Food was hot. Employees were friendly.

Tonight's meal was a waste of money. What used to be good somehow turned bad. Other than the shakes. Chicken club wrap was dry, jalapeno bites were woody and greasy and the Grand, Turkey Club was a mess. Won't be back for since time.

Location was clean, service was little slow but they were busy and that is to be expected. Customers there getting their food were rude due to the delay

I usually go there after 8:00pm. I have to say...their "night crew" has always been good to me. Polite, great service with friendly smiles and quality fast food. Which is why I keep coming back for my favorite items on their menu! Also... A Huge *Shout Out* to Daniel & his crew on Saint Patrick's Day evening... Our Ruebens were WAY better than expected (even better than Ze's Diner)! Thank you!!

I am doing a delivery service for UberEats and GrubHub and I believe the older man is the manager there is very rude I had customers leave because of how rude he was to me. I was waiting there for 15 to 20 minutes on my food because he said the people in front of him are the people who get served first even though I was in front of all them picking up an order that was place 10 to 15 minutes ago. he said they treat delivery service is last in line. So if they are having a busy day and there is 20 people who walk in after me I will be the last one who gets the food after they complete all the people who walked in after me. He is an older man with white hair very rude very obnoxious was talking bad about me to other customers was being very inappropriate and I reported him to corporate. I hope he reads this message and treats his customers with more care and nicely instead of being a rude nasty old man. If that’s the manager at the Arby’s location in Savage I highly recommend not going there. I had customers walk up to me and say they’ve had issues at this location before and to just call and report it which I did.

I haven't been to this location in a long time and I don't think I'll be back. One employee was very rude and acted annoyed that I requested my online order to be picked up through the drive-through (I had small kids in the car). Then they shorted me a sandwich and didn't put any sauce in the bag or even ask! Fries were cold and not good. An overall very disappointing experience.

I always loved myself some Arby's, however: today I found the doors were locked. Being mindful of a local severe thunderstorm, I went to the drive-thru. In their defense, I was on a scooter, but I did wait about five minutes, perhaps they couldn't see me? I tried the last door, finding it were locked. I then went to the other side and tried the other doors again, just in case. After calling and asking if they were aware their doors were locked, they confirmed - which clarifies that I am outside. I stated an intent to order, only to be unpleasantly rebuffed. "We don't do phone orders. This isn't Pizza Hut. You will have to go through the drive-thru." Seeing the drive thru had a few cars, and I had a schedule to keep, I took my business elsewhere to a nearby local pizza chain instead.

Guy in drive Thur told me that I could not change my sandwich on the coupon when the coupon stats you can. He told me that if I wanted to do that it had to be placed online. He also had an attitude that was not needed

Just stopped by at 3:57pm friday (5/19/23) I usually don’t have much of an issue from this location but today I ordered a rib slider and it was straight up cold, as if they took it out of the cooler and put it on my sandwich. the least they can do is put it in the microwave, absolutely unacceptable.

I frequent this location for dinner and somehow they often forget to provide me with Arby sauce. I made sure it is clear that I want Arby sauce in the bag, however often times I am left with no sauce in the bag. I don’t know if it physically hurts to put the sauce in the bag, or the sauce is reserve for their top 1% of customers. Nonetheless, I beg of the Arby’s team to not withhold the Arby sauce from me.

What happened? The roast beef used to be so much better. I get cost cutting and market adjustments but the meat was bland and oddly textured. The service was great. The dining area was dark. It felt like they wanted you to just take your food a leave (which is what we did)

Love going to this location. No matter what time of day it is, the staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh. Never have to ask for fresh fries. Even late at night there fresh. Strawberry lemonade is amazing. The only downside is the size for the strawberry lemonade shrank. Large is smaller then it uses to be.

Love this Arby's! The staff are great and they are like family! Love you guys

Nothing to complain about. Their new strawberry cream pie thing is sooooooo addictively good. Just yum. That's all.

Pretty good food, but prices have doubled in the past year and service isn't the fastest, but better than Walgreen's drive thru.

Went with my son and grand daughter. My son ordered the Deoblo sandwich and fries. He ate the entire sandwich and fries. My grand daughter ate her meal and had a cookie which she said was delicious. ( Wish I had video recorded my son doing the Deoblo challenge. But my phone battery was low.)

We might of had to wait 5 mins for fresh fish... but I ordered the 2 for 6 turkey and Swiss wrap. And I just want to say....WOW! Not only were they surprisingly good, but they get BETTER with time! We shared 1 on the way home. Then yesterday afternoon I had a half of one. Now this afternoon I ate the last half of turkey and Swiss wrap. They were Really good. Although I will admit that yesterday's was the best. And will be buying more at a store closer to home tonight, an hour before close, for tomorrow's lunch... :-) <3 We got there at 10pm and they close at 11. It wasn't a problem sitting and waiting for fresh food. Maybe next time try to make sure people know to wait at the 2nd window or where to pull up. Our driver wasn't sure...since we were waiting; if it was the correct spot. Or bring the drinks right away maybe and reaffirm the time table for the food. Other than that...no complaints and Thanks from a car full of people with full stomachs and great memories of good quality food and great conversations.

Good food and I like Arby's because I get all the coupons every month.

Food was very good, had the Greek gyros.Service was quick and friendly.

Always good roast beef sandwiches and good selection of other sandwiches. Reasonable prices and fast.

Went through the drive thru last night Friday 12/03 at about 9pm. Polite and quick service with hot food. The curly fries were fresh!! Thanks guys. Way better than the other fast food places in town at this time of night.
