Finally managed to get fitted with a pair of hearing aids that work properly. A bit old fashioned, but apparently that is due to my type of hearing loss. Just need to get a new mould for one ear now and will be good to go. Excellent, friendly service.

I have been going to Crewe Specsavers for many years but my last visit was very much an upstairs downstairs experience. Upstairs, where eye tests are conducted, is still excellent - friendly and professional. Downstairs, where you buy your glasses, they are now far too busy busy busy talking at customers to push sales to listen to what you actually want - and don't be taken in by the special offers, they will do everything they can to bump up the price you pay by trying to add special lenses and lens coatings that you don't want or need and haven't asked for. A really disappointing experience, and I don't think I'll be going back to this branch again. Update - thanks for the response Specsavers, it would be great if the customer feedback link you provided actually worked.

Away from home and my glasses had become very loose. I popped in to the Crewe Market street store. What lovely helpful staff, especially Dan, who did a fab job tightening up my glasses. Thanks Dan 5*s for you and the team.

the staff were so nice,they manage to fit my aunty into a diabetic screening on a sunday which they normally dont do it on that day.
