Fantastic store with a whole lot of quality merchandise. The Shops at Riverside's premier anchor store. You can find just about everything here in the two floors of merchandise, but be prepared to pay top dollar. The furniture department is laid out with super attractive displays. Well, actually, just about everything in the store is presented to be eye appealing. Very attentive and helpful sales staff..

This is very nice and clean bloomingdale store All expensive brands are in the store and most of them are in stock. Be ready to get spoiled -This is a fantastic bloomingdale location for high-end items. A lot of high-end one-of-a-kind products. It is rather calm, and you may shop without the usual bustle and craziness of other places. I will most certainly suggest this location!

It’s a decent store and the staff are always friendly. But the building itself is dated and needs some serious upgrades. It is especially noticeable now that brand new renovations have been done right next door.

I had extremely bad experience today, I just went there return something ( because of the long line to the register a cashier sent people to the any register at the store) , the men who is working in the men’s clothing named Dave stated screaming and yelling at me!!! He’s very rude person. Be aware of that !, this is absolutely unacceptable. You don’t treat regular customers like a garbage very very wrong behavior.. The supervisor or or the manager should teach the person Dave how to talk to the customers specially, very regular customers.

Ultra clean, well stocked in all departments. Sales people usually close by. Store has been in this location a long time, but they keep it modern looking.

Employee Caryl D was an absolute pleasure to engage with. She was very pleasant and patient and answered all of our questions. She possessed great knowledge of products and went out of her way to meet our requests. She took the time to ensure we were comfortable with our purchase.Truly a gem; a kind and compassionate woman. Very nice "Bloomingdale's" everything is divided into sections, not crowded and everything is where it should be...

Bloomingdale’s has always been me and my mom’s happy place. But this location stands out, we’ve been a loyal customer ever since we moved to NJ. Everyone here is beyond helpful. I recently had the most pleasant experience with their home furniture section, we purchased couple furnitures and was scheduled to deliver literally 2 days after. Our sales associate is Lissa who made sure we were well taken care of. This place is my go to place to all my needs especially last minute shopping or gift ideas. Can’t recommend enough Bloomingdale’s stellar service!

I went to shop for jewelry shopping this week the sales woman her name is Sana was one of the best and helpful saleswoman I ever met.

Had the worst experience. the sales associate was very rude, she had very racist undertones, when i complained to the manager George he seems very friendly with her, and backed up her racist and rude behavior. This location seems to have an issue with treating people of color with any dignity and respect. something needs to be done.

Ken was absolutely sweet. Scored these pair of boots at a very nice price. I always love shopping at Bloomingdale’s. Also love menswear customer service and Chanel ladies. We always feel welcomed

It's not the same store. Their policy has changed regarding returns but they did not state it over the phone. Brought items back to the store only then, was told about the 90 day return policy These items were damaged within the warranty (pre-pandemic) period, out of state travel prevented returning them sooner I don't feel a need to shop there ever again because the policies and quality can be found everywhere else. Bloomingdale's destroyed it's distinguishing factor

Worse experience in store and online service. First, most of the sales associates are very racist and discriminate people for the way they look on particular Spanish/Latino. I went there to shop all my perfumes and for three occasions the ladies ignored me and started talking with their coworkers. I was standing there for 20 min until a Spanish woman that works there attended me. Then online service is not accurate and the way they handle merchandise is not professional or add value to a company that sales high value designers merchandise and fine fragance. I am very disappointed with Bloomingdales treatment and service. I do prefer to buy the original store rather than department store with not so great service.
