I went to the Matthew Gray Gubler book signing and I've never been to an event so disorganized. The way they tried to organize it was that each person was assigned a number and you had to wait for your group number to be called in order to see him, and he had well over 900 people to see. I understand the circumstances under which the bookstore was under, and that they cannot control how long Matthew spends with each person nor compensate with his management. That was not an issue for me, I would not have minded waiting hours on end if I knew I would eventually meet him. The issue was that I was waiting hours (it's 12:00 am at this point) for them to say they are at number 200 and an hour goes by and they are still at number 200. You mean to tell me an hour went by and the number has not moved up? Only to find out that if you sucked up to the staff or made up an excuse that you had a plane to catch (which many people lied about) that you were let in early. There was a good period that the staff wasn't even checking numbers so anyone could have been let in at that point, including people who didn't even sign up for the event. I waited another two hours and realized the staff would just keep letting people in without checking numbers. I was so fed up with this staff. Shame on them for not organizing this better and for not being fair. Also, I called the store before hand to see where my number was in the event, and the employer told me to get there an hour later because Matthew likes to take his time with his fans and I probably wouldn't be seen at my assigned time. So the bookstore knew that this event would probably take a lot of time and still decided to sell 900 tickets. What did they expect was going to happen. I feel bad because I understand the stress and pressure they must have been under with that many people and it going on for so late, but the way the handled it was embarrassing and completely unfair to the people who tried to oblige to their rules.

Do NOT go here for a book signing. Completely unorganized. They sold over 900 books. They were letting us in by number, so whenever we bought our ticket. I was #560. They WERE NOT even half way through 5 hours later!! I sat and waited and waited for my turn for over 4 hours and eventually ended up leaving. Wasted money and my time. Called earlier this week to see when we should arrive. The employee told us 6:30.. I showed up at 6 for NOTHING. Do not recommend coming here unless you want your time wasted.

The entire staff was so accommodating! I attended a book signing event and despite such long working hours, they were all still smiling and upbeat. I absolutely appreciate all their hard work to make everyone feel welcome. This is a wonderful store and if I lived closer I would surely be a regular customer!

I went for the Matthew Gray Gubler meet and greet which was so packed and just crazy! Kenny and his family kept the store open late and were SO kind and caring to young fans and those with conflicting time issues that needed to get in early. I cannot say enough kind words about them. The store itself is adorable and has so many books and trinkets! I will 100% be coming back in the future! <3

A diverse book store with an amazing staff that is so friendly and helpful, they are great for last minute gifts for both kids and adults. Great selection of books, toys, and cards. Ditch online and buy here to support small businesses.

Around 1300 people were there to meet John Stamos and I dreaded it assuming it would be a disaster. Instead it was the most well run and frankly enjoyable experience I have had at a book signing. Huge thanks to the staff of books and greetings for doing such a great job and just being nice to everybody. One of my new favorite places

My favorite book store! The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They are also excellent for book signings. If you aren't on their email list you should be.
