Thankfully
we
are
aware
of
the
description,
hence
our
notification
about
the
kitchen
being
closed.
It
would
have
been
incorrect
if
we
did
not
inform
patrons
before
arriving.
It
is
unfortunate
that
we
cannot
predict
the
future
and
when
one
of
our
staff
may
become
unwell.

secure

need
to
fix
that
in
the
first
instance.
Additionally
it
appears
as
though
you
may
have
misinterpreted
something,
food
is
not
included
with
the
ticket,
you
have
to
purchase
on-board.
So
there
is
no
'food
Service'
only
the
option
(when
the
chef
is
well
enough
to
work)
to
purchase
food.
There
is,
thankfully,
a
strict
'stay
at
home
when
unwell'
policy
that
protects
crew
and
staff.
The

I
purchased
tickets,
because
there
was
food
available
(and
yes
I
know
for
purchase).
As
per
my
first
email,
which
I
am
more
than
happy
to
share.
If
I
wanted
a
picnic
we
would
go
to
kinGS
Park
or
something
similar.
I
also
acknowledge
that
your
cook
being
unwell
.
All
I
was
requesting
was
a
refund,
as
you
failed
to
provide
the
service
as
described.
