Amazing Venue nestled in the outlying neighborhoods of Lincoln! Very welcoming atmosphere. We came to Lincoln all the way from Tucson, Arizona via a long weekend in the Black Hills of South Dakota specifically to see Sheryl Crow on September 7th. Parking was easy and well coordinated coming and going. Friendly and helpful Staff. Several kiosks to purchase adult beverages. The culmination of the Evening was of course, Sheryl Crow, who was absolutely spectacular, but the folks running and working the facility made it that much more fun! The Acoustics are excellent. Highly Recommend, and will definitely come back for another show!

Beautiful venue but none of the row labels lined up at all. Many people were confused. One picture I took in section b shows row 4, then row 6 directly behind it skipping row 5. Another section (C) a photo shows row 8 labeled, but it’s actually row 7. And in section a people “were in other peoples seats” but no… actually it was mislabeled rows completely confusing everyone. This happened multiple times in different sections. Who put the chair labels together ?

Great event management! Parking was smooth to handicap area. The staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was clearly marked. Easy to find the seats and a bracelet to keep the pit from being stormed or overcrowded. Plenty of free cold water. Food and beverages were available. Clean porta potties, and plenty of them. The seats weren't fancy but comfortable. Although tipped slightly forward on the hill. Enough space between rows for comfort. We traveled from Omaha. I would choose this venue again. Overall pleasant experience. I'd recommend this place.

Excellent venue. Many shows enjoyed here. Went to see Tedeschi Trucks tonight. Took a photo of the band and another of the sound booth. An overzealous usher came up and said "I don't think they would appreciate you taking videos of them". I said I'm not. She said "I see what you're doing, do you want to get out of here or should I call security?" Been to at least 10 concerts this year all over the country. Never ran into such a negative person working any venue. As a member of the Tedeschi Trucks Swamp Family fan club, I've never heard anything about the band or sound guys being opposed to photos. AWESOME SHOW! Peace, love and tunes! Got up to the front row where many folks were shooting video and taking pics. Got a couple for my favorite usher. If the usher happens to read this, this is for her, "better quit your night job."

This historic outdoor venue has experienced a resurgence following recent upgrades. The seating is fairly comfortable with decent lines of sight in the relatively long narrow bowl. TIP: Traffic is congested before events. Recommend that you are nearing Pioneers Park at least 45 minutes before curtain time. The sound system is excellent. The outdoor setting is outstanding.

We went to the Train concert & it was a lot of fun Chairs were folding chairs but comfortable. Lots of food & drinks. Bathrooms were porta potties, but there were lots of them & they were clean. It was a great time

Awesome Show and Great Venue! The Doobie Brothers put on a fantastic show!!! The staff were all friendly and helpful. The seating was cozy, but far better than being squished in a “standing room only” situation. And once they start playing it doesn’t matter. It was such a good show I’m so glad we drove out from California. If we’re ever back in Nebraska we will definitely get tix to a show here again. Yeah, we drove out for the show cuz you get one life. Maybe we’ll see them in Missouri before heading back west.

Fantastic outdoor venue! My wife and I went to see Tom Segura perform here, stunning venue and really nice staff! The traffic getting there was absolutely horrid, so plan to arrive early for whatever event you're attending

Great venue. Comfortable seats and friendly workers. If you pay more money you can get a recliner lawn chair up on a hill.

Great venue, staff, and layout! Beer tent staff was fun to banter with. Could be easier to get to and needs better traffic signage and directions. I was there grok out of town so it provably was easier than I made it.

Fantastic venue, and a great evening spent with my wife and Bonnie Raitt. Not a bad seat in the house we were in the last row, great seats (folding chairs) clearly marked, security surrounding the venue and several refreshment options within a short walking distance. The venue was well shaded as temps were in the 90s in direct sunlight and this evening we had a gentle breeze keeping us very comfortable. Parking was free and well organized with a short walk to the gate. Ladies note you need a see through purse to bring your belongings everything else is a denied and return it to your car....which gets tricky if you Ubered in. METAL DETECTORS upon entry are manditory as is a wand when you set it off because you had a quarter in your pocket. They are quick to secure the facility be patient and understanding. I highly recommend this venue and trust you wont be disappointed.

Love this venue. Easy in, easy out, great sound quality for an outdoor amphitheater. Staff is friendly and helpful. Amenities are well spread out and plenty. Recently saw The Black Keys there, and it was a beautiful experience. Highly recommend catching a show at Pinewood if you have the chance.

Double check your tickets for the correct entrance to drive to! Easy to get in and out of. Had many places to buy alcohol and food so almost no lines when purchasing that kind of stuff. Did is just basic hamburgers, hot dogs, etc.

Train concert was very good. Seating pretty comfortable given seats were folding chairs. Very crowded but good security. Parking was very efficient and plentiful. Overall very good experience with the venue.

A superb outdoor arena that is the perfect size for Lincoln yet big enough to bring in big name acts every summer. It runs like a well oiled machine every time in there. Exiting the parking lot is a chore though.
