Really fantastic Mexican restaurant. The birria tacos are wonderful. We had the guacamole, elite and also the steak and cheese empanada. Good vibe, colourful interior and really friendly staff. I highly recommend. We drove from Newport (25 minutes) and it was worth the drive. We will be back.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! There's literally nothing bad about this place. Drinks are definitely so creatively tasty and SUPER SIZED. FULLY STOCKED BAR-Flat screen T.V.s. Food is phenomenal and SUPER SIZED. The service has been nothing short of amazing. Very attentive and friendly. The art work, the decor is just a whole vibe. From the glass work to the murals, so beautiful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! You won't be disappointed!

This place is legit. The tortas I've had are massive and delicious. The tacos de langua (spelling?) Are nice and tender but do often sell out. Horchata comes in a giant glass and is good snd the empenada are great. This is now my favorite Mexican place in NKY.

The guacamole and chips appetizer was awesome! For a small house margarita it was 7.99! That wasn't worth it! Two street tacos were good. Not great! The atmosphere was okay! Staff friendly and knowledgeable.

I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the authentic cuisine they have to offer. The tortas and arepas on the menu are exceptionally good, bursting with flavors that transport you straight to the heart of their respective regions. What truly stood out, though, was the attentive staff who made sure to check on us frequently throughout the meal, ensuring a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to savor delicious, authentic dishes in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Do you love fresh bread? Ropa vieja? Guacamole that tastes not only fresh but like your abuela just whipped it up? Kitschy decor and an overtaxed team do nothing to detract from the outstanding food and amazing experience. The tostones were crisp and lightly salted and the beef was shredded, tender and with just the right amount of crispy bits. While just barely south(?) of the Mason-Dixon Line you’ll feel like you’re south of El Paso. Outstanding food, mindful service and a fun colorful atmosphere that is both pastiche as well as homey. Don’t miss this local gem.

Loved our visit here. The restaurant is a trendy spot with great mural work on the walls and ambient lighting. The menu boasts a huge variety, from sandwiches to empenadas to exquisite desserts. To start, we had guacamole y chicharrones (so yummy)! I can't remember the name of my sandwich, but it had steak with bacon, avocado, corn, cheese, and a wonderful sauce nestled between bread that was crunchy on the outside but soft and fluffy on the inside. It was amazing! My son had The Cuban, which he talked about all night. Of course, we couldn't leave without ordering a piece of tres leches cake (which comes in peach or strawberry)! We ordered peach & it was the best tres leches we've had. I need to mention the drink menu (from the bar) because they have amazing looking cocktails that look to be original and so crazy good. I'll update you when I have a girls' night out! I highly recommend this place!
