My nails were nothing like the quality I'm used to, the paint is ridged and there isn't any straight lines. I asked for a very simple picture compared to some of the designs show on your profile and I did not get the quality I came for. The matte coat I asked for shows all the flaws and the French tips are very sloppy, the clear coat over top isn't on just the tip color it overlaps and looks rushed and like they didn't care while doing it. I included the reference photo I asked for, every other photo is what I got.

This salon does not post prices and they overcharge on gel nails they are super unprofessional with there nails the lady was very distracted and ended up burning my skin.Save your money and DONT GO

They took my reservation for 2 people to each have a gel manicure! We both arrived on-time for our 11:00am appointments and at 11:15 - we both were still waiting to be acknowledged - they were all busy with other customers and didn’t even look up at us waiting, waiting, waiting, they didn’t even say Hello or Welcome - they just ignored both of us and just kept working on the customers they had in their chair. We left and found another shop that actually treats their customers with respect! Never going back!!!!! New ownership is THE WORST EVER!!!!!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time going to this salon!!!!

Disrespectful people and nasty unclean tools. People rude can't speak English. And very unprofessional employees that's cuts my nail to deep ! Place is horrible

I always have a wonderful experience at Bella Nails with Kim! She does amazing designs and is so friendly.

The first time I came in was three weeks ago for a fill and gel polish the polish chipped the very same day unfortunately I couldn't get back until three weeks later by that time 4 nails were chipped I talked to them about it and they came out saying it was my nails that are too old and need to replace them and when I got my bill I almost flipped at the cost and I WILL NOT GO BACK!!! Bad product and over charged

Very friendly. Listen to what you want. Talkative during service. Tammy is wonderful. Very fair pricing. I know others have had some difficulties with previous staff. Employees at that time Tammy admits were not good. But she has replaced previous staff with better quality, talented employees. People with prior difficulties should give it another try.

Did not feel good about this manicure. Towel was full of previous clients nail clippings and I really don’t think they sanitize any tools properly in this salon. I’ll agree with the disrespectful manner in which they treat their customers. Not going back!

I always go to this nail salon, it’s clean and homey. The employees are always kind and professional and the ambiance is relaxing. I personally see Kim. She is friendly, funny, and flexible. I love how she pays attention to detail and does such a thorough job. I never feel rushed and I always feel prioritized. I highly recommend this place. Prices are fair and I always leave satisfied. Ask for Kim! :)

I wanted to have acrylic nails removed and a gel manicure. I sat at Kim's station, she seemed annoyed that I was there. A moment later she passed me off to someone else who proceeded to remove the acrylic. I was there for less than 10 minutes and had received 2 cuts on two different fingers and another nail burned from the nail Dremel. Then, after cutting my my thumb, the nail technician was confused about why I refused to put my finger in the bowl of acetone to finish soaking off the acrylic. She said "It's not cut". Ummm, ok it FEELS like it was as cut, and looks like it was cut, do I am not putting it in the acetone. Then Kim came over and said "I'll finish them for you". I said "No, thanks. You didn't want to do my nails to begin with.". I've never done this, I walked out. I still have jagged pieces of acrylic still on my nails. Unless you want your fingers to feel like they went through the meat grinder, skip this place.

I use to LOVE bella nails when Kim was there but I went a month later and they charged me $15 extra dollars then normal. My french tips nails were uneven and bumpy. So dissatisfied with my nails for the price I paid, especially when the new owner raised the prices and doesn’t even display the new prices anywhere in the nail salon. UPDATE: The next morning my nail polish peeled off on one finger. I called and asked if the could fix it and then they would charge me $10 again. So my nails would now be $70 for uneven, bumpy, and paint peeling off.

Usually have a fantastic experience here over the years. Spent my time and &$ on a gel pedicure and it was not good…it was hazy and flat, not shiny. I used some gel top coat at home to fix it and now it’s shiny like it should be. I don’t know how the tech would not have noticed this. Wish I would have looked closer and said something when I was there. It’s a silly thing they really should have caught… Was a real bummer!!

