Great Casino, Easy access from the Highway and bus transportation. It is very clean with tons of machines and lots of fun, they have a huge parking lot and also a shuttle that picks you up in the parking lot for free, the walk is not so bad as well. They also have live music at times and a pretty big bar on the stage there is a big screen where you can watch the sports games, there are restaurants as well, they only have electronic tables for poker, roulette and other table games, a lot of slot machines.

Prepare your valid ID or you can’t enter if you have none. No drinks allowed from the outside. Bags are checked at the security. Unlike other casinos, if you win more than $599, you still get a voucher from the slot machine, but you have to bring it to the cashier to claim it.

It was my first time here.Very nice place(compared with the Resort world in Queens).There are many many new slot machines and All machines where I sat down all the time pay out money and end up with some changes in pocket.Love it .Will go back again.

The machines are totally calculated to make people lose all of their money!! This place is a scam. It never happened to me in my whole life !! I usually win but I lost 20 times in a row this is insane… I played Roulette and when I’m the only one who is playing on that machine, I lose every time. But when someone else is playing on the same machine, I don’t lose it so it’s totally calculated to make you lose!! Ridiculous

Only slots and no tables but a non-smoking clean casino. It has valet & self-parking but no indoor parking (it uses shuttle bus to carry you to the casino floor.) Front entrance has security check. Most of the restaurants are closed except weekend (from Friday night to Saturday) the food court gives people age 50 for a discount on Monday and Tuesday) Special redemption/cage lines for platinum and Noir only. I saw one $100 slot in the VIP room. Crowded with people in the weekend. You can only use the comp dollars earned from this casino and you don’t see other MGM comp dollars.

I had a very unpleasant experience as an asian. I was unable to play the bonus game due to a machine malfunction, but the assistant shift manager mentioned the machine malfunction as the customer's fault and not the casino's problem. Then they suggested the minimum bonus cost(25 USD )without any basis and forced me to sign. I felt strongly that I have been treated unfairly as an Asian. I want to tell management that other Asians should not be treated like this. They made me wait at the door from 2:40 to 3:20 and did not say any apology. I wasted my time for a total of over an 90 mins and demand fair compensation for my wasted time, my money in slot machine, and the bonus game. I have all evidences with photos and witness (she also agreed to explain if necessary). I would like to formally complaint this here and with any ways I can. Please provide feedback.

Great food court, variety of different foods. The Casino was comfortable with the air conditioner wasnt freezing. The machines, floors and bathrooms were so clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Security officer Denise #235 was very informative directed as entering the Casino she explained the machine in opening up a new card. She deserves a top recommendation. I'll definitely go back again next month with a group of seniors citizens.

Nice amount of machines and virtual table games. Clean but feels very outdated and run down. Lots of older machines. Security is always nice and helpful. Having a food court is nice and quick, but they also have a high end steakhouse-like restaurant too.

I went the casino and Milo X and his band was playing. Love this band, they played all the R&B classics and they had many people dancing on their feet. Had a really nice time at Empire City Casino.

Last Saturday was my birthday, I had gone to Empire City Casino to celebrate with friends. I had an amazing time. Even the staff, people I didn't know made my evening there wonderful. They sang Happy Birthday to me, I was offered food vouchers, etc. It was just awesome to see how strangers can come together with warm wishes on my day. God bless the staff at EMPIRE CITY CASINO YOU ROCK🎉🎉🎉

So much fun. Dad won $800. People actually win at this casino. They also have an excellent food court with Spanish food, pizza, Southern food-quite complete. We stopped at the Buffet first this time, but next time we’ll go straight to the Empire Casino.

The comps they provide to loyal customers are non significant, ( very cheap) They don't care if you stay with them so I am playing elsewhere until they do better, I see a little improvement with new slots, still a long way to go.

The casino is nice. ID is checked upon entering the building. I will say I am not a fan of cigarette smoke and that is what you smell once you enter. I know that there are probably much more smokers than non-smokers there but I just hate the way I smelled when I left.

Not sure why it's only open inFri & Sat ONLY but the Pub Room has some real food food. Check it out. The casino itself has lousy rewards still. $5 free play. No bookbag allowed and no lockers available to rent to store. Update: 2023 Place still needs better eating options (NYC casinos should have some of the best food), live card dealers, WAY more Cashiers (missed eating at the recently opened Pub as it closed due to the disgracefully long line), fix your kiosks, have better rewards for members, and have TV screens so people can enjoy live sporting events. And their VIP aka High Limit room needs better paying games. Expect big crowds on the weekends and long delays as well. Other than that, decent game options and plenty of security.

