Went out a couple of Saturday’s ago and decided i will buy a Rolex. I walked in the owners son was there and assisted me through the whole process. Very easy, convenient, and priced correctly. I was not too happy about the extra fees they made me pay because i used a credit card (4% of purchase price which adds up quick) but i was able to look past it. Good Service and product overall.

Billy and the staff are all such nice people. They are so accommodating. I had rings resized twice and the center stone of my engagement ring tightened (all separate instances). All of the services I had done on my jewelry were finished so quickly, which was is amazing on its own but even more so given it’s the holiday season. Based on the very few pictures I had Bill designed an engagement ring that left my (now) fiancé and myself speechless. He killed it! Hands down best jewelry store I have ever been to. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Westchester Jewelry and it was a very easy processes. The head jeweler, Billy, guided me every step of the way and was very upfront and straightforward about pricing. He was also great at explaining some of the nuances that you would not normally think about when it comes to an engagement ring, such as getting the best setting to match a the stone, the wedding band, best materials, etc. The staff is amazing and friendly as well too. Billy is great. He’s been known by my family for many years. He does everything from small fixes to helping with big purchases. Recently, he helped me in making a big purchase and he and his staff couldn’t have been better. You know those hidden gem places that don’t get nearly half the praise they deserve? This is the place! I wanted a gift for my sister and looked into all fancy brand name stores and found nothing elegant enough. Then I found this store and wow! I called them to check availability, they were super fast and delivered the item I wanted to their store within a day. Place is beyond sweet and secured, and employees are super kind. Billy is the absolute best! My husband gifted me a new set of rings for Christmas. I needed an appraisal, resizing and confirmation that the diamonds were real. Billy went above and beyond.
