Average venue for hockey games. Average expensive food, drink, and souvenir prices. Ticket prices are average for the sport at this level but cheap compared to a lot of other tri-state super family-friendly activities. Great time for a date, family, friends, or solo and make new friends.

Place was not bad. Thought it was a bit small in the concourse area. Difficult to monuover through when busy. Not enough room for food lines and walkers to pass each other without causing backups in the halls. Mens restroom was awful. Knobs to each hands were broke off on some and towels not readily available in all the holders. Although you don't sit much when on the floor for a concert, the floor seats barely had any padding and were very flat and hard. Upgrade defintely needed on those. The concert of the night was KISS. So that was obviously the highlight and everything else with the venue can be overlooked because KISS was outstanding.

I'm going to give this place 4 stars because of Bert Kreischer and his performance. This place has the worst pop contract in the world. RC Cola is cool and all, retro and such but it tastes like garbage. I was forced to drink Sunkist and that is just slightly above Mountain Dew. We had floor seats and accidentally sat in the arena for a short time. Big mistake as I was yearning for those cushy seats once I found my way to the floor. It makes no sense to me to charge the amount of money they do for floor seats to be in basically plywood torture devices. Terrible seats comfortability-wise and definitely not sized appropriately as I saw plenty of people who had to take up 1 and a half just to sit normally. Felt bad for the other people who only got to use a portion of the seat they paid for. Bert killed it though. Good sound, good lighting.

Saw Bert Kreischer here for a comedy show. I think the crowd and line management could have been better. There was a lot of crowding and pushing and not really any formative lines. When you come in through the main entrance security and into the building it’s a very small area with not a lot of room to move. The restrooms were unfortunately very dirty and not too many stalls available. I think this place could use a bit of an upgrade to help with both aesthetics and efficiency and ease of access. The show itself was great.

Had an excellent time at kiss concert. Hotel was nice clean great service. Don't ever order from Dominos in Cincinnati on 4th Street they never delivered our food until a week after we were at home to the hotel charged us for food we never received. $34 that will never get back.

Had a blast here comfortable seating and a clean facility. It was a pleasure to see Kiss here on the first stop of their final tour.

Been to a few events here. β˜† Lots of seating. β˜† Restrooms for men & women. There'll be lines for the women's after an event. Never fails. β˜† Concessions inside usually selling your typical drinks & food but prices are steep. Since they don't allow outside food or beverages people pay it. My recommendation is to go out to eat before or after the event you're attending. The food is not the best quality. β—‡ Stairs are hard to see during an event so sometimes people stumble up/down them. Use your phone to see them to not injure yourself. β—‡ Parking is at the parking garage. Depending on the level you park on you may have to go up a flight of stairs to enter the arena. β—‡ No covering; if it's raining during the start of your event prepare to get wet, because you'll be standing in it as you wait to go through security and enter. β—‡ Bring ear plugs no matter the event. It is loud. Been to several shows here & the volume is always cranked. β—‡ Arms of the chairs do not move. They're not very comfortable to sit in for long periods of time either.

Very nice employees and nice and clean. We went to see wwe wrestling and had a great time. Food was expensive but that is expected. They did have good deals like bucket of popcorn for 10$ with unlimited refills. The drinks (pops) had 1 free refill and for a cup of draft beer 🍺 it was $11.00. GREAT TIME REGARDLESS
