We
stayed
overnight
Friday-Saturday
as
a
short
"honeymoon",
as
we
get
married
on
Monday!
We
got
a
king
bed
with
balcony,
and
we
upgraded
to
the
celebration
package,
which
got
us
a
bottle
of
wine
(I
chose
white,
but
red
was
available
as
well),
a
later
checkout
time,
and
a
box
of
chocolates!
The
room
was
nice,
came
with
a
kitchenette,
and
was
SPOTLESS.
However,
there
were
about
4
spiders
in
our
room!
We
went
to
go
out
to
the
balcony,
and
the
door
was
hard
to
open.
I
am
disabled,
but
even
my
fiance,
who
isn't
disabled,
had
a
difficult
time
trying
to
open
the
door.
We
found
that
there
was
some
sort
of
crack
in
where
the
door
seals
(likely
how
the
spiders
were
getting
in).
The
pool
was
also
closed
for
maintenance,
which
we
didn't
find
out
until
arrival.
I
do
want
to
note
also
that
when
I
talked
to
the
front
desk
about
our
spider
situation,
all
I
got
from
the
front
desk
was
"that's
what
comes
with
being
by
the
water".
I'm
obviously
not
expecting
a
whole
refund
or
anything,
it
was
just
an
odd
response.
Also
(I
know
this
is
trivial)
the
WiFi
signal
wasn't
the
best.
My
phone
barely
connected.
However,
the
rest
of
our
service
was
SPECTACULAR.
Especially
the
breakfast
staff.
The
food
was
INCREDIBLE,
especially
the
potatoes
and
the
biscuits
and
gravy!
The
coffee
was
hot,
there
were
lots
of
options
for
food,
and
the
staff
was
so
kind.
All
in
all,
if
I
were
to
stay
again,
I
would
definitely
not
waste
money
on
a
balcony,
I'd
call
in
advance
to
make
sure
the
pool
was
open,
and
I
may
even
bring
a
WiFi
extender...
