As
a
new
resident
in
the
region,
few
people
encouraged
me
to
attend
to
the
WCS
center.
I
gladly
did
especially
after
learning
that
the
local
shuttle
Red
line
took
me
directly
to
the
center.
Around
the
beginning
of
July
2023,
I
learned
about
the
center.
I
went
there
and
met
Mr
Jaden.
An
amazing
young
man
with
tons
of
abilities
to
lighten
up
the
load
to
anyone.
I
signed
up.
Additional
information
for
transportation
and
other
rather
needed
activities
were
learned
from
Mr
Jaden.
Obviously,
he
was
the
main
individual
to
come
to
for
information.
He
took
my
application
for
few
issues
including,
lunches
and
other
much
needed
information
in
my
current
life
needs.
On
Tuesday
July
11
I
tried
to
come
to
the
center,
but
missed
the
red
line
by
literally
seconds.
On
wed.
July
12th
I
managed
to
get
to
the
center
with
minutes
to
spare
10:40
am.
I
ran
into
interference
from
the
young
lady
at
the
front
desk
whom
was
having
a
hard
time
from
a
short
woman
who
was
a
questions
over
and
over
non-stop.
By
the
time
I
was
tended
by
this
young
woman,
she
told
me
I
was
late
for
the
lunch
service,
even
though
she
acknowledged
the
lengthy
interruption
from
the
previous
person.
The
young
lady
at
the
front
desk,
refused
to
serve
my
in
any
way
shape
or
form,
citing
that
she
couldn't
find
my
information,
despite
advising
her
I
filled
the
proper
forms
with
Mr
Jaden,
the
week
before.
This
woman
failed
to
acknowledge
that
I
had
been
at
the
center
one
week
before
but
still
refused
any
kind
of
service.
I
placed
a
$20
dollar
bill
on
her
desk
and
offered
to
pay
for
my
lunch.
She
continued
to
refuse
service
and
told
me
to
fill
out
another
application.
The
failure
to
even
recognize
that
I
had
already
complied
to
the
requirements
leave
much
to
be
desired.
She
treated
me
as
if
I
was
a
foreigner
asking
for
hand
outs
and
not
by
a
Viet
Nan
service
member
whom
has
already
done
more
than
47
years
of
national
contribution
in
civil
and
military
service.
These
people
needs
to
be
educated
about
senior
status
isn't
about
pushing
issues,
it's
just
about
dignity
and
a
bit
of
compassion.
The
fact
that
she
failed
to
acknowledge
that
the
few
minutes
she
claims
I
was
late,
was
because
the
person
in
front
of
me
was
a
relentless
individual
who
wouldn't
understand
what
this
worker
tried
to
tell
her...
ironically,
the
lady
in
the
front
desk..
also
failed
to
understand
what
I
was
trying
to
tell
her
about
me
being
there
before
any
deadline.
EVEN
the
shuttle
driver
said:
WHY
didn't
she
take
you
in...
you
were
already
there...
meaning
that
it
was
ridiculous
to
be
turned
away
for
couple
of
minutes
That
goes
to
show
that
young
people
now.
Have
no
clue
about
what
it
takes
to
be
courteous
