I’m new to the Savage area and have been looking for a salon to frequent for a men’s haircut. Olivia had excellent attention to detail; more than I’ve ever experienced in the past. She was super friendly and it’s clear she enjoys both what she does and where she does it. Thanks for a job well done! I’ll definitely be returning!

I got my hair done with Kylie and she did an amazing job! She made sure we were on the same page with what I wanted and the results were perfect. I would definitely see her again for a highlight and cut!

I wasn't sure about going to a big salon. I don't like going to people inexperienced or uncomfortable using toner. I wish the stylists could have their Instagram handle on the website so I could choose for myself which person will be best. However, when I called to schedule I simply told the receptionist what I was looking for and she offered Veronica. I am really happy with her work and will definitely be going back to see her.

Nikki saved my hair!! She listened very well to what I want and etc. I went to a salon before this and as you can see, they messed my hair bad. She fixed me up and made me pretty again! Listened to my request and followed everything I wanted. Thank you again! Looking forward to seeing her again

Olivia at the Cole’s in Savage is awesome! I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with my hair but knew I needed help! Olivia asked questions and gave me so many options! The result is amazing and I LOVE my hair cut! Will definitely recommend Olivia to my friends and family!

I'll admit, I was a little nervous about going to such a big salon, and finding a new stylist, but I was pleasantly surprised with how well it went. Maryclaire is a wonderful stylist and very kind. She always made sure that I was comfortable, and that I would leave with a style I loved. I don't think I've felt this good about my hair in awhile, and I'll definitely be coming back in the future!

Amanda is great, this is the second time she has cut my hair. I give half hearted and objectively unfocused direction and both times I have received great hair cuts. She is the reason I have come back to Cole's. A true professional, she was easy to talk to but didn't force conversation. Checks all my boxes.

Olivia is fantastic! My hair was damaged from a previous salon, and it really needed to be cleaned up. She gave me the perfect layered, shoulder-length cut. It feels healthy and frames my face exactly how I wanted it. This salon will be my new spot! Front desk Staff was friendly and professional as well!

The front desk (one was Sarah) was so welcoming and friendly when arriving and leaving. Veronica is absolutely amazing! She not only does a fabulous haircut, but has great customer service. Coming in is like catching up with an old friend. She is the sweetest! I never have to worry about how I’ll walk out because she always does such a fabulous job.

I had Heather cut my hair this morning and she did a great job as usual. I enjoyed our conversation and she even remembers things from our last visit. I would recommend Heather to anyone, look forward to our next visit!

District one barber shop for me has been the best haircut experience I have ever had. Every time I step foot into the shop I know it’s going to be a great experience. They make you feel welcome and appreciated.

I wanted a bit of a change with my cut and color, and Hannah J. quickly understood what I was trying to describe. I love how Hannah works with me for a long-term plan as my needs change. Such a great communicator and a warm, delightful person, not to mention a superb stylist.

I see Amanda at Cole's Salon. I am never disappointed. She is the best person (in Prior Lake, and maybe the world, LOL) to do your color. I have lived here for a long time and I have been going to Amanda for years now. Unfortunately for her, I change my hair color about every 5 or 6 months. She is patient and always helps me work through my ideas and turns my hair into a thing of beauty. Amanda is my Hair Sherpa, walking along guiding me so that I do the right thing. Yes. Hair Sherpa. That's a thing!

Everything at Coles Salon in Savage is amazing! The staff at the front is exceptional, so friendly and knowledgeable! Heather D is perfect, she does a great job every time exceeding what I could even wish for. Few businesses these days have such great customer service from top to bottom, definitely something to celebrate. Thank you for the great service over the years!

All the stylists are hot!

I use to come here for my mani/pedi and loved it, sadly my nail tech moved on. Went to see a different nail tech named Brittney, you’d think after she’s been there so long she would have some customer service. From the beginning of my service till the end it was awful. She asked if I wanted anything I said yes would love a water, left me sitting for 20+ mins no water. Finally comes to start the service and thankfully has my water, starts out awkward doesn’t even try to say hi. The service begins and you would think for a $150 mani/pedi I would maybe get a little rub...? Nope! She slaps all the products on, barely rubs it in. Definitely do not recommend, spend your money else where. Not relaxing at all, no spa music, no stimulation, and bad customer service.

An afternoon as Cole's is always a treat. Everyone is so friendly! Coffee is waiting. And the atmosphere is so relaxing. Great place to relax for some focus time on yourself. Thanks Heather F for another great service.

Veronica is amazing! I had an idea of how I wanted my hair cut and showed a couple photos as ideas and she cut it exactly like the photos! She is also super nice and overall makes an appointment very comfortable. The staff here is also amazing. They are always very caring and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and Veronica to anyone looking for a haircut!

I have really thick hair and Lauren gave me the best cut I've ever had! Perfect amount of texture and no thick ends. She also picked a great, rich brown color for me when I wasn't completely certain on the shade I wanted. Highly recommend Lauren at Cole's in Savage, MN.

