I was happy to have found doctor Bishop. Was a patient for 6 months. Doctor Bishop left and I was not notified. Went to appointment, was seen by NP. What the heck - awful.

Dr. Bishop made sure that all of my questions related to my visit were answered. During the procedure she let me know what she was doing so that I was prepared. Very efficient.

Trying to receive very important documents back that I left with nurse practitioner. Calling and leaving messages with no reply. Tried going through the front desk and the rude lady keeps transferring me to a machine that I left had to leave a message on. When calling, be very patient with the front desk receptionist, it's really hard for her to treat people decently. I am sure she's working really hard to improve her awful attitude.

The staff was excellent, courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. Dr. Sharma has a great bedside manner and knew how to make me feel better right away. The nursing staff was excellent too. Thank you so much for your kind manner and for making me feel better!

Went to this office for 5 years dr bishop was the best very understanding n caring she has left the office now I didn’t get a chance to say goodbye now there’s a new dr I had an appointment and was waiting over a hour I see there’s another patient goes n ask how much longer it will be the receptionist said oh it will be soon n greeted her with a yes ma’am when I go up to ask I’m told we’ll u know that there’s 3 dr here I then look n said well I have been waiting over a hour n haven’t even made it into the back I live with chronic pain daily so sitting for long periods of time is painful the lady did not care I saw the difference that she treated the other patients from the way she treated me I was going to reschedule but it didn’t sit well with me on how she spoke to me n then she try’s to reschedule me with the nurse practitioner that almost had my surgery cancelled with his mis diagnosis on my health saying I was critical high risk unless there’s something I don’t know why am I high risk sir? So now I never got a chance to meet the new dr no one in this office cared that I wasn’t seen very sad to do a patient this way u need to care when we come in every one is dealing with there own health issues n may not be feeling well when coming in but to be treated in such manner was horrible I will miss dr bishop n it’s sad that I was forced to change dr due to this now I have a total new dr n office that have great reviews n I pray the dr is as caring as dr Bishop was

Dr. Bishop is kind, compassionate, honest and trustworthy. In addition, she is very down to earth which makes communicating easy. Her whole team is extraordinary!

Dr Sharma is a very thorough doctor and takes the time to sit with you and explain things and she's just a great doctor and a person.