I used to come here for YEARS. I still love how sweet the ladies are there.. but will NEVER go there again. But recently (within the last year) I was completely turned off to the nail salon because of the owner.. I really liked Tami until she told me she would no longer be accepting anything but cash for tips. I noticed they started putting up signs that they would 'prefer cash for tips'. One day, I came in to get a manicure and realized at checkout that I had forgotten cash. I tried to tip on my credit card and Tami refused and only put the bill on my card.. and then proceeded to tell me to walk over next door to Cub Foods to use the ATM to get cash for the tip. I could not believe my ears. I told her I only had my credit card on me, NOT a debit card.. so I could not go to the ATM for cash. I have NEVER left an establishment without tipping (& usually I'm a generous tipper - 20% or more) so I came back the next day with cash for my tip from the day before.. and asked Tami if this was a permanent change. I was surprised to hear her response - which was a very rude yes.. VERY unprofessional telling customers (especially a long-term ones) how they should pay for services. You've lost a 'loyal' customer. I avoid this place at all costs now.

I wanted to try gel this time, it was fine I did like the nails 💅 but the lady seem not to pay attention for details. Is not that busy which is good, I usually go here to get my eyebrows done.

This is the only nail salon I'll go to. I love the work they do.

I have only had 3 gel manicures here and each time I leave the polish peels and loosens up at the cuticle. I work in a hospital and use hand sanitizer constantly and this doesn't happen with manicures from other salons. I think I am done trying to make this work at this salon. Otherwise good service and color selection. I have just had too many poor results.

The hardest part about relocating to another state is finding another nail girl. My nail technician did a great job one my mini coffins with a gel finish! They is quick and neat and on point. Five star service, excellent technicians. Everyone was so happy and I will definitely be coming back!

The worst service ever! My nail broke and they wouldn’t even schedule an apt to fix it! I am going in the the nail salon and having them fix it when they are not “busy” and I won’t be coming back! This is my favorite nail place. They are very personable, do nice work and prices are not more than they should be. They squeezed me in 2 years ago they day of my wedding when I was needing a miracle and they got me in and out looking perfect. I've never gone anywhere else since and have loved every time I have gone!

I’ve been seeing Kim at Bella for a long long time. Every once in awhile I do a fun design and she’s always so creative. I’ve sent many friends and family to her!

Sorry to say we will not be going back. After ten years plus. New owner increased prices, same service. Also clean up of nails increased $10.00. Not to mention they would not accept a full stamp card . We threw it away. The girls that work there are great! Good luck with new owner!

I have been coming to Bella Nails and seeing Kim for over 3 1/2 years,every time I love my nails more than I love them the time before because Kim has such a great way of helping me pick out a color and the detailed, beautiful designs she paints on my nails get me compliments all the time! The salon has a spa-like feeling, with Zen like design, it is the cleanest nail salon I’ve been to! Reasonable & friendly, Bella Nails has it all!!

Great customer service friendly and understand of the details of your nails! They did a pretty a pretty good job. I came here with my mother in law for nails and toes done. Both of us enjoyed and appreciated their services, they took their times massaging our legs and scrubbing our feet.I definitely going to be trying them again!

The atmosphere here is nice and clean but the customer service and the quality of service they provide is not great. The first time I went, I asked for a dip manicure but they used acrylic powder directly on my nails (which I didn't realize at the time). So when I went to have it removed it COMPLETELY DESTROYED my nails. They were completed peeled off; the nails that weren't broken down to stubs were brittle and thin. It was super painful. During the covid lockdown I received a gift certificate from my mom so I decided to give them a second chance... But they wouldn't accept the gift certificate because they said they changed management since it was purchased. The interaction was rude and dismissive and felt very dishonest. This second manicure is fine but my nails were all filed to completely different shapes and there are lots of bubbles in the polish so it just looks kind of weird.

I booked for a gel manicure. I was welcomed with a warm and friendly smile, feel very comfortable.My technician is very fast but aslo paid a lot attention to detail, she is very sweet but really cares about making sure you have a great experience. It was a great environment and important is that my nails were done perfectly. I am very happy and pleased with the result.
