Took my clasp to be replaced, but they tried to overcharge me. Took it to 4 C’s Finecraft Jewelers in Claremont and they fixed it free of charge.

I came into Fast fix jewelry spoke with Han, I brought in a ring with a gem, that has fallen out numerous of times after having fixed at a different jeweler, as they just glued it, I spoke to Han, instantly he said he would put in 4 prongs to hold gem in place. My ring was repaired in less than 1 hour. Extremely knowledgeable and at very reasonable price. I will definitely be back for anymore of my jewelry needs. We were visiting SouthCal to attend my best friend’s Birthday. We searched for mall nearest the area and was directed to Montclair Plaza. My partner suddenly pulled me to Fast Fix to check on their jewelries. We’ve visited a lot of recommended jewelry stores in Norcal but Hans kindness and sincerity and passion in getting customers what suits their needs was very helpful. We were so enticed with his charisma. His patience and dedication did not let us leave the store without getting what we need. I needed a ring cut off meand I came here. I was embarrassed I had let my ring get so bad and was very timid but they treated me with nothing but kindness and compassion! He took me behind the counter to cut it off and made sure I was comfortable and went t work on it! He got it off faster than I had anticipated and let me know when the swelling went down and my finger healed he'd be more than happy to fit me with a new ring!!

The team did an amazing job fixing our kiddo’s glasses. After one of the arms snapped off, we needed to replace both to make sure they were wearable moving forward. The team added some rhinestones to the sides to make them special. Amazing customer service!!

I was promised that my repair would be ready by Friday, and they did not deliver. I emphasized that it’s a gift for a birthday on Saturday. They had 2 days for a very simple repair. On top of that, they are DOUBLE the price of the jeweler down stairs in the same mall. I would NOT recommend this place.

I went to change my battery, they charged me49.99 dollars. The other store like Key only charges 29 or 30 for battery change.They also took out the watch’s waterproof ring and told me it was broken and they replaced a new one.(A Longines watch’s quality is that horrible? I don’t think so) I read the other customer’s comments, it said after Fast Fix Jewerlry changed the battery, the watch runs weird. I just asked to change the battery, I did not give permission to replace any part of the original watch. It is very upset. Hope I can give them negative starts

I called thus place because my son"s watch was too big for his wrist. It needed some links taken off. So, called Fast Fix to ask what they charged to remove links. The person I spoke with was friendly and told me they charged about $8.00 depending on the type of watch. I told him it is not the watch I need to fix, it's the band and it is a regular link. So, I decided to go to into the Superior Market in Chino, because they have a place inside the store where they sell nice gold jewelry and also repair them. I'm glad I did because the man quickly took my songs watch and removed two links and "bam" it fit my son's wrist like a glove. It only took about 10 minutes. No questions asked about what kind of watch it was. It also costs less then Fast Fix. I will go into Superior Market again if I need my jewelry repaired or cleaned.
