Shortly after I arrived they put me in an examination room. I waited an hour and a half in that examination room. No doctor, no nurses came during that time. But I heard them laughing and carrying on, they thought they were all caught up. I don't know how or why, but they forgot about me. I left, I was hungry and ready for a smoke, considering I had heard three hospital staff saying that they were going to go smoke. It you can wait until an urgent care is open, that's what I recommend. Redlands emergency room an absolute last resort.

If I could give them a negative score, I would. If you can, go elsewhere. I wasn't taken seriously. I got the patronizing voice. I found someone else's medical paperwork under my chair while I was in a room waiting for the doctor. The paperwork should have been in her file. I ran into 3 workers without masks during a pandemic. I ended up using hand sanitizer continuously while there.

Donโ€™t bother coming here you wonโ€™t be taken seriously. I have recurring sinus infections every fall/winter season that always have to be treated with antibiotics. I told the doctor I know exactly what it was based on my previous experiences and what I was feeling. Doctor said โ€œhmm I think itโ€™s allergies, I canโ€™t prescribe antibiotics because you have not have symptoms longer than 10 days, and it will be a ding against me if I prescribe themโ€ I told him this happened last time and I was back two weeks later feeling miserable with the same symptoms. He still refused to listen to me. This place is a waste of time and money

I am a hard working self employed contractor with no insurance. Went in for an injury and the front desk girl asked me if I was homeless. I was wearing " whites" and a sweatshirt with paint on it and 225$ boots . I am clean cut and shaven . I was offended, she of course said she has to ask everyone that. If I was a doosh hipster wearing clothes I couldn't afford would you have asked me ? Whoops meant to leave one star . Oh not toention I left and went to a urgent care who were awesome and it was only 100$

The new building remodel really seems to have improved services. I'm happy for the staff. Had to wait in pain, sure, but they were incredibly friendly switching out shifts and listening to my concerns. I could have been written off as drug-seeking because I could not manage my extreme pain post-op, but they were very compassionate with me and kept trying to find a painkiller that worked.

I was the first patient in this morning because of the severe pain. My brother was asking for help for me to give me something for the excruciating pain. They just kept saying that someone would come out. For 45 min I was in pain and puking and only until my brother asked a fourth time for assistance for me did someone finally come out to assist me. I would understand if the ER was very packed full of people but that was not the case. The pain was incredible and it seemed like I wasn't taken seriously. I had to deal with the pain for almost an hour...... Just made me feel neglected. I completely understand that nurses may have been busy but gosh the pain was awful, and not having it addressed right away when it was starting to get much worse did not help.

I experienced a racist white head nurse!! She would put IV's and get pain medication for all the white patients. She assisted all the white patients before me even the ones that came after me. When I called her out she became incolent, snotty and snarky. She new she got caught and became angry and miserable. This is Redlands showing their true colors. They can't change their racist ways.

Wonderful hospital! Compassionate, friendly, kind and caring. Even though they seemed to be young they proved themselves to be professional. Thank again!

I was taken to the ER of another hospital where I waited in extreme pain for almost 4 hours. With no end to my long wait I left for Redlands Community. I was immediately triaged and waited for less than a hour before being put in a room and seen by a PA. Daniel was compassionate, listened to my concerns and let me take part in an action plan that has me on the road to feeling much better. Redlands is not a level 1 trauma center but does possess a well oiled team that works quickly and with compassion.

If you have an underlying condition and go here, you might as well die, they will let you. Worst hospital I've been too. All I had was was GI issues and was in horrible pain, went to Loma Linda university, they made me feel better right away

Honestly, I have never ever had an issue here. If anything they Helped/Help me and my loved ones every time! Yes, it can be a wait but they take in worst to not as the condition of the person. I have to say they are so kind and friendly. They actually sit and talk to you even if having to juggle a ton of patients. I want to thank this Hospital for saving my mental and physical state many times. Bless you all! -Lovanna

Came in ambulance with Covid. Called first like the recording requested- so they would be ready for me. Waited in cold ambulance 40 minutes, then placed in a chair, in isolated hallway. Had a breathing treatment, IV fluids and meds, xray, blood work. Never saw a doctor, or got any results. Sat here seven more hours asking and waiting for water which they never have brought me. I don't understand why. Then, I'm told I've been released. I don't know anyone who will pick me up with having Covid. I don't know how I'm supposed to get home. I don't know why no one will bring me water. I've been asking for over 8 hours now! Now, I'm being ignored. This is how they treat Covid patients??? Shameful!

