Loved the brunch! Order a carafe and champagne and then fit the tables flavor with a mix of juices. Make reservations and there is a private seating downstairs that is alot quieter and has large and small group seating with a personal server and a TV to watch your favorite sports teams. The salmon belly eggs Benedict was absolutely the best inahev ever had.... If you have never tried salmon belly highly recommend. Biscuits and gravy and the loaded tots were also popular with our group.

My husband and I recently celebrated our anniversary here. Our waitress was the sweetest, she almost gave me diabetes ;). The manager welcomed us with a complimentary champagne toast. My hubby ordered the Cuban and it was the best Cuban I've EVER HAD. I had a garlic herb boursin salad and it was so flavorful. We will back! Thank you for an amazing 17 year Anniversary dinner.

Great Wine, Great Service, Great Food! We sat at the bar and if not for anything more… come here for the cookie dough beignets, I promise you that you won’t be disappointed. I am not a dessert person but… lord have mercy. Enjoy! Also Molly has the best energy and was such a great bartender.

We went on Valentine's day. The service was slow, and our waiter not very prompt, and didn't check/ask us if the food was OK or we need more water etc. The food was not very impressive. There are many other restaurants around that are much better food, and service!! This is one of those places that I tried and won't go back there for the food!!

Service was good but slow. We expected this with everything back to full capacity and being short staffed. We did not have a reservation and initially the only option was outside but they ended up accommodating us inside. The food was good not stellar. We had the biscuits and grave, eggs benedict and fried green tomatoes, plain eggs and fresh fruit. The bloody Mary was very good as was the Kentucky coffee .

Cincinnati Restaurant Week at Lou Vino did not disappoint!!! Happy hour specials went until 6:30 and our reservation yielded a window with street view. Shrimp and grits is classic and flavorful. The restaurant week special was big enough to share.

We came for brunch and the food was very good. The Kentucky Coffee is a must have if you love strong bourbon. The fried green tomatoes were juicy and flavourful. We enjoyed ourselves and will be telling others to come and dine here.

The atmosphere here was wonderful. I really liked the use of wine boxes as a wall covering. The service was excellent. The wine list was extensive, and the flight of the month was great. The food was very good, but just doesn't seem to worth the price.

Tried out this restaurant for Cincinnati reataurant week. The menu had nice options with a southern twist and the food was pretty good. The service was a little slow, but it was a busy night. The biscuits were nothing special, but the pimento cheese was fantastic. The risotto, brussel sprouts, chicken tacos and beignets were all delicious. They offer flights of bourbon and wine which is a nice options to try things. Will definitely return to try other dishes.

Louvino is a tri state area establishment that started in Louisville KY and has expanded to Indianapolis and Cincinnati, and is known for serving an array of wines. Lou-Vino....get it ? Well, wine wasn't on my agenda tonight, so went with cocktails which has been my dinner theme of the week Sat in the bar and Charlie was my bartender and his service was impeccable. Great guy. Cocktail for starters- Sparkling Pear Restaurant Week Menu + some add ons 1. Warm Brussels Sprouts Salad I love roasted brussel sprouts, corn salsa and cilantro. And this dish was a combo of the three. So needless to say, I absolutely adored it and gobbled that plate clean in a jiffy. This was really well created and cozy. The citrus flavor from the corn salsa and cilantro lime vinaigrette brussel was a nice way to make that flavor of the roasted sprouts shine ! 2. Truffle Parmesan Frites (add on) If you like truffle, this is a primo tasting plate of fries. Truffle parmesan on the fries, and a truffle aioli - this hit all the truffle senses you want to experience without shelling your wallet for the real deal. I saved some truffle parmesan to sprinkle on my Filet later 😁. Honestly, I was proud of myself for thinking of doing that (see more later) The sparkling pear cocktail paired well with the starting courses. 3. Filet Diane Tournedos + cocktail made on the spot for me by Charlie to go with the plate of Filet - A New York Sour! Filet was juicy and cooked to perfection and pet my request. Let's get that out of the way right away. Now to the fun part. This was a classic dish presented in a sophisticated way. Roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus and a base of mushroom brandy sauce was a neat way to compliment that filet. Enter leftover truffle parmesan from my Frites....and boom, an already great plate was elevated to the next level instantaneously. Mushroom brandy sauce + truffle (also a mushroom) parmesan sprinkle = magic ! A note on Charlie's New York Sour cocktail - paired perfectly with the filet. I thoroughly enjoyed this main course. 4. Dessert - chocolate chip cookie dough beignet and a cheese cake bit. Instant cozy and classic dessert. Me likey warm beignet (I want more πŸ˜†) I had a great dining experience at Louvino. This is a cozy laid back place. Friendly people, great tasting food, awesome drinks and a pleasant ambience! Glad to have this in OTR!

Went multiple times with work and friend groups. Fantastic spot even when it gets noisy. Food was delicious. I need to highlight that the Brussel sprouts and risotto were Amazing. Everything our group ordered was great but i did order additional sprouts to take home. Parking is annoying but there is a parking lot across the street.

Our first time at LouVino and definitely not our last. Had a wonderful experience - I am allergic to milk, and the server had it already figured out. He knew what I could have and how we could adjust plates to suit. He even surprised me with a scoop of berry sorbet at the end of the night that was decadent. The Old Fashioned was on point, and the Brussel sprouts - OMG the Brussel sprouts. Entree portion sizes were perfect, and the price was very reasonable considering the quality. Thank you to the chef and the social media team who messaged with me to make sure I had a great experience. How this place wasn't packed at 615 on a Friday, I don't know, but I bet this secret won't last. I'm going to make follow-up reservations now! 10 out of 10 - will eat here again!

