    The drive through employees didn't know how to use a code from the app. Seriously? You just punch in 4 numbers and they couldn't figure it out over 5 minutes I'm sitting there and I ended up leaving because they tried to get me to pay double for what I ordered. Unbelievable.

    Had to wait for coffee so long ended up driving away. What is going on McDonald's you raise your prices. You drop the quality of your food. Most of your employees are rude. How about we just stopped going there.

    This Mcdonald’s is very efficient. The team is very friendly and helpful. I have used the drive thru and have dined in and have never had a bad experience. It is extremely clean too. They are constantly cleaning and sanitizing. That is very important to me.

    The white girl with glasses was fricking rude. She rolled her eyes and sighed when we asked for some sauce. And only gave us ONE. Someone fire her cause she clearly hates her job for her to be working there.

    Every employee is respectful, my food is always fresh, and my wait time is always under 3:30 (: I live in Lakeville and prefer this location!

    I went yo drive thru to place my order that’s where the rudeness began the employee chose to talk over me with an employee and on the headset as I’m placing my order so I became a little irritated and went inside there wasn’t ANYBODY in line but me and my daughter and a Hispanic possibly manager continued to look over at me but didn’t assist she continued working the drive through after I stared for about 5 mins she finally came over to the register and as I began to tell her my order she insisted on cutting me off telling me what the store has for deals and not listening to me telling her what the McDonalds all is saying I became frustrated at this point I’m traveling and this is terrible customer service so then I reached out to an employee she appeared pregnant and told her my order and she then told me that they don’t have a double cheese burger they didn’t make those I couldn’t believe it so I showed her my phone to the McDonald’s app then she look and placed my order customer service is horrible here and from the sounds of it they allegedly didn’t understand me however I’m an African American that speaks fluent English what I’m not understanding is they couldn’t understand me yet EVERY ORDER IN DRIVE THROUGH IS UNDERSTOOD make it make sense please and thank you

    Updated McDonald's with self check in. Very clean and updated facility. Extremely fast service and fresh food. Seating was limited.

    Used the app to order, I had to pull ahead to wait. This was fine as the nuggets were nice and hot! Both the gals at the windows were friendly, looked me in the eyes. The gal who brought the order to my vehicle was pleasant and took an extra couple seconds to say hi to our 7 year old!

    Went through the drive thru ordered a couple of egg Mcmuffins and they gave me two different sandwiches. The lady at the drive thru was very pleasant.

    I ordered a blue Powerade with my meal. The young man that was handing me my food ACCUSED me of trying to steal? Like what? I literally said a medium blue Powerade and he said “no you didn’t. We don’t have. Come on man” word for word. And then proceeds to try to give me someone else’s Hi-C drink. I did not want Hi C. I ordered Powerade, and to be accused of stealing? Really McDonald’s? This individual deserves to be fired. I don’t know if this was a form of discrimination but I will try my best to avoid this McDonald’s and it’s discriminatory behavior from now on.