Came into ER the other night and I was in severe pain and could not stop crying. From intake they took me right back to consult and treatment and I was in and out of there in 2 hours. WHAT!!?? No way right?! Yes! The staff was amazing and prompt and on top of things and did it quickly, thoroughly, and successfully. I have never in my life in any of the ER's I've been to have I received such great and courteous and quick care. I mean I've waited an hour just to be discharged before so this place is a miracle and they give you this little card to hang on to so that the patient is aware of everything that's going on like medication, tests, etc. And I thought that was a wonderful and thoughtful special touch. To me that says they actually care about their patients and care enough to keep them in the know at all times. This place gets it. The chairs you get in the little treatment lobby are wonderful! They are so comfortable and they have a foot rest and recline! Everything about my experience was hands down the best treatment I've ever received ANYWHERE. I am still shocked. Please do yourself or your loved one a favor and bring them here. In such a stressful time no one wants to be in the ER but if you have to you have to so why not come to a place that will turn a bad experience into one that will make you glad you came. To say I'm impressed is a serious understatement. All of socal's hospitals need to take a few lessons from these guys. They all get D grades while this place gets an A+ with all the gold stars. Keep up the great work!

I've had good/bad and so/so experiences here. I've walked out of here extremely upset & happy. I've been tossed into a cab/sent home with broken bones that actually required emergency surgery but for an emergency room I still give it 5 stars I've been to many hospitals/ER's in my life and this is one of the best since they all have faults somewhere.

We took at my daughter in 3/1 and 3/3 for a high fever. On the first night there was a nurse with glasses and longish grey hair their not sure of his name but I observed him being so caring to each patient making sure everyone waiting had what they needed. And when my daughter threw up all over me and the floor he stopped what he was doing right away to help us. Then on the second visit the staff again were so caring and made sure to address my daughterโ€™s symptoms right away. Thank you Redlands community for taking care of my family โค๏ธ

Basically, I was sent from urgent care because itโ€™s already cardiac problem. They did new bloodwork two times to check different things, they gave me things for indigestion, and they told me at the end of it that I have a left left ventricle in my heart. I am aware of that but Iโ€™m not sure what happened that day with the pain in my stomach, and or my chest, I was taken care of very quickly by the different doctors, and the blood work was done, and then it was released . I am going to contact my cardiac doctor.

I have always had a positive experience in the emergency department at RCH. The doctors, staff, and nurses work amazingly well together. I have had a cholecystectomy, appendectomy, and other visits and always come away impressed with the quality and efficiency of care even when handling many patients throughout the day.

Redlands Community Hospital ER is very professional, caring, clean and the staff is wonderful. Check in was quick and the wait time was minimal. I can say that my experience was one of complete satisfaction. I would definitely tell others, family and friends alike that I highly recommend if emergency services are needed, this is the ER to go to. So, thank you to everyone that helped me during my visit.

I came into the ER with a severely cut finger, broken rib and many bruises I received from a fall. From the check in desk to the time I left, everyone was wonderful! They were caring, thoughtful and very gentle with my condition. This is the only ER I will ever go to.

A very good ER with excellent care and kindness. Dr. HOUCK is an outstanding physician and saw my mother and both of us thought he is caring, knowledgeable and very thorough.

When the medical people were unable to find a vein that would not blow out instead of continuing to poke me they enlisted the help of another medical person. I really appreciated this because it added to the likelihood of me NOT being traumatized. Thank-u :`)

Excellent medical care. Staff is focused on your symptoms and explain what they will do to assess and treat. They have an efficient set up and answer questions politely and clearly.
