Dirty just down right b. Lake looks beautiful but swimming area is grown over with weeds, Management very rude and disrespectful drunk and not the least bit understanding that we travel the long way and had allowed to work on it and how the hell am I supposed to get it out of here to leave. Guess I was expected to wave magic wand had it and fix it or have to have it towed off their property. I would not recommend this campground to my worst enemy!!! I would rather stay in my RV in a parking lot than to ever ever come back to this place again.

Been going here every summer for 14 years now . This was my last as it has become a trailer park drunken clique. Staff was fine but the RV residents made it look like mpls tent city . Drunk domestics coming from trailers really takes away from the tent experience. Drunks on golf carts everywhere and golf carts piled with 10 kids . Iโ€™d rather preserve my good memories of fish lake acres than go back . The problem is the trailer park seasonal campers who think they own the place . Boat launch sucks and has a huge drop off that will ruin your boat or trailer axles

Owner is a weirdo that I am sure is on drugs. Tried to ask about tent sites and he asked who I was there with. Not sure why that matters. Very combative and rude. Never did get my questions all answered. The guy acted like I showed up to his house and asked to camp on his front lawn.

I think the place is a pretty nice campground, seemed pretty well manicured and maintained. Beach area was clean and kid friendly. Even caught quite a few crappies and a couple walleyes while out fishing the early mornings. I will be back.

Been here a few years ago and just stayed here this past weekend and the place is looking good, beach has changed and a pavilion is there now, people were friendly and caught some fish win win. Love this hidden gem.

I wouldnโ€™t recommend staying. We booked our spot and when we got there found out that someone else was in our spot but we were able to work it out. Office staff seemed annoyed I was there. Overcharged is and wasnโ€™t willing to refund. Cant use credit cards so gotta have cash in hand. Charge for every little thing. One and done here.

Never camped. Drove through and left. Very run down property. Sites, for the most part, are very small, and the layout of some sites is absolutely laughable. Don't expect much if you visit here.

First time calling here. The sites have a lot of room and the location is very peaceful. I feel like the beach for swimming is a bit to small and they don't allow pets to swim. Could use more beach area especially for the size of the campground.

We stayed a Saturday and Sunday nights. Saturday evening was noisy and lots of campfires. The smoke came in our RV so much , making it hard to breathe. The next a.m., when walking my dog, I saw a big burn pit smoldering in the utility area, where they'd been burning branches and tree stumps the day before. I'm sure that caused the heavy smoke. Quiet time on weekends begins at 11 p.m. There was noise around us till at least 1 a.m. Most of the RVs in the park are monthly residents, so on Monday a.m. at 4:30 the first of the trucks started their departure for work. I lost count at 13, leaving in 10-15 minute intervals. Between loud mufflers and crunching tires on gravel roads in the park, it made sleep difficult. We stayed here because it was the only park I could find on short notice with an opening. We probably won't be staying again. Also, no credit cards. Cash or check only. After making the reservation I had to mail a check. I called ahead to check on the length of electric cord and hose we would need. The woman I talked with couldn't answer with certainty. She suggested that we have 100 feet of both just in case. We had never needed those lengths before, ever. So we bought extra of both. As it turned out, we didn't need either. But apparently, some spots need up to 100 ft.

Do Not Stay Here! Unprofessional & Making Terrible Judgement Calls! I went once to talk to my husband staying there. I have video proof that I wasn't causing any problems or disturbance. Them I got a call from a Prior Lake Police Officer (very polite & respectful) saying I'll be arrested if I show up on that property cause the owner put that in motion. I've never even met the owner. My kids & I are offended at the unprofessional manner at that park & the level of disrespect shown towards someone they don't know. Stay somewhere else.

Came for a day visit, and I thoroughly poked around to check it out to leave a quality review. Lady in the front shack is not polite. The owner was bumming around in his sweatpants, micro managing my group. The sites are very close together, and one particular campsite up the hill from the beach had distasteful decor. Scary dolls on spears, a skull, etc. The beach itself has nice sand and the water is decent. There was trash on the beach. The pavillion by the beach is top notch. Very very nice, great place to set up chairs to watch the kids play on the beach. The bathroom wasn't the worst I've ever been in. Old and ugly, but quite clean and lots of TP on deck. There are about a thousand other lakes for a beach day I'd rather go to than come back here.

Interesting place to stay. The lake is accessible from a few spots with a nice beach and pavilion area. The campground is fairly disconnected from the water and bathroom facilities. Depending on which side of the strip you were on you needed a minimum of 30 feet of sewer hose. Back to back Campers share a single pedestal with 50 amp plugs and water/sewer. Typically noisy parties on the weekends. Monthly rates. Definitely recommend having a water softener if staying any length of time.

We love it here! My family has been coming to the campground for Decades now! Now, we bring our children to enjoy it. So much to do here and my kids think they have THE BEST FISH MOM! Some of my best memories are from here!

I have been impressed with the office staff. My kids love going to the โ€œcandy storeโ€ or office! No matter who is working they help the kids figure out what they can buy with the cash they have ALWAYS with a smile on there face.
