Listen, what most people dont understand about this place is that it is a low cost public clinic. The volume of people is high with or without appointments...which translate to high wait times. It's not the fault of the clinic but our health system is messed up in this country. If anything we need more places like this. That said, the place is alright...sure it's not like a private insurance doctors office but they have the proper equipment, staff and doctors to get the job done right. The only negative I have is the wait time but I'm used to it, so I know I'll be there 3-4hrs.

This doctor's office is endangering their patients and neglecting their patients. I went to the doctor. I have a lot of chest pain. The lady at the front desk did not put me in the system. She sent me to the back knowing I was very sick. Then they acted like I wasn't there. Then they never put me in the system. It took them 2 hours to see me. Then doctor there was nothing wrong with me. I'm telling her I'm having a lot of chest pain. Then she said she would give me anti biotics and she sent them to the pharmacy. I want to the my pharmacy right after I went to the doctors. There was no medication there. I waited at my pharmacy for an hour. The doctor never sent the medication to my pharmacy. They withholding treatment. They should all face the medical board and should be charged with Attempted medical homicide treatment. I had to go to the hospital because the nurses and the doctors at this doctor office failed to do their jobs. My bronchitis was acting up. And I have an unconvenient hospital bill. The doctor's office should have done their job instead of trying to kill me.

I hate coming to this place ! To make an appointment is pointless since they will make you wait 3-4 hrs for a 5 minute check up. They have 0 consideration for a pregnant 🤰woman . I hate it . If you have other options - please do not come to this place . You will feel miserable on a every single appointment .

This is the worst doctors office that I have ever been to in my entire life. It takes a lot to get me to write a bad review, but this experience was almost beyond belief. The receptionist was completely inept—relying on the other receptionist to help her with her job. This other receptionist, Cynthia, was extremely rude—she laughed in my face as I was asking her for an update on when I would be seen for my appointment, which I made at 9 am and still hadn’t been seen by 10 am and I have to work later in the day. They don’t ever answer the phone—all calls go to their call center and they say this nonchalantly as if it’s not a major inconvenience. To make matters even worse the two receptionists proceeded to talk behind my back about me and the situation in Spanish—not knowing I spoke Spanish and could understand everything they were saying. Don’t waste your time. These people are horrible at their jobs and should not be working with people in healthcare.

If I could give zero stars I would. I would not recommend this place. I waited an hour and a half for the OBGYN doctor to give me a 2 second check up. As I just have just given birth the hospital schedule for me to have a 6 week after birth check up here. When you do the urine test you and other patients urine cups are just sitting in a cup in the bathroom unsealed. There is meter parking and not very clean. One of the nurses were nice and got me to see the OBGYN doctor faster but I will have to schedule another appointment somewhere else so they can confirm all is well for me.

I am a new patient and it’s always been a 3 hr wait for the last two visits. I am here today and because of the last experience, when I was told to undress I specifically asked them not to make me undress if I was not ready to be seen. They left me naked for 35 min then said that the system was down & they weren’t able to do anything now. Worst patient experience I’ve ever had. I’ve gone to ghetto clinics in the Bronx that treat there patients better than this clinic.

My appointment was at 1:30 Pm yet it’s 5Pm and I still haven’t gotten called to see the doctor. At 2:15 pm I was told he was going on a 45 to one hour lunch break. And it’s been one hour and 40 mins and I’m still waiting to get called. Honestly at this point this is ridiculous given that my appointment was at 1:30Pm. I understand this is a public clinic or is government ran but they need to be more considerate of their patients time and needs. I hope my appointment doesn’t get rushed and I don’t get seen for 5 mins like I did last time after waiting such a long time to get seen by the doctor. Couldn’t ask the doctor any questions either, Worst experience I’ve had so far. Update: I was seen by doctor at 5:30ish that’s 30 mins past their closing time! I got one test done but was told to come back anytime to do lab testing (blood work) because the lab was already closed at 4 pm. If you know you’ll need lab testing done on your patient and they have been there since 1:30 pm why, just why wouldn’t you have them get that done before the lab closes at 4pm and then you tell your patient to come back anytime to get that done? You don’t know people’s circumstances to just ask them to come back anytime as if that’s a solution when they have been there since 1:30 PM. It honestly doesn’t make any sense to me!

most unprofessional doctors office ever. do not waste your time. they will do stuff like cancel and reschedule your appointment and won’t notify you ! WASTE OF TIME & very rude nurses!

Worst medical service ever. We came with daughter at 11:30 without appointment. She felt bad, cold, cough, temperature. We just were need to check if it’s not a pneumonia. After 4 hours waiting doctor didn’t find time to check her

This place is like a third world country clinic!! Horrible! Would not recommend! Place is a dump and should be knocked down! I can’t believe a place like this still operates in the manner and appearance they do!

This place is a dump. I have reserved an appointment for 3:00 but I have been waiting for an hour and still haven’t gotten done with the injection. Never come to this place it is horrible, there is a huge waiting time. 🤢 -Angie

You ask them for one thing and they take blood to check for something you really dont need checked... then neglect the real reason you entered... i dont know whether it's like this everywhere but luckily insurance covered that wild charge for services never even rendered. The 100 or so i did have to pay was enough to make me realize this place is a waste of time...

This place will have you waiting 4 hours only to tell you they don’t have your results. They don’t tell the patients what’s going on and expect them not to be upset when they are finally called only to sit in the room with the doctor for 5 minutes. The service is horrible and there’s always excuses on why you had to wait several hours. Makes no sense…one time I went to an appointment and when I got into the room after hours it hadn’t even been cleaned from the last person that was seen…

Don’t bother coming here because there is almost always 1 doctor and it’s as if the nurses are slow on purpose. Their system is always shut down and will turn you down and tell you to come the next day or to another location even though you have an appointment. This clinic looks as if we live in a third world country. Overworked doctor(s) and unprofessional nurses that lie to you, no good.