I just hosted a private party in the Cellar Room at LouVino and I have nothing but positive things to say! Marissa helped me coordinate the event ahead of time. She was very organized, responsive, and helpful. The night itself went so smoothly, the crew that worked with us were friendly and helpful, and they did a great job communicating with me throughout the night. I had shared a budget with Marissa ahead of time, and they helped me stick to it. I would absolutely have an event here again!

We came for brunch and had a 10am reservation. Had a great table with window view. Love the atmosphere. I had the breakfast burrito and it was very good. I wouldn't recommend the corn salsa as it is more of just roasted corn instead of a salsa. The hash brown casserole is delicious with just a touch of spice. Great place for brunch before we headed to Fall Fest at Washington Park and then walked all the OTR shops

This is my 3rd time eating here and I can't say I'm that impressed. The first time was for dinner and they forgot about our table after bringing out appetizers and didn't even bother to try to comp anything. The second time was also for dinner and it was actually pretty good, which made me want to come back for brunch. The brunch took some time to come out and it was.. fine. The pancake tacos and the steak and eggs were cooked well, but everything was utterly bland and the only seasoned item on my plate was the hash browns. Overall, this is a good wine and cocktail bar, but it really didn't provide much else other than that. If you're going for food, I guess try their dinner but if you're coming for brunch, I'd try elsewhere

First time visiting and we LOVED it!! Service was good, atmosphere was great and the food was outstanding!! There were 5 of us, we all got something different and a couple of apps. Everyone loved everything they got. I HIGHLY recommend the fried chicken tacos. WOW! A really cool place (larger than you would expect), menu is a bit small (but they are a wine bar) but everything on it is terrific! We will be back again soon for sure!

Don't go if you're going in groups of 3 or more and if you're going at the end of brunch. Our server/bartender (blonde, long hair) was absolutely horrible. We sat down, she sporadically took our order and we continued with our brunch. We arrived at 1:30, brunch ended at 2. They were out of over half of the menu items. The food we received was mediocre but good. But when it was time to get our check she asked if we wanted six separate checks to which we said yes. However, what she did instead was split the checks evenly amongst everything that was ordered. Meaning that those of us who only ordered $20 worth of food had to pay $37. And when we asked for an explanation her response was "I didn't really get who all got what when you got here because it was so chaotic in the restaurant and we normally just do one check for big parties anyway." At no point did the manager come and talk to us or offer any apologies or explanation otherwise for the mishap. Horrible customer service and mediocre food. πŸ˜ͺ

Louvino's was a pleasant surprise and a great little gem in the heart of OTR Cincinnati. The steak and Frites and the Filet Diane Tournedos were wonderful. We finished it off with the beignets with a bourbon chocolate sauce. Delicious. Kudos to the bartender for making the best old-fashioned I've ever had!

Absolutely superb food and drink. Amazingly attentive and pleasant service! Our party ordered one of each of their 5 entrees and a Brussel spout salad to share. Totally forgot to photo all our dishes, but I did remember to snag a pic of the dessert beignets that were just as tremendous as the rest of the meal. Honestly pretty blown away as every component of every dish was positively, individually delicious. Honestly not a huge fan of the basement room where we were seated but that wasn't a big enough issue to make me knock a star. Will definitely request a seat on the ground floor the next time we're back!

Came here with a group for Sunday brunch. Most of us got coffees and teas, but one of us did get the Paloma and from the sip I had it was pretty tasty! We got the donuts, biscuit board and tots as apps- must get the tots!! Donuts were delicious as well, biscuit board was hard to share amongst the 6 of us. Croissant BLT was great. Service was a bit slow, same with our food, but it was during peak brunch time so I was not surprised. Would love to revisit maybe for dinner though!

Overall experience was great. Our server was working his butt off and even with how busy it was he was extremely kind and attentive. The manager was also extremely nice and welcoming. It was my family’s first time there and we will definitely be going back. The food was also excellent and the atmosphere was lovely.

I take out. Wow wow wow. Even they got cold everything was amazing. All the dishes have great flavor. So many flavors. Nice balance. The best one in Cincinnati. I love the person who recommended this restaurant to me. God bless all of you in this restaurant.

We came for Sunday brunch and the food and service were absolutely incredible. We got the breakfast plate and the fried chicken tacos paired with mimosas and the maple old fashioned. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were very warm and welcoming as was the atmosphere. I highly recommend for your next brunch outing.

Dined here a few times and loved it, but this review is primarily for a private event hosted in the cellar for my wife’s 30th birthday. Marissa from the event team was fantastic to work with every step of the way. Staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. Food was excellent, particularly for a large group and buffet style serving. The room was very nice, spacious, and secluded from the rest of the restaurant. Overall, the value was outstanding. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Great restaurant! Had brunch here before the football game. Ate out front on their patio, really cool location, lots of unique buildings around. Inside is really nice as well, great atmosphere. Had the premium mimosa and stuffed french toast. Both were excellent! Our server was great and attentive. It did take over an hour for our food to arrive, so that was the only negative part. Wouldn't let that stop you from coming, definitely recommend this restaurant!