Went for the first time tonight. You can’t take any photos inside because it’s casino. We had a great. The only thing I didn’t like is that you had to pay for drinks at the bar. Most casinos you drink for free. We went on a Saturday night so it was extremely busy. There are no real life table games, but there were virtual games that you could play. Plenty of bathrooms. Food open past midnight when we left and there was even a hot dog cart that went around for people to get a quick bite. Besides that, it was very nice. I definitely would go again.

They got to get live dealers. And the no bags policy is annoying like you are down the street from a mall you don’t think people will come to visit the area go to the mall and then casino I mean ridiculous. They used to have a coat and bag check like bring it back it’s very annoying to be told I can’t come in because I have a small back pack. Also bring back the $1 shuttles that you have pre COVID. It’s a pain to get to the casino now by public transportation. Very inconvenient. Also why don’t they serve free alcoholic drinks it’s an MGM casino I don’t understand.

Haven't been here in about 2 years. It used to be an outing with my mentor, but she passed away in 2021. Going back was nostalgic cause I walked around remembering our times there. Did I win anything? The answer is nope, but I still had a good time.

It's not what it used to be and that's not a good thing. When it was brand new of course everybody marveled over it the bathrooms were clean there was no cobwebs in the corners and things of that nature. Now go to the bathroom even though the tendons try their best to keep it clean urinal smelling like urine. Bathroom walls dingy. I wasn't happy wasn't happy with it at all. The casino floor carpet was not the best either perhaps it's time for the casino to renovate. I do like that they have improved on the slot machines. However I wish they would put more slot machines that allow for people to play who have 80 cent BET and a hundred cent bet instead of 120 and 150 and 300. Everyone should have a chance to play and enjoy themselves, not everyone is a high roller. I have a chance to eat at one of the restaurants I don't know the name of it but they had the best sweet potato loaded french fries I've ever tasted in the world. The staff member a handsome Latino assisted me with a smile and he prepared my French fries with care.

The Empire Casino is a great place to visit if you're looking for entertainment, food, and drinks. You can play slots or horse races at their locations inside the casino. There are several different places where you can grab a bite to eat, including bars and counters. They also give away nice gifts every so often! The staff is friendly, and they work hard to make sure everyone has a good time. It's a great place to go if you want to enjoy some gambling without having to sit at home by yourself all day long.

It can be very frustrating sometimes when you don't win anything. That is most times. However, something incredible happened about one month ago. I hit a jackpot! $4,179.00!! I won an additional $1,000. And returned home with $4,000. I wasn't joking. EMPIRE rocks!

Best early when it is empty. I am not a casino lover but this was fine for a short day outing. Great staff and those behind the scenes are doing great at running this empire (if you'll pardon the pun). No haute cuisine here so find a local restaurant for dinner because this is a food court level deep fried snack at best.

It's a fun venue to gamble and have fun. Huge parking lot. If you find you need to park far from the entrance there is a shuttle bus that takes you straight there and returns you to a bus stop that is closer to your vehicle. A horse race track so you can bet on them. A bit hard to navigate inside as it's a big place. Mostly slot machines, a few bars, a food court. They have waitresses that walk around offering drinks so you don't have to leave your spot. There is a small space with a large TV and bar to watch sports. There are no actually tables or dealers. Instead it's a television in the middle of a round table so you can play digitally. Such as black jack, poker, roulette, etc. Sign up and you get a $10 free play and a card to load and play with. Nice bathrooms, accessible ATMS. Visited a few time and had loads of fun.

Welcome, fells very safe. Bathrooms are really clean and nicer. The middle of the hallway going to the back to the food court is way to hot heating ambiance. To the point that I almost passed out. I needed to sit down for 30 minutes to recover. The entrance is cool temperatures and nice. After all, great pleasure. The food court I spend 80 dollars. A d the food was seriously old fashioned and hard bread , and the kitchens services not quite happy to see customers. Very low quality food. The parking is amazing. After all, I would return to play without eating there and not to go I. The middle of the hallway to play.

It was a pretty nice time there. So many machine to pick from. It’s really spaced. Lots of new machines. People winning in many machines. Will go back someday. 😁

I feel like the slot machines are set back at certain times of the day many unhappy customers Jackpots are small and infrequent. Comp and gifts not impressive. Food options poor during the week. I give it two stars for location and parking accommodations

The experience was amazing. I enjoyed the lit up beauty of the casino and the spacious room decor of the site. I felt like I was a person of importance walking through. It was extremely clean and the excitement it leaves with you encourages you to want to return and live the experience once again.
