The dude was cool he helped me upgrade my board to some cruiser wheels and explained everything I didn’t know about a skateboard and its parts. Nice guy!

I always love stopping by. This was the Riverside Location. They were really helpful helping me find new jeans.

I brought my son so he can get new wheels and bearing for his board. They were helpful and explained some of the process to my sons. I would definitely go again if my sons need anything else.

Was offered help in shoes by a tall male and told them my size and never brought out the shoes because to busy talking about there day to coworker and was just ignored.

I don't think I can say enough good things about this store and the exceptional service! Dallas was so helpful from helping me with my questions over the phone to helping me in store when I came to pick up my items. I live in Fontana so even though this store is far out of my way I would rather drive the extra just to have service like this! Others stores should take notes. Thanks for your help guys!

Writing a review on zumiez as a whole and not just the moreno valley location but I purchased a brand new skateboard that broke after only 3 light uses. I know skateboards break but it's ridiculous on how quickly it broke. Additionally after purchasing it and removing it from the box it came in, the tires were dirty and the board didn't look as clean as a brand new board should look making me feel it was used or played it. Zumiez won't give a me replacement or refund which I feel is very unfair. As to how much I paid for it. Wont be buying from them ever again.

The worker was so helpful, helped me determine which size board I need and even put the bearings for me. Super friendly and will help you get what you need.

They were very rude and gave me attitude when I asked why I couldn’t get my tape gripped. As if I don’t work a management role and know the hassle as if the quarter is almost over. I would never come back to this shops location with the associates. I asked when her 6th hour was because she said she didn’t have time I did not get her name. All in all they are not putting efforts into customer service.

We came in today with the hopes of being able to exchange a tshirt my husband got for Christmas, but it had no tags or anything on it so we were going around to store that carry the Obey brand with the hopes of tracking down where it came from, and the 2 employees there this afternoon were so sweet and took the time to step away from their tasks and search on the computer for it, even though the shirt wasn’t from here and they couldn’t help us they showed great customer service and patience with us! We appreciate you two! Thank you!

The employee's are not dressed like workers representing the store and one of the employee's walked by us several times without asking if we needed assistance or identifying himself as an employee. We thought he was also a shopper. My opinion is they should atleast wear a name tag which doesn't have to say their name but atleast the stores name.
