall for future Holidays!! Thanks Boscovs!!

Pretty cool mall with lots of stores. 3 levels of shopping. It was nice to go to a mall that didn’t have failing stores or look decaying. Parking garage was intense but I don’t see how they could avoid that given where the mall is. $2.00 for parking if there for less than 5 hours. I liked that it could counter and then there was stuff to do besides shopping in the area.

Nice mall with plenty of garage parking. First 2 hours are free. 2 to 5 hours are just $2. Besides shopping... go for a meal.

Super nice mall! We went to Dave & Buster’s and it was pretty nice! We went to this mall two times in the past week and both times the mall was pretty empty. There is a parking garage where it is free to park for two hours. Overall it is a huge mall with tons of different stores.

Very very busy on the weekends. Parking is free if you stay for less than two hours. It has a lot of variety to offer and the stores usually have some kind of sale running. If you're looking for a night out, there's a movie theater, a Dave & Busters, and the new Level99. The food court has a good selection of foods, albeit mostly Asian food, they are all great food at a reasonable price, with quick service. Parking is a little rough to find sometimes, especially if you have a large vehicle the North Garage is usually the way to go. The parking has half levels and the elevators can be a bit confusing. The ones on Level 1 of the mall only bring you down, while the elevators that go up and down the mall levels are by the parking garages entrances. Be sure to pay your parking on the way out to your car to avoid holding up the line, which can get backed up pretty often.

Providence Place Mall: A Hub of Convenience and Weekend Crowds Providence Place Mall stands out as the sole shopping destination in the entire city, offering a convenient array of stores ranging from tech giants like Apple to mobile providers like T-Mobile and AT&T. Most weekdays provide a serene shopping experience, allowing visitors to explore the diverse retail options with ease. However, be prepared for a bustling atmosphere on weekends when the mall experiences a surge in foot traffic. The popularity of Providence Place Mall on Saturdays and Sundays can make navigating through the crowd a bit challenging. It's advisable to plan accordingly if you prefer a more relaxed shopping environment. On a positive note, the mall features an unexpected gem – the massage chairs. These budget-friendly massage chairs provide a delightful and affordable respite, allowing shoppers to unwind amidst the weekend hustle and bustle. In summary, Providence Place Mall is a one-stop destination for diverse shopping needs in the city. While weekends bring about increased crowds, the availability of various stores and the surprisingly good and inexpensive massage chairs make it a worthwhile experience.

I'm sure residents of San Francisco and the bay area loathe places like Pier 39. As much as it's an overpriced tourist trap, it really is quite a beautiful location; right on the water, overlooking the water, with clear views of Alcatraz, and the Golden Gate Bridge.

The last good mall left for many, many miles. A little something for everyone, great dining options, and a well maintained property. Hoping this mall stays open and survives the technological revolution that has closed so many other malls across the country. I also love the IMAX theater and the Dave and Buster's arcade. There's always something new to explore, and the old favorites have stood the test of time, hoping this mall survives for many years to come.

Saturday hours are 11 am to 7PM. Most stores and restaurants are not open yet! Might be weeks before they all open! Sunday hours are 12 pm to 6PM. Monday through Friday hours are the same as on Saturday!

I like the mall. Some retailers are definitely having a hard time and going out of business, and it is sad to see the mall shrinking in that way. But the Apple Store is still going strong!

It's a decent mall. It sent centrally located, right off the highway, and too close to central bus stops, too many crowds of school agers hanging. The construction engineers & workers MUST have been drunk, and on some serious drugs; because I had a baby close to end of construction, and it is damn near impossible to get around to certain areas with a carriage, or wheelchair. It had/has fantastic potential. Also, RIslanders can't appreciate/buy from upper echelon clothing stores.