My regular stylist, Mary Claire, is on maternity leave so I scheduled a cut and color with Kayla. My expectations for hair are pretty high from previous salons and because Mary Claire has always done a fantastic job of keeping length in my hair and giving me a great style. When I saw Kayla for my appt, I didn’t love the cut or color because it wasn’t what I had envisioned. However, Kayla offered to fix it and I am grateful for her professionalism and her willingness to try again, as well as her commitment to my satisfaction in the final look. Getting a completely new style with a new color was a big job and I am glad Kayla was patient and willing to help. I am eager to work with Mary Claire again, but I am happy to know another fantastic stylist at Cole’s. Thank you Kayla for your kindness and understanding. Being postpartum and desiring a fresh look was so important to me so I appreciate all you did with your skills and talent.

Very warm welcome. Jordan was ready right away. Jordan listened to my concerns and she gave honest opinions. Jordan did great work on my hair and I got the end result I was looking for. The lady that helped at the register was also very kind and helpful!

Loved it here! Never been to a proper salon before, so I was nervous, but I was taken care of very well! My stylist (is that the right word?) Hannah listened to my idea for my hair and helped me figure out what exactly I wanted even with my difficulty wording things, and I am very happy with the work she did. Everybody I spoke to inside was very sweet and I'd absolutely recommend and come here again.

Had a stylist named Cassie for a while. She was AWESOME! Then she left, and I had someone else do my hair. For the first time in a long time, I HATED my hair! Haven't been back.

Amanda was phenomenal! It was my first time to the salon (which is beautiful) and she really got me and what I was going for with pretty general directions from me. I am in love with the cut especially and have two new products to try that I’d honestly never heard of before. Glad to have finally established a salon and stylist in our new home area!

Whoever hired stylist Jordan needs to be commended. What an asset to Coles! She was so patient and knowledgeable to my daughter who has thick curly hair. We’ve always had great service, but none that took the time and service care that Jordan did at the Savage MN location. Wow. Please tell Jordan that her professionalism, knowledge and kindness ( especially for a 14 year old client!) did not go unnoticed. Thank you!

Veronica was AMAZING. She was so fun, and chatting with me about various other things. She did a wedding updo at 8:00am in the morning and when I got home at 1:00 it was so still very very secure in my hair, the tiara did not move one bit! Was beyond happy with her services.

I have now had two cuts.Lauren is so nice and listens to exactly what you want done and does it! She also on both occasions has taken the extra time to show me how to style my hair at home. Hours are very flexible - not open on Sundays but plenty of weeknight options. They’re really good at getting you in last minute for bang trims too. I’m glad I have finally found a place to go on a regular basis and will be going back for a third appointment.

Cole’s Salon in Savage has always been my favorite Cole’s. For the last 15 years, I’ve never had to limit myself by using one stylist because they ALL are so great at what they do. I think that in itself speaks volumes. The kindness and energy at the Cole’s Savage is sweet and unpretentious. You can tell their goal is to make sure you leave loving your hair.

This salon is top notch, and Veronica is a treasure! I’ve moved to the west coast and still try to time my visits so that I can have my hair done with her. She really connects with her clients, is professional, yet caring and invested.I trust her to make recommendations on updates to my style, on products, and on care. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Katie (who does my nails) for over 2 years and she is amazing! I receive so many compliments on my nails and my experiences at the salon are consistently great! Had a great experience here. They were very inviting and friendly as soon as I walked in the door. My stylist Shaunna did an excellent job on my and I will be back to see her again!

Simply a place you can trust to do the work carefully and correctly. A bit expensive, but I always get a better style cut than the other local places I've been. Note that they have very good advanced stylists if your looking for something very specific with your hair if you are a highly discerning customer.

Great salon, but not cheap if thats what you are looking for.

I've usually had great experiences here and have been going here for years. However, today was rushed, and overpriced. A simple haircut for me and my 4 year old was outrageously expensive $130+ and my hair wasn't even cut how I like it, she used thinning shears and I told her I don't like those on my fine hair, I won't name names...but I am searching for somewhere else to go....

This barber shop is phenomenal. The level of customer service is superior, they’ll take all the time that you require. They’re kind and offer drinks to their customers

I love going go this Coles Salon! I have been going here to get my eyebrows and hair done for the past 6 years. I even moved across the twin cities but still go! They are always helpful, accommodating and do an excellent job. Highly recommend this place!

I appreciate the covid mandatory masks and temp checks. Wouldnt have gotten a hair cut without it.

Great service, always happy with my cuts!

My mom and aunt went in today and let each of their stylist know exactly what they wanted. My mom has balayage already that has grown out so she needed it touched up. Because of Covid the stylist could not blow dry her hair. Once it was dry there was absolutely no difference in the color of her hair! Not sure what was done but she is not happy with the results. My aunt went in and showed the stylist some pictures for reference and the stylist kept saying her hair was too long to get it done?? She’s getting a cut how can it not be cut into a shorter length to get the desired look... My mom has gone here before and loved the results but this time around it was very different.

First off I want to say Mandy does an amazing facial and eyebrows and I adore her work. Now to the 3 stars. I booked an appointment on line for my daughter who is in law school and very stressed to have a facial with Mandy. I got a confirmation and everything when she arrived at her appointment they said she didn't have an appointment and pretty much made her feel bad, . Online booking is HORRIBLE!!

Not only was I able to make an appointment that suited my schedule, but Jamie did a great job on my hair. I have red and blond put in my hair, and many people have screwed it up before and let the colors bleed together, but she did great. She was fast too. At other places, it's taken them 2-2.5 hours to do my hair, but it only took her an hour. All of the staff I met were very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. Great service.
