    The rooms are cleaned daily owners have been great if i have a problem its addressed promptly. They always say hi and make sure you have everything you need. Not 1 complaint from me. I say kudos for being a very reasonable price motel in a very unstable economic world!!

    I woke up this morning to hear the owner wanting ME to clean MY room. While she talked to another person about their room that's like a fast food employee making YOU cook YOUR burger Dont come here under any circumstance

And then of course the actual condition of the place looked like a post apocalyptic motel where human life had not set food for 10 years. To be fair I never saw the inside of a room because THANKFULLY my card got declined (not sure how this happened because I payed online) so I did not have to pay 80 no refundable dollars to stay here. I absolutely get trying to save a buck and go for a cheap place, but I beg you to heed my warning YOU DO NOT WANT TO STAY HERE.

    Checked in at 5, then went to get dinner. When I got back and turned down the bedspread, there a small, live bug there. I took to the front window ( they donā€™t use the lobby/front desk) & showed the owner. He crushed the bug & said it would be full of blood if it was a bedbug, and then tossed it into the trash. I asked for another room, to which he very reluctantly agreed. He went into the room & tossed the bedding back, untucked everything and said ā€œsee no bugsā€. I then asked him if he was going yo make the bed, which he also reluctantly agreed. I then checked under the mattress ( usual bedbug place) and found a large bug the size of a lima bean. (I tried to attach a photo here). It was too big to be a bed bug, I thought the rooms were nonetheless too buggy & asked for a refund. He refunded all but $10 which he thought entitled to keep. I stayed here last year and it was fine, but basic. The innkeeper was very curt & arrogant during the whole ordeal. I would recommend you stay anywhere but here!

    If there were 0 star I would give 0 star.This hotel is tripping you. Once I was planning to cancel my reservation (I was planning to cancel 15 minutes after I reserved), they told me that they will refund me 50% and they will use another 50%, for my next stay. Of course, they didn't refund 50%, and when I called to use it at least another 50% discount they said it is already 3 months passed and I can not use it, but they can make only a 20% discount. Don't book a room from this hotel. The management is awful.

    THIS place is our low water mark for hell hole hotels. Best example I can give as to how bad the room was??? Our daughter started crying because the room was so horrible. She was 7 and the room was so bad I understood her crying. Dad became a hero that night when he told the family, NOPE we are leaving! LOL!!! We booked online, arrived to a hostile desk clerk, and on our way to our room noticed the parking lot had groups of scary people hanging around and several rooms with the doors wide open. Our room.....OMG. The bathroom was worse than the worst gas station bathroom you have ever seen. FILTHY carpets that look like they have not been cleaned in 30 years. Stains everywhere, stunk. We went back to the front desk to cancel and was yelled at. My wife and I still say this to each other and crack up....the front desk (we think it was the owner) told us, "This place is not very franchisey!!!". OMG....He refused to give our money back, so we just did a chargeback and found a hotel that would not make our child cry.

    If you have nowhere else to go, come here. Srsly, if you get a room, there will be no microwave or refrigerator. They are very intrusive. Male manager got mad bc I drove a uhaul to the hotel. He yelled that I couldn't park in his parking lot. The wife explained I have a room. Smh. The rooms are subpar and the area is quite... nerve wrecking. They have no apartments for rent, no matter what signs they have up. "No one has moved in 4 yrs"... or so they told a couple of females. Yeah... find another place, if you can afford it.

    I usually stay at the cheap motel just East of here, but they were full so came here. This is the worst motel I've stayed at in years. A/C barely worked, TV had a constant vertical line through it (it didnt work at all on night two), and the bed had a giant meatal tab sticking out that constantly scrapes your leg if you don't cover it with a towel. PLEASE stay somewhere else, this place is awful.

    My husband and I pulled up at 12:30 at night. There were about 5 cars at the motel. We woke up the person on duty that night. He told my 70 yr old husband that they did not have any rooms available. We drove to the next motel down the street.

    Staff was downright nasty and seemed to enjoy doing so. These people don't care their customers enjoy their stay, in fact go over and above to make them uncomfortable...

    Just stayed for the night, needed a place to sleep..Its outdated for sure, the only room available was a smoking room ...Smell wasn't pleasant, but i wasn't expecting much, however the bed was very comfy, and they were pet friendly...Pricey...

    Super rude In Cruel ,Yelling At My Family For No Reason rooms are Nasty Ac in light Broken , sandberg's Everywhere .VERRYYY Unprofessional!!!!!! But God Bless!!!! I wouldnt Recommended To my Worstt Enemy!!!!!!!!!!! .

    The ACs are tiny, set inside much larger grates, presumably from larger units that would actually cool the rooms in 100Ā° weather, that are duct-taped into the space Our room, which the man running the motel stated was the "best AC unit" on the premises, the temperature increased. No fan in the bathroom. The room was tiny, even for the price, and so a refund was issued without any other options offered. He was clearly fed up with my complaint about the room. As we were leaving, he entered our room with a plank of wood and more duct tape to seal off the opened space for the small AC unit to cool the room. This "repair" might have done the trick and kept the room at an acceptable degree, but instead he sent us back out into the insufferable heat to find another room. Bear in mind, the refund would take 2-3 business days to be credited to my account. I would pay heed to the low rating of this lodging venue. I was not allowed to enter the office space where he enjoyed the AC, having to check-in & out through a tiny window right next to the hot air blower of the office's window unit. Excess heat can cause irritability, and I am not immune to that. This situation could have easily been handled much better by management. The dilapidated structure on the property is a good example of this establishment that somehow remains in operation.

    The owner of this establishment is so incredibly rude. We called to make a reservation and he told us to make a reservation online instead. The only option was for the ā€œfollowing dayā€ mind you its 2 am and he knows we would arrive tonight/this morning. Well we get to the motel and he wouldnā€™t let us stay because ā€œthe reservation is for tomorrow not tonightā€ and said we couldnā€™t check in until 3pm on the following day. I begged and pleaded with this man to please let us stay considering he is the one that gave us the ok on coming in in the middle of the night and it ended with him shutting the window in my face and just walking off. He wonā€™t approve the refund or even let us stay. Heā€™s a trash human being. Donā€™t waste your time.

    DISGUSTING ROOM. I got in and it look pretty bad for the night we were ok though. Iā€™m looking under the bed for bugs and didnā€™t see anything alive but as soon as I turn on the light in the bathroom 2 bugs run to under the cabinet. We told the front desk and she said leave or deal with it no refund!! And then today he charges $37 to my card!!! Nasty people
