Order the food you see here & it only took 15 minutes. Rondos is the spinach & cheese roll with marinara sauce, and basically a medium supreme pizza without sausage and pepperoni. The food was decent enough 2 recommend 2 others... Enjoy.

A dirty human nail found on my rondo , the only response I got from customer service through LaRosa’s is , these things happen . This is unexceptionable, apparently no gloves nor hand washing is taking place in this store .

Honestly the 4 stars comes from friendly service and smiles from everyone that works there. The pizza is 3 stars, but the little hidden restaurant becomes a 4 star.

The best Larosa's in the Nati. They are a little more expensive than. The other ones. But it's worth it!! Do do extra things that others don't do!

My son was awarded an achievement coupon for a small pizza from school. I was unaware that it had an expiration date. I took my son the manager allowed him to get the pizza anyways. Exceptional service thank you management and staff.

I had a chance to see so many LaRosa's... but, this place is exceptional. Always they are friendly, warm smile, great delicious food ..... If there is more than five Star absolutely this store deserved.

Super polite friendly and helpful my order was wrong but still made good. This is a better LaRosa's location the employees there have great attitudes and that goes a long way for any company.

Had a $16 order credit on my phone number. Called in to order at 10 PM, was informed the total would be $8 after the credit. Driver arrived at 11 PM asking for $24. Said there was no credit. Right when the call center closed.

I ordered a pizza with spinach on half of it, but they accidentally put spinach on the whole thing. They realized this before I had even arrived to pick up my pizza, and they right away started to make a new one for me. They were apologetic and very nice, I barely had to wait very long at all. They gave me a free drink while I waited, and gave me both the first pizza and the replacement! Great customer service!

Wanted to update my rating from 4 to 5 stars. As far as quick delivery and a great representation of Larosa's food, this location has it down. The last time I ordered not only was the food here quick, it was *pipping* hot. Steamy, melty cheese. On a delivery pizza. Thanks for consistent solid experiences.

I ordered the crustless pizza 🍕 it was surprisingly very good. Queens gate is courteous and fast.

I really do not like this location however it's the closest location to where I spend most of my time every time I go here my order is wrong the delivery from this place they don't even get out the car one day I had a guy tell me that I had to tip him after they messed up the order and the order was like 2 hours late

I stayed in Hartwell in woodbine and larosa would deliver I moved to the west side of town the denied the address I stayed so the deliver to west and 8th like really but when I spend 30 dollars you guys can't deliver but if I order take out it's perfectly fine can we fix this inconvenience from a million dollar company FYI this is costing you to lose money on the lower west end I understand the safety of staff

Always great service - the Mgrs are the best! Very friendly atmosphere and so far...never a wrong order (in 17 years). It's always right, always hot and always delicious.

I ordered pizza online, they called me and told me they mess up my order is it ok if they still bring it, I said yeah if u give me a discount. The guy said never mind we will just fix it the way you order it. Then the delivery driver had the nerve to me rude… LaRosa’s count ur days, small business is getting my money for now on…
